Central area with nice, helpful front desk/cleaners.

The sheets had spaghetti/pasta stains on it. It wasn’t a big deal because I know sauce stains are near impossible to get out. The shower head and hand held shower need replacing, the rubber has a lot of calcium buildup that can’t be cleaned by hand. The water was coming out at maybe 50% normal flow capacity. Lastly the refrigerator in the cupboard was getting overheated and making the safe warm to the touch as well. Only thing I could do to rectify the problem is leave the door open so it doesn’t get too hot. Mini fridge shouldn’t typically be closed off in small compartment, it can reduce the life of the fridge and small chance fire hazard.

The apartment is modern and clean and located right around the Campo Di Fiori. From there its only a max. 15 min walk to all the big sightseeing spots in Rome! It's a lively area but quiet enough to get a goodnights sleep. Checkin/out easy to do by ourselves. We would recommend staying here anytime!

The shower - while the whole apartment was perfectly clean, it seems like the shower is the only thing that doesn't get cleaned! Big lime spots and even small mold spots in the shower...

Location is excellent for seeing the sights of Rome and felt very safe. Check in and out very simple and easy and friendly staff. Owners available via WhatsApp or email throughout your stay and beforehand to answer any questions. Bedrooms lovely and clean, housekeeping daily (where towels were replaced). Free WiFi and smart TV. Tea and coffee and kettle available and nearby shops for milk etc in fridge. Lovely modern designed rooms. For such a good price I would recommend this to anyone.

The only real complaint was that our bed was fitted in what I can only describe as a pool inflatable under sheet. I understand that the mattress needs protected but it was hot, noisy and uncomfortable.

I loved the location. Its very close to most attractions. The room was very clean and well presented and also very quiet. Its not a massive room, but enough room for us as a couple to feel comfortable. It was lovely and warm in the evenings too, I had to open the windows a couple of times to let a little breeze in. The Staff were lovely and allowed us to store our cases in reception until our room was ready, and numbers given to us should we require anything.

The bed was very firm ( I do prefer a softer bed). This is literally my only downside and it's purely a personal preference.

Perfect services worth to its price. Especially Aila helped me out when I arrived to the address alone. She was precisely ready to give me additional information, immediately via WhatsUp. Perfect locality full of interesting places (10min from Pantheon, 15min from Forum Romanum, both on foot).

We really enjoyed staying at Guibbonari Suites as it was good in basically all aspects! For our first time in Rome, the location of it was fantastic and it was great being central and within walking distance of basically all major monuments.

We just had a bit of difficult finding it, intially! Just be careful when looking at the map. How to find the door could have been explained better.

Great place to stay. So clean! Such lovely staff. The only thing that we struggled with is that the lobby is on the third floor of the building so we were a bit confused on how/where to actually access the suites. We haven't travelled as much in Europe so perhaps more seasoned traveller's would have no problems finding it but it was a bit of a struggle for a minute as the door to the street is relatively unmarked aside from the tiny nameplate on the buzzer. Once we did locate it, it's a terrific location. Cute little street close to a popular square with lots of retail and even a pop up market on the weekend. Easy to access all the major sites of Rome on foot. Great restaurants close. Highly recommend!

Maybe larger signage on the outside door. Even a plaque with the name of the suites above the buzzer would be helpful. It's not a sad face though. It was just confusing for us for a minute and it might have been my fault. Perhaps I just missed the email on how to actually access the space. Regardless, thanks to google maps, we figured it out relatively quickly.

Comfortable stay and in a good location, some nice restaurants and cafes were walking distance from the hotel. Friendly front staff. I was able to be checked into my room earlier than expected. Reasonably priced for what you get. The room itself was reasonable size for two with all essential utilities.

Was difficult to find initially, as it is tucked away off the main roads and has a few doors to get through before reaching the apartment. Limited front desk hours so might not be convenient for people checking in later in the day. Low roof heading into the apartment so watch your head! Better signage for first time visitors as it was very subtle to find the location of the apartment. Bed size was unusual and a little small for two people.

The location was brilliant. Very central to everything and most places were 20 minute walk away. The Ghetto was close by which was great for us. The room was bigger than was expecting. The bed was comfy and the curtains meant it was dark even when light outside. Easy access to the block from the street. Easy to find with Google maps. Aila was very friendly and helped us with our request of a key due to our religious observance. She also popped her head round the corner when we'd come in to say Hi. The room had a mini fridge which was great. Overall a great experience and great stay.

Plug sockets and maybe an extra mirror.
