Lovely little property on 4th floor but with lift access. Rooms were lovely with comfy beds and a perfect view of the local streets and up to the square with all its activity. Had everything we needed inc aircon. Staff are amazing, so friendly and couldnt do enough for you. There’s a little pizza/sandwich shop just next door who do the best foccacia, perfect for a lunch on the go. Would definitely go back. Really central location and could walk to everywhere around us within 30 mins.

Noise outside until around 1am from bars below is very loud. However it did not stop us sleeping after a busy day

The location could not have been more central, putting us right in the heart of the city and making all the major sights and attractions easily accessible by walking. What made our stay even more special was the kindness and helpfulness of the host. The daily cleaning service was a standout, ensuring our room was spotless every day of our stay. The room was exactly as depicted in the photos - no unpleasant surprises, just a comfortable and welcoming space. Lastly, the check-in and check-out process was seamless, making our travels stress-free and easy. We can't recommend this place highly enough to anyone looking to experience the best of Rome with the comfort of a wonderful home base. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

We absolutely loved everything.

- perfect location, literally couldn’t be any better, half way between Vatican and Colosseum, super close everywhere, great street food all around - nice, clean, spacious room - nice views - felt very safe (in the building and also coming back to the accommodation in the evening/at night) - good communication with personnel - possible to leave luggage - amazing stay

Location was excellent. Central with a very short walk to the Piazza Navona and all other sights possible within walking distance. Contact with staff good and very responsive via what’s app.

Street noise from bars and restaurants. Most nights until after 2am. Then refuse collection of glass bottles started at 4am - 6am. Would of liked some more pillows.

Great location and luxurious room. The rooms are right around the corner of Piazza Navona which means easy access to all central locations. Note that being right in the center means access by buses instead of metro. Bedroom was well cleaned, comfortable, good view, equipped with mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom/shower was great, looks very new and clean.

The blanket was quite thin, my friend and I were freezing without turning up the AC rather high - visiting in winter, that might be the problem. Also, if we had a small kettle would be nice.

The location was amazing! The rooms are really nice and clean.

The room was above a bar, and it was loud at night. There was a problem with the shower - it kept flooding the room. There was a pretty bad smell from the bathroom when the light was on. That being said - the hotel totally worth the price and i highly recommend it.

The accommodation in Rome was excellent. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and amenities. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. We initially had some issues with the Wi-Fi, but the host resolved them quickly and efficiently. Overall, a great stay!

The apartment was so pretty, I wasn't expecting it to be that good. It was spacious enough and tidy, the housekeepers kept the apartment clean and they brought us fresh clean towels every day. I will visit again!!

its a bit noisy at night because it has central location with bars and restaurant in the area, but other than that everything was perfect.

Perfect location. Right in the centre of Piazza Novana and easy walking distance to most attractions. Heaps of restaurants, bars and cafes close by and good atmosphere outside. Comfortable and clean rooms and good security. Lift in building also very useful.

A kettle in the room would have been nice, as well as daily top ups of coffee etc.

beautiful comfortable room, in a fantastic location. the owners are very welcoming and helpful and the room is kept extremely clean. the bed is huge and very comfortable, and a good coffee machine and snacks / water each day. bathroom is luxury and overall, a very cosy, comfortable stay. would highly recommend.

it can be a little bit noisy at night as it’s above a few bars. the windows work well but there is some noise that comes through so if a light sleeper, definitely worth taking some ear plugs. it is very minor, though and should not put you off
