This was the perfect location to explore central Rome. You can’t beat it for the price. My room was quite spacious and had everything I needed after a long day out, with a small bathroom, air con, mini fridge and kettle. The area and accomodation felt very safe, which is much appreciated as a solo traveller. I could easily access the airport too (highly recommend the SIT bus shuttle which is only 7 euro). Ann was very responsive over WhatsApp and helped me with a few enquiries. Thank you!

Room was a bit dated but still very clean and looked after

Very responsive host, clear check-in/out instructions, clean and comfortable room & bathroom, great location, (within walking distance to many attractions and easy transport links to those further away), lots of amenities and great restaurants nearby. The area felt very safe any time of the day or night. Complimentary croissant+orange juice+coffee from a nearby café was a lovely unexpected treat!

I had the room with the high windows. I’ve stayed in this room twice. It had a fridge, a portable heater that I dried my clothes on, a desk and plenty of room to spread out and organize. Big closets. Bed was very comfortable. It is not a “fancy” room… but sheets are lovely and it is CLEAN! And best of all… LOCATION!!!! Could not be better in all Rome. And Ann the receptionist…carried my big bag upstairs! She was so helpful!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! My favorite room ever. Okay, it may not be for those who want “plush” but for solo woman this was so perfect. What I look for are SURFACES! Places I can put things so I can be organized! This had lots of closet space and surfaces. And… come on…. seriously….there is not a better location in all of Rome. I’m not kidding! It is THE PERFECT LOCATION! What a fun street! BONA Pizza… best in Rome is ..right there! Easy walk to Navonna to get a taxi, or to Pantheon. In the other direction, my favorite street. This little area has tons of good restaurants. Weather outside was perfect so I slept with windows open. Absolutely 100% quiet… but best of all we’re the birds chirping in the morning. I felt very safe here.

Location was great! We wanted a clean room to sleep as we explored Rome and we were very happy with this room, bathroom, location, response from host! Highly recommend and plan to stay again!

There is no elevator and the rooms are on second floor. Not an issue for us, but might be for some.

The room had a comfy queen bed with four pillows nice window overlooking cute street. the shower head was nice with good hot water and good pressure. The room had a mini fridge and water kettle and large mirror and extension cord with extra plugs. We were able to drop off our luggage ahead of checking in.

because it is so close to little bars and restaurants, in the quaint area that I love, there is noise from the street below. the window is double pain and has shutters that all muffle the sound but if you are sensitive to noise, you should bring a white noise maker.

The location couldn’t be better… Walk distance to many landmarks. Great restaurants just few steps from the door. The check in was easy and Ann was always available to answer any of our questions.

The shower was tiny, but I noted in many European hotels.

Lovation was great. Appreciated having mini-tefrigertor in room. Room was relatively quiet at night even though there were large crowds at night in the nearby streets the weekend I was there. Good air conditioning. Vouchers for coffee, juice, and croissant at nearby cafe.

Steps to the first floor. But staff helped with my bags going up for check in., which I appreciated.

Fantastic property and exactly as expected per the listing. Family room with queen bed plus 2 singles was a great size for myself and two boys. The location is unbeatable. Up one flight of stairs, easy enough with luggage. Instructions for self check-in late at night we’re easy. Didn’t see any staff in our 5 days but quite responsive by text. Will stay here again.

Amazing location, close to everything but still quiet. The host was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Good value for money.

The shower is a bit small, might be problematic for tall people. There are stairs and no lift so can be harder for older people arriving with heavy suitcases.
