The location is superb - close to bars and restaurants and Piazza Navona but with little street noise. We stayed in room 302 a superior apartment with a double bed and a sofa bed. There were two good size air con units (important as it was 38 degrees celsius) and the room temperature was perfect. The apartment was spacious with a good mattress on the bed and a small kitchen that we only used to make coffee and keep our water bottles chilled. The wardrobe was open plan. The room was cleaned every day. We used the airport taxi transfer service both ways and that was very good too. We recommend Molly's Garden Café round the corner for brunch if you want a change from Italian food and like avocado toast and wraps.

The lift to the apartment is small but we got both of us and two suitcases in. There was a small flight of steps to get to the lift but the staff brought our luggage up when we arrived. The reception desk is not manned all the time so that might be an issue for some people but it wasn't a problem for us.

Everything, but I like being bang in the centre , in small cosy authentic establishments, not fancy hotels. This ticked all the boxes. I even had a sunny little terrace off the kitchen. I appreciated the Moka coffee maker and the coffee left there to make an early wake-up slug. The staff (Fabrizio & cleaners) were delightful. It was easy and safe to leave luggage too on the last day having checked out. All the doors and locks and the lift worked to perfection for once.

This is more of a recommendation : there could have been a curtain/blind at the little window by the bedside to prevent waking you up too early.

My sister and I stayed here for two nights and had a great time. They split the bed into two twin beds for us. We were on the fourth floor (402), and our parents rented the third floor suite (301) which was a bit more spacious and had a couch. Ours was just one room with two twin beds and had a cute balcony door that opened up, but you couldn’t walk on due to the size, but was nice to open for fresh air. Excellent location, in a good part of town. Not too touristy, and super close to some great neighborhoods and restaurants. Very close to the market. Suite comes with a mini fridge and safe. There is reception during the main hours of the day, and they offer a self check in option if you arrive later.

The beds were a bit on the hard side - just a personal preference for my sister. I didn’t mind the harder mattress. Access to the elevator was up a small flight of stairs, and was very small. Once you get to the fourth floor, there’s a very intense door with a lock that gives you access to two separate suites (401 and 402) and then another locked door to get to your suite. You could not pass through the first door without key, even when exiting which seemed like a fire safety hazard If you opt to take the stairs - be careful! They are worn down in the middle and vary in size. There are also lights out in the stairwell The lobby was very small and had had a huge incense fragrance oil diffuser that was very strong, probably too large for the size of room so it was over-powering

We had an excellent experience for our first visit to Rome . Loved the location , walkable to most sites . Easy transport with bus stops close by . Loved the beautiful rooftop veiw from balcony . Excellent facilities . Clean and light . Best of all , the AMAZING reception from Joy . She was the kindest best ambassador to the city . Thank you Joy . Also Fabrizio helped us book taxi to airport. Restaurant tables fill the street from afternoon. Best position, Loved our stay .

There was nothing not to like . It was perfect

We had a lovely, very clean apartment. There was a kitchenette with everything we needed. The location of this apartment couldn't be better, an easy walking distance from Piazza Navona and the surrounding sights. Clean and not too noisy. The apartment had a lovely inner courtyard terrace, unfortunately, we couldn't use as it was raining. The cleaning staff were excellent, always asking if there was anything we needed.

We liked everything, but the only thing that they could have are wine glasses. There were only 3 small glasses in the apartment.

The location was great which is why we decided to splurge on this stay since prices in Rome are generally higher. Very spacious, the shower was big which was a plus compared to some of our other stays. Has AC in both rooms and kitchen has all suppliea you need to cook. They also provide cleaning service for people who like that.

It was expensive like I mentioned but worth it for the location pretty centric and close to bus stops.

The property was perfect! Having the extra space of an apartment always makes traveling better. Communication was great and I was able to message the hotel through the app. The room was ready for us early. It was clean and very comfortable and beautiful. There was an elevator and a convenient keyfob system for access to the room and building. The front desk person was so nice and explained the keys and gave contact information for any needs should they arise. Location of propriety was convenient for those looking to hit tourist spots. It was easy to walk, grab a cab, or a get a scooter and get around. There was some great little spots just down the street as well that are easy to check out! The hotel also provided a list of some good restaurants and a helpful map. It was a great experience.

The location was fantastic , the lady on reception was lovely. Was great to get text first also with access info so no stress for arrival time . Beautiful building with so much character but really loved the room (501) bathroom was very beautiful but the balcony was the best part ! Also really comfy bed just really impressed with it all

Loved almost everything but Smallest thing was the morning of check out we had until 10:30 which is quite early but housekeeping knocked 4 times prior to 10:30. Felt rushed we were ready to leave at 10:30 so didn’t need to keep knocking .

We had been sent a door code, and told the keys would be left on reception if we arrived after 16.30. In the event the receptionist was still there and took us to our room. The rooms had an good size bedroom, bathroom was ok (clean), we didn't use the kitchen apart from the kettle really. There is a PAM supermarket within 200yds which stocked everything we needed. Overall a great location for all the big Rome attractions...we walked everywhere.# And all communication with the property was prompt and very helpful.

Being very picky...cushions for the chairs on the balcony would be nice...but not complaining.

The location is a block off Piazza No Navona, in a great neighborhood! Walk everywhere from here! Great food, shopping, atmosphere. Not fancy, but clean, comfy and well priced. Bea, the deal manager, was beyond helpful, went out of her way for us and communicated very well. She’s a great employee and a delightful young lady.

Nothing that owners could control. People right above us made a ton of. Poise every time they’d pull out a chair. Kept hearing this until midnight. Doubt they even knew it was causing a lot of noise below.
