We upgraded to a small suite and it felt like a wonderful little apartment near everything but away from the noise. We loved everything and ALL of the people there were so nice and helpful.

We traveled as a couple. Liked that hotel is located so close to everything that we wanted to explore in Rome. We could walk to all places- not far distance. Hotel is unique, super clean, comfortable beds, beyond friendly staff, Yammy food at breakfast, lots of food to choose from. The staff fulfilled our request- we had birthday anniversary, the housekeeper decorated beautifully our room. We liked as well that we could leave our luggage there while we were away even if we checked out. I’ll recommend everyone , if you have opportunity- stay at this hotel, worth the price !!!

The Navona Essence is a boutique hotel in a good central location for walking Rome and for restaurants in the campo, navona square or Trastevere, we have stayed in the Campo d'Fiori previously and like the location. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, our room was comfortable included fridge and kettle. We really enjoyed the breakfast as it included scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh bread to make toast, variety of cakes and pastries, unlimited coffee as my husband likes a large cup of coffee in the mornings, fruit, yoghurts, juice. We would stay here again.

Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel gave us a complimentary Prosecco since we had a celebration, it was super nice of them. Location was fantastic, near by cafes and restaurants and main attraction points. Hotel is quite small and cozy, has all facilities and did a perfect job for us as a couple whose focus was to see the main attractions in Rome.

The walls were very thin tho it seems to be Roma’s old town thing and not only specific to this hotel.

The hotel team is very good and pleasant. The location is a positive aspect - some meters from the Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona. The breakfast is good and good price.

The hotel is located in a medieval small street, with dim lighting. I feel confortable, but...

The location was great, but the hotel is located on the very edge street and no cars are reached to the hotel, so you have to carry the luggage till the hotel, which is about 20 meters. But the room is clean and not small, everything is comfortable, breakfast is simple, but tasty. we were leaving early and they gave us boxes with breakfast.

A hidden little Italian gem!!! Me and my family stayed for two nights and we wish we could have stayed more. Perfect location for us all to see all the sites we wanted to as well as some amazing restaurants. I want to thank the staff especially for helping me and my family, nothing was too much for any of them. They really helped and made our short while we was here from transport from the airport to restaurants and what to do.

Location is great. Down the street is Campo De' Fiori with a whole lot of great restaurants and a daily market. The Vatican, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain are all 15-25 minutes walk away. Hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly. Buffet brekkie had enough variety and the coffee was great.

Bathroom needs a bit of work as the water kept leaking outside of the shower because the doors didn't close plush. That may have just been the room we were staying in.

This hotel was a great location - central to walk to the vatican, colosseum, pantheon etc. The room was very clean and they had a cleaning service daily.

You can hear the neighbouring rooms a lot (moving furniture, snoring/talking loudly). Some minor wear and tear throughout the property. We did ask the staff for some suggestions on non-tourist restaurants to go to and the suggestions were all quite touristy in the main square.

A trip for my husband's 60th birthday. The hotel arranged wine on arrival, there where complimentary cocktails, crisps, nuts and water in the room. Breakfast (continental, cold and hot buffet, fresh fruit and cakes) was a bargain 5 euros but they threw that in for free all 3 days for us both. Location in a gorgeous side street (they were filming an Italian/French "Count of Mont of Monti Christo") very quiet but seconds from a busy market square (huge market every day) evenings lots of great restaurants and bars. Comfy bed, bath and fab rainfall shower. cute courtyard to access the room.
