It was a pleasant surprise to be entertained by our host Mike and his mother-in-law Laura. As a half-Filipino, Mike was able to offer us the kind of hospitability that we are familiar back home in the Philippines. Our 3-level apartment was very charming and located in a small town-like corner near Piazza Navona. Steps away from our apartment is this wonderful resto called Antica Taverna which served some of the most exquisite authentic Italian cuisines we've had during our visit. Watch out for Jamal and Yuseuf, the resto's.cool waiters. One of the highlights of our stay was having our morning coffee in a small table by the side of the road just outside our rented space. Truly a magical experience.

Good communication with staff throughout with prompt replies on whatsapp. Met on arrival and given clear instructions on accessing accommodation, recommendations on local amenities (restaurants for each meal, supermarkets etc) and things to do and see. High quality accommodation, very clean. We mostly ate within a 5 minute walk and had good meals in a bustling and friendly atmosphere. We walked everywhere (youngest is 10 years old). The accommodation had enough space that we (4 of us) could relax after a day out sightseeing.

We loved the central location although that meant there was some noise from the street. Whilst the location outweighed that for us, it was a slight issue on the sofa bed (not in the main bedroom)

We stayed in an HiSuiteRome apartment unit as a family of 5, and had one of the best vacations ever! We were at the heart of all the attractions, but apartment/hotel is still tucked away in a cozy alley 2-3 min away from the crowds. There are many amazing restaurants nearby, and it is a 5 to 15 min walk from numerous historical places and restaurants. We bought a hop on / hop off family ticket, but barely used it. The apartment itself was in an adorable, historical building, squeaky clean with comfy beds (even the pull out sofa was good!), modern bathrooms & showers, and had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious with three stories and gave each of us privacy when needed. Laura and HiSuiteRome staff were 5 stars - super nice, punctual, responsive, and gave us great tips. From detailed communication prior to arrival to arranging our transfer to airport, they took care of everything swiftly.

Perfect location, very central and close to restaurants, bars and supermarket is right outside. Staff are super helpful, Laura gave us a few recommendations for food & sight seeing also providing us with a map. I made an error in my booking and did not book for enough people which Laura kindly sorted out for us, stress free. She also gave us a late check out for no extra charge which was very kind. Very genuine lady. I’d recommend people to stay here, the rooms are big and comfortable, the shower is great and there is also a kitchenette, which is handy.

Location location location!! These appartments are in a fantastic spot near all the major sites and was a great place from which to explore the City by foot. The Colosseum was 25 minutes walk in one direction whilst Vatican City was 20 minutes the other way. Piazza Navona is 5 mins away. The appartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. It is located in a quiet street with a mini market opposite and plenty of restaurants on the door step. Would definitely recommend and stay again when next in Rome.

Nothing. It was fabulous.

The property was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, a “home from home” The little supermarket directly across the road was very well-stocked and opened long hours. The property’s location is fantastic in relation to all the famous sights of Rome, all within walking distance, never needed a taxi. Less than 15minutes walk to St Peter’s Square, Collisseum, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trastavere, Ancient Roman ruins. Good vibe around the property itself, lots of restaurants and bags, great shopping on nearby Via de Governo Vecchio. Staff are very helpful, good English, plenty of good suggestions about things to do etc.

It’s a lively busy area, the world starts early in the day and finishes late at night, sometimes a little noisy outside. It would be good to have an English language news channel on the room TV. These are very small issues!!

Good and renovated apartment. It had two floors, the first one with the sofa bed and the other one with the normal bed and bathroom. Great location and air conditioner. Good bathroom with good shower.

We needed to go in person to pay the tourist tax and their opening hours were a bit unpleasant, as we had already left to go sightseeing by 9am and did not plan to be back until late. Maybe it would be good to have a way to do it online or have hours earlier in the morning

Well organised with customer via Booking.com and emails. Provides the self check-in information & clear instructions on the day. Help to arranged the airport transfer, local restaurants & map. The room look exactly the same as promoted on website. Closed to the attractions, many local restaurants around, the street was quiet than the others. Well furnished bathroom & water pressures.

The sound proof still needs to improve as the window is not double glazing, you heard the car drive through and people with loud voices at midnight.

Everything was great.

The room was extraordinarily clean, big bathroom, with separate living room. The pillows were perfect, the towels were too of very good material. The water pressure and temperature was very good, the lighting as well, easy access from the bed. The facility manager, Laura was very kind, gave us useful tips without taking too much of our time. I recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping since the place is in the city centre, but the neighbourhood is overall safe.
