The host was very kind and friendly; the apartment itself was good, too. Amazing location - many attraction sites are easily reachable by foot, perfect for people who enjoy walking a lot. Public transport is also easily available.

The location has an almost obvious downside - it might be a bit noisy at night on weekends, since there are a couple of restaurants close by. A pair of earplugs solves the problem completely, but you should be aware in advance.

The location is very central and surrounded by plenty of good restaurants. The communication with the manager was very easy, Guido is very friendly and helpful.

Best location in Rome 🙂 Very close to Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Castel Sant'Angelo. We stayed 4 nights and walked everywhere. Plenty of choice for restaurants and shops in the lively streets around- we had the best gelato and tiramis nearby!! Guido is welcoming, professional and informative, transport from and to the airport was sorted for us too. Highly recommend 👌

The street can be a bit noisy in the evening but that's only relevant for families with young children.

The apartment "Michelangelo" with the external bathroom was spacious enough for a couple. The bathroom is only a few steps further of the room. It would be preferred if it was in the room, but as an external bathroom was better as I had imagined. The location of the room was really good, as we could go almost everywhere on feet. The highlight of our accommodation was Guido. He was really helpful and kind since the beginning. We recommend it!

Breakfast was sparse (only one croissant) but very good! It was just a short walk down the street. Guido is an excellent manager—so very helpful and always answers emails very promptly! He also arranged all our transportation needs and the drivers were very friendly. There is no problem leaving your luggage in the lobby because the lobby door is always locked. We walked to all attractions, so Residenze Romanae is in a great location! The room was on the smaller size but very clean. We enjoyed our stay—restaurants were everywhere! We definitely recommend this petite hotel!

The staircase is quite steep so this hotel would not be for anyone handicapped. A little tricky carrying a heavy suitcase up and down, but Guido took care of carrying it up. He was off duty when we left so a little hard carrying them down.

Everything was beautiful and comfortable, breakfast too. The surrounding area was just so fun to explore and always alive, so well kept compared to other large cities, felt very safe and populated as well.

I will say the 14th century door franes were not made in mind for anyone above provbably 6 foot 3 inches, also the shower water pressure was lacking and BOY is that bidet cold. The only real concern I had was the second night, a breif waterfall made its way from the ceiling to my sleeping self. Being woken up at the crack of dawn by ice water to the face isn't my ideal experience

Location is perfect, spacious and comfortable room, tasty breakfast (keep in mind a typical Italian breakfast is not a big portion, maybe other reviewers did not understand this), very quiet and isolated rooms despite the busy neighborhood. The price is expensive, but reasonable considering the location, and you get the money's worth. Guido is very nice and accommodating.

There is nothing concerning to mention. Contrary to some other reviews, the showers appeared clean.

The host, Guido, was more than friendly and welcoming, very helpful as well! Also, the space was very cute, in a small but very nice, adapted old building in a great location very near piazza Navona. The breakfast was down the street in a very cute cafe where locals come on the daily, with lovely fresh pastries, great coffee and fresh juice.

Our room had a separate bathroom that didn't have great ventilation. Also the street is a bit loud, but nothing that would ruin the stay.

This property is super week located, basically you can walk everywhere. The staff ( Guido the manager) super friendly and helpful. It was our first time in Rome and I can highly recommend to sty here.
