The location is perfect, very clean and it's really great, sheets and towels as white as snow are changed once every two days. The check-in solution is excellent. When I had something to fix, they immediately replaced it with a new one. Chapeau!

There are no facilities and no lobby, the public kitchenette adjacent does not invite use. The room is small, it's not a criticism, it's just worth knowing.

The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city, just a short walk to all the main sights, and surrounded by plenty of nice cafés and restaurants. The staff were fantastic: very friendly, always ready to help, and they even let us check in earlier than expected. Special thanks to the guy at the reception, he was super cool and really made us feel welcome. The room itself was clean, with a comfortable bed, a decent shower, and a small kitchenette that came in handy. Overall, for the price we paid, this place is an amazing deal and we were very happy with our choice.

Our room was on the ground floor and the window faced the street. It was a small window, so the room felt a bit dark, even though the street itself was quiet. The furniture looked a little dated, and it would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

Roberto was an excellent host. He met us promptly and had lots of information to share. He even let us keep our bags there so we could go explore, and then he put them all in the room for us once it was ready. Same with late check out, they carried all the bags down for us - Great service. The room has a traditional Italian feel. Beds were ok; pillows were thin, but the kitchen was nice to have and the fridge worked well. Air conditioning was great.

Bedding was a little dated and the pillows were thin. Washroom is small but that's very standard in Italy.

The location was fab! We stayed for 3 nights over new years and really enjoyed our time. The rooms were very warm and clean. The staff (Roberto and his cleaner) were extremely accommodating.

For the price we pay, you could do with investing in comfier mattresses and bedding. We also noticed there were a lot of headboards in one of the three rooms we rented that were totally loose and served absolutely no purpose whatsoever. Except for making huge amounts of noise during the night when anyone moved or turned in the bed and taking up room.

Perfect location - everything is within near proximity while locating on a street away from bigger Roma buzz. I stayed in a room 2B that was a decent size, well equipped and with very nice Italian view from window :). I really liked that room had a small safe and lots of surfaces in bedroom and bathroom. A small detail that I really loved was an empty basket in bathroom where to store self-care products (so useful for longer stay). Also big praise to the cleaning lady, she was really lovely and helpful. Definitely would recommend - this place has some charm and character in a best way.

Nothing significant... But table had wooden slat detached that was supported only with chairs. It should be fixed as it could cause tears in clothes or give pinches. Also, more drinking glasses would be excellent - my section kitchenette had only one glass for two rooms.

Great location, very nice staff, facilities (cutlery, small oven, fridge, hairdryer, etc.), safety (you need to pass three big iron doors to get into the room and the window is barred), old building gives the place proper authenticity.

Blanket (the blanket itself, not the sheets) was dirty, had a few black hairs of unknown origin. For the great location you pay with old damp building (smells accordingly, but nothing too bad) and rather noisy nights (the street outside is relatively live, even at night).

1- the location is perfect and in the center and all the facilities are around us and we can go by the feet’s. 2- Roberto was helpful and communicated with us before two days of the trip, and gave us all the nice restaurants and locations that we should visit and once i need anything he answered me quickly, and was supportive all the time. 3- the room was clean and the cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. I will recommend it to all and i will comeback again for sure.

The property is an old Nunnery with beautiful rooms. Everything was very comfortable, clean and the location is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating if you need anything.

If there is one thing I can comment on it is that the internet was not the best which made it a bit slower to do some evening work, but it is completely understandable due to the nature of the building.

Great stay great location....we walked everywhere..Hotel is a bit dated but great for families with a big spacious room and kitchen ...Roberto was great and very helpful and knowledgeable.Overall relaxing stay

A microwave would be a huge bonus.Beds were hard and somewhat uncomfortable.Cable TV would be great when tired from walking.Would have liked to be able to leave luggage on last day...so we could enjoy our last day wandering around Rome
