The property was absolutely beautiful and located in a prime, quiet piazza—perfect for relaxing while being just a short walk from all the main sites in Rome. It felt like staying in a luxury hotel, but with the warmth and personalized attention of a boutique experience. The only small issue we encountered was with the A/C, but it was addressed immediately by the staff, who were attentive and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was phenomenal—easily one of the best we've had! We were warmly attended to every morning by Verly, who truly made our experience unforgettable. She was kind, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond to provide personalized service. Verly gave us fantastic recommendations on places to visit and clear directions to reach each main attraction in the city. She truly made our stay even more special. This is a beautiful place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. We can’t wait to come back!

Location, style, room quality and cleanliness … we even had our own balcony! 😀

Confusion over breakfast being included in price. The documentation we had indicated it was. We paid the extra for the excellent breakfast, but for the price we paid for our stay, we felt it should have been included.

The property was small and quiet. The breakfast room was adorable! Mismatched chairs and plates with a lovely variety of breakfast items. We rented the suite that had the only terrace and we throughly enjoyed it! We sat out there 1st in the morning and then once the sun set. It is situated in a large plaza with the French Embassy at center. Lots to watch when not out and running around Rome. Close location to many sites. We would stay there again when in Rome!

It was tricky to get in for the 1st time if you aren’t connected to the wi-fi. Luckily a worker came shortly after we arrived and helped us in.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, we were greeted with a beautiful smile every morning at breakfast, and were offered fresh coffee and eggs to order. She made hot chocolate for the kids which they looked forward to every day!Breakfast was actually a relaxing experience, as they play soft music and the chairs are comfortable. There are plenty of options, including pastries, pancakes, and healthier options too like yoghurt, nuts and fruit. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect. We were equal distances from the Vatican and the Coliseum, bustling Trastevere was just a ten minute walk! Lots of choices nearby when it came to restaurants. To sum up, I'd absolutely recommend this place to a friend. And we'll be back someday.

The reception closed at 6pm, so it felt abandoned in the evening. Doedd neb ar y dderbynfa ar ol 6 y nos, a'r gwesty yn dawel iawn gyda'r nos. Mi fysa'n braf cael rywun o gwmpas yn hwyrach.

The location is optimal for exploring Rome. The staff, while only on site from 8-6, is extremely welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast is outstanding for a continental breakfast. The beds are comfortable memory foam. In room coffee maker, lovely bathroom, great view over the piazza.

I would not call this accommodation a suite, but a large hotel room. The elevator works, but is very small and leaves four steps to access the hotel (not uncommon for an old Roman palazzo!). The TV was small, hung crooked and didn’t offer much…. But who watches TV in Rome? The breakfast room is rather tight and there can be a wait…also not uncommon for a small boutique hotel. The chairs in the room were not very comfortable and somewhat unstable. There is a strange full height window between the shower and interior corridor covered by a curtain. Odd design that may be fine for honeymooners, but really?

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The location is perfect — right in the heart of Rome, yet tucked away in a quiet spot that feels peaceful and relaxing. The staff truly went above and beyond in every way, making me feel welcome and cared for from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options to start the day off right. Everything about my experience was positive, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Rome!

We had the most wonderful experience at Piazza Farnese Luxury Suites. Joshua and Stefana and all the staff went out of their way to make our stay smooth and comfortable. We arrived after 1am, but they had been in touch with us ahead of time and gave us clear, detailed entry instructions. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was well appointed and stocked with all the necessities we could need. Waking up to our view of the Piazza was like a dream and the location was perfect.

We loved everything about our stay here! From the moment we arrived we met Merry Joy who was exceptional and welcomed us/checked us into our room. What I loved the most was the feeling of safety and privacy and comfort that this property gives you. It’s in an exceptional location, this was our first time in Rome and we would stay here again for sure. The room was also exceptional a huge round comfortable bed which is just perfect after a long day walking and exploring Rome. Also the room itself was large and the sofa was perfect for fitting both our suitcases, additionally the bathroom was upstairs which we loved, it was huge and really nice it felt like a little apartment for the 2 nights we stayed there. Breakfast was also great, my husband asked for scrambled eggs and they were really perfect, all staff here were exceptional and thanks also to the manager who booked us taxis last minute too! All arrived within 3 minutes of booking. Loved our stay and will be back in a heartbeat! 😀

Location is perfect, walking distance to most places, we did not take a taxi anywhere but airport. Its a beautiful period building, staff is wonderful.

A bed could have been a little bit more comfortable. The mattress is very firm without any topper and pillows are hard, one is memory foam type and second seem like fiber. If you are looking for a view of the square ensure that at the booking, as courtyard room has no view and therefore a bit dark.
