Location was perfect, everything was near and you dont need any transport.. fantastic location!

1.There was too much dust under the bed. 2. shower was damaged the water was half coming out. 3. we found out when we arived that we had to pay by cash 'tourist tax', 5€ per person for per night. From the beginning we didnt know about it its better to charge by booking and to be clear when you make booking.

Great location, clean and very comfortable spacious apartment. It is an old building and has some lovely quirky characteristics , a nice terrace and unusual arrangement of rooms. Very close to Campo de Fiori which has a produce market in the daytime and lots of restaurants for the evening. Barbara the manager was extremely helpful and responded to queries very quickly.

The top bedroom is very dark and would benefit from more lights. The terrace is a nice space but would benefit from some living plants! The kitchen area is very small , there is a microwave and a 2 space hob and a Nespresso machine , a toaster would have been useful .

The apartment is very modern and at the same time with an antique touch. We loved the terrace, where we spent time having breakfast and sometimes dinner. Location is very central, walking distance to all main attractions. In general we have been very satisfied and happy to have this apartment.

The kitchen can be improved. There was a coffee machine but no coffee offered, not even couple of capsules and to buy a whole pack was not a solution for us but there is an Italian coffee maker instead. Also there was only bread knife, which couldn’t be used for all the other ingredients. One day we wanted to watch a football match but the tv channels weren’t working at all, even YouTube application wasn’t be able to connect.

Apartment was very spacious, in historical buildings, with modern furniture, very comfortable bed. It had everything you may need:extra towels, hair dryer, hotel slippers, even the adapter for chargers! Very good central location close to all main tourist attractions, at the same time it was quite at night, I didn’t need to use my travel ear plugs. Kitchenette is small but very well equipped. Amazing support via whatsup app. Very fast responses, clear instructions how to get in, they even helped us with 2 hours luggage storage after check out.

Make sure you can use straits with no elevator, as ceilings are very high and there are many stairs to get to second floor. The carpet in the bedroom was a little bit outdated, but provided slippers helped.

The welcoming instructions were so clear and easy. The property was clean starting from the outer entrance door. Extra bed was also made and ready which is so helpful when you are traveling with kids. Property was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. Although it was in a busy area it was so quiet at day and night. Our host was so generous and quick with any kind of answers we had.

Since the building is many years old the water running in the shower was not stable but it was not a huge problem, we were able to take showers three in a row.

An apartment very, very comfortable and perfect for our exigencies( Family composed by 5 people). Space managed effectively,between the sleeping area, living room and kitchen so to drink something and a large terasse. After the second day holiday we understood and appreciated the position,practically near by the centre. Mrs. Barbara was really very helpful.She organized for us all transfers and mainly She solved the problem of the luggages. In this wai we could enjoy the city up to the last minute. She really was very accurate and on time ( also on Sunday).Thank you and see you next time.

The location was perfect. 20 mins walk from all the main attractions. Surrounding area has fabulous restaurants and shops. Barbara was so helpful and welcoming. She was on hand and available for all questions and information.

The property was wonderful- so tastefully decorated. The main thing was the location- so close to a lovely piazza full of restaurants and a market during the day. The owner was always available and got back to us very quickly to answer any queries- and brilliant for anything we needed such as ordering taxis. I really can’t recommend it enough. Was my first time not staying in a hotel abroad- but this was a wonderful experience

We had a fantastic stay at Residenza Spada in Rome! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located — everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Loqman was an exceptional host: always available, quick to respond to calls, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely choose this apartment again. Highly recommended!
