Good location. Very clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Food service could improve. Everything at breakfast including egg dishes was cold. Coffee was like warm hot. There was a small bar near dining area but it never appeared to be open.. the one night we found someone there at 8:00 pm we were told it was closed at 7:00 pm.

The front desk staff was great, always helpful and friendly. We were traveling with another couple and we really like sitting in the lobby chatting and relaxing a bit and talking with other vacationers and staff. The location was the best. It's kind of hidden but quick and easy access to many sites and walking distance. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood market and restaurant/bars.

The bar needs to be livened up. It closes at 7 pm which most people don't arrive back from exploring the city by that time and the staff that works in the bar is very unfriendly and not at all helpful. The morning breakfast needs help! Every item is cold, including the coffee! You have to sit where they seat you even if you don't want to sit there.

location was ideal in a quiet area close to key sightseeing destinations, breakfast was tasty, but not as a 4* hotel, staff was very helpful and polite, bed were comfortable, staff arranged a return taxi to the airport

hotel is not really a 4*, but well maintained, some construction nearby did not disturb us, but spoiled the view

The location was terrific but it was quite difficult to find it. There was a road closure and our GPS could not recalculate correctly. The front desk staff helped by giving step by step instructions for which I was grateful.

Location is great Breakfast is also great, all kind of meals, including good quality coffee by request The room was cleaned every day, tea pot and minibar in the room. Our stay was during the New Year holidays and the hotel was very nice decorated. Also it was warm in the room. As for me - bed was comfortable, 2 pillows for each person. Great view from the windows

We had a pretty old room, nothing was broken, all functioning, but, anyway, need to be renewed or replaced. The key is classic, so you need to leave it on the reception every time you leave the hotel. Also the safe box inside the wardrobe wasn't fixed there - this way there were no sense to use it

Reception staff were excellent and upgraded us to a better room - as we were a 9 night stay that was appreciated. Breakfasts were great - loved the fact that the desserts were homemade and different each few days - savoury dishes were also homemade and excellent in variety - could have been served a little hotter. Coffee was great and staff very helpful in knowing what we liked as far as coffee went. Location could not have been better - very quiet but only a 2 minute walk to Farnese Piazza and Piazza Verona a further 5 minutes away - no shortage of places to eat and experience the full vibrancy of Italy both day and night.

The hotel is typically Italian in style but looking tired - especially the front entrance pot plants which definitely needed water and updating. Too many very small pots which were unnecessary and took away from the character of the building.

The hotel is between two touristy locations, Trastevere and Campo de'Fiori, which makes it hard to find non-touristy place to eat. On a bright side, one can get paninis even at 15. And it's easy to get to most attractions, half of which are within walking distance. The breakfast is tasty and nourishing. Halls are full of artworks, so beautiful!

The room was quite small. Were there two of us (the room had 2 beds), it would be hard to handle. There were some mosquitoes. With 35+°C outside. Tiny cups on breakfast, even for tea Bed was quite narrow and short

Excellent location, approx 20 min walk to all attractions. Also nice decor and very nice breakfast, staff were very friendly too.

Cleanliness, aircon, friendly, perfect location in a quiet area yet very close to the restaurants in Campo di Fiori. In the centre and walking distance of all attractions.

The rooftop terrace was closed.

Excellent location, and massive family room. Clean and tidy, front desk staff were also very friendly. Small selection of gluten free food for breakfast, but the other breakfast food selection was good. Will definitely return.

Breakfast staff were quite abrupt at times. When scrambled eggs were finished, they didn’t replace, no offer of making nice coffee, although it was available. Also saw them argue amongst themselves a few times and with another guest who asked for a caffelatte which the waiter pretended to not understand and then ‘educated’ the guest, despite the fact they had ordered the same the day before.
