the location was perfect for us as it’s so central to a lot of the touristy areas but also good for walking and exploring. Staff were EXCEPTIONAL and so accommodating. Having breakfast on the roof terrace was a perfect start and the room was clean and comfortable with good air con and plenty of space. the bathroom was a good size, the shower was on the smaller side but still big enough for what we needed it for. we’re already planning our next stay here

This was our third visit to Rome and our second stay at the Navona Resident Charm Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located; it's within walking distance of many major attractions and surrounded by a multitude of restaurants. Despite being in a bustling area, particularly on weekends, the hotel is situated on a very quiet street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep away from the hustle and bustle. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop terrace, where guests can enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness that we truly appreciated. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any needs or questions we had. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we will return to the Navona Resident Charm Hotel on our next visit to Rome. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Location was second to none, on the most incredible, authentic Roman street. Full of shops, delicious restaurants and everyday Roman hustle and bustle. Loved every minute. So much to see, the Piazza, 5 mins from the Pantheon, 10 from Trevi, 25 from Vatican - all by foot. It was away from the throngs of people but still in the thick of everything The hotel was just beautiful - Jean is an exceptional host and the room was absolutely spotless - as a female solo traveller I felt exceptionally safe. The hotel is an old Italian townhouse with bags of character - so there are stairs etc, leading to the most beautiful little roof terrace. If and when I return to Rome, this is where I will be staying. Thank you Jean for making me feel so welcome and for a truly magical weekend.

Location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants in close proximity and all of Rome's main attractions within ready walking distance. Breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start each day. The room was very comfortable, and the coffee machine a blessing in the morning. The staff were fantastic, in particular Jose who provided a detailed briefing on arrival, helping us with our itinerary and providing great recommendations for restaurants. Also fantastic in arranging a car to the airport.

Stairs to the room and terrace may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues, and also the stairs to the loft are quite steep. Beds could be a little more comfortable with the addition of a mattress topper or the like.

1. No wardrobe. they had few shelves but not enough to unpack properly 2. No lift, but owners helped us with luggage so was no issue 3. If you like sleep with open window, then as street has a lot of restaurants, it is a little bit noisy 4. Breakfast was too simple. We in the end only had it twice and other days just went somewhere else as wanted something warm

A little gem in the heart of Rome. Email contact with the proprietor Jean, was fast and professional. The staff were brilliant, always willing to assist with anything. The breakfast (Bed & Breakfast in price) on the roof overlooking Rome was excellent and the staff were so helpful. I loved my compact room, ensuite and bed in the loft! Beds and lined (and generally the whole residence) were impeccably clean & fresh. The swipe card to access the main door & individual bedrooms was an advantage (easily kept with you on travels). Jean organised a taxi to pick me up at the residence for my trip to the airport. Overall, nothing was a problem and the friendly, courteous and willing to help staff made my stay memorable :-). Definitely value for money as Rome, like most cities is quite expensive.

We stayed at the hotel over the weekend (Fri-Mon) coinciding with the Pope's funeral and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jean and his colleagues were friendly and very helpful in giving us advice on the locality and in how to get around the city. The hotel is in a superb location for getting around: we walked everywhere to all the best known sites, it's very close to the Pantheon, and from there on to the Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. Very handy for St Peter's square, and in a different direction it took us half an hour to walk to the Coliseum. The hotel is very well located for restaurants and bars, yet is also in a quiet spot for the city centre. A great feature of the hotel is the breakfast terrace, especially if the weather is good. We'd both unhesitatingly recommend: thanks again to all at the hotel for a very enjoyable stay.

The location was fantastic! We were close to many restaurants, cafes and little boutiques. The Piazza Navona was just 2 blocks away, offering more restaurants, shops, etc. The rooftop terrace offering morning coffee and a selection breakfast foods was just lovely. Items such as toast with jams, cream cheese, packaged meats, yogurt, pastries, fruit and cookies. Made-to-order coffees as well. The Vatican was a 30min walk in one direction and the Colosseum was a 30min walk in the other. Trevi Fountain was just a 10min walk and the Pantheon just a little further. It was truly a perfect spot! Thank you, Jean, for his welcoming and hospitable nature!

kudos to all the staff, but jose was the primary person i interacted with. very very helpful. i had a room with a bed in a loft area and the steps were hard for me to navigate. i asked about using the couch and they set up the bed on the lower level, which was super comfy even though it was a pull out couch. the location was great, and even though near a major piazza, at least when i was there (february) it was very very quiet in the evenings. it was a great location. they offered to have a staff person walk with me (carrying my suitcase) to the nearby taxi stand, which was very kind and helpful.

there is no lift, so if mobility is an issue that's important to know, but staff was helpful with my bag when i arrived.

During my week-long trip across Italy, this was the last and surprisingly the best place compared to other 4-star hotels I stayed in. - Highly competent staff (special thanks to Jean and the team for making an early check in possible, as well as for great concierge service and helping out with smaller requests). - Location is one of the best you can find in the city center. Best tiramisu place in Rome right around the corner, as well as a good gelato shop and authentic Italian street food restaurants on the neighboring street (not tourist traps either). Not mentioning all the main attractions being very close. - A beautiful breakfast terrace on the top floor available to all the hotel guests also later during the day.

- The walls are quite thin. So, you can sometimes hear other hotel guests if they are being noisy. However, this has been quite a common issue during my stays, especially in older buildings. When it comes to the street noise in general, it was surprisingly quiet at night, given that there are a few bars right next to the hotel. - I would add a few more items to breakfast buffet.
