The apartment location was great but not in Novana so make sure you see that it is in a different location for the penthouse unit.Outside deck was really great. The guy was attentive in getting us supplies. Unit layout was great for 2 couples and would not hesitate to stay again now that we know more information.

Location is not as noted in large print on booking.com.Offices are at this address.Penthouse is in Trastevere.Photos are not accurate of living space. 2 sofas and a small chair not hip furnished unit as shown.No desk ,tables etc... No grill on outside deck as noted and no breakfast included. Unit was dirty on arrival-stairs needed cleaning as they were sticky so I cleaned all the stairs,wiped dirt off walls through out unit. wiped down spills on furniture which are washable fabric .Basic cleaning for a wonderful space would really help. Really needs a good deep clean and unit would be great.

My wife and I spent three days in Rome staying at Navona in September 2025 and we must say it was the best decision we made. The location of Navona could not be more central, it's literally at the door step of the Castel Sant'Angelo. We walked there in under 5min. The owner Emanuel and the site manager Jibz was very friendly and professional and providing the confirmation and assurance despite some booking troubles. Jibz was super helpful on the day of arrival giving us guidance and extra help with the check-in. They took care of everything making our stay stress free. We really liked the room we stayed, it's clean, functional, and fully equipped with cooking kit, and we cooked two of the three nights we stayed. The only bit is the stairs as our room is on the top floor (3rd) and the building is apparently four hundred years in age! But I will say that if you survived the cobblestones getting there, the stairs should be walk in the park easy. I would definitely recommend this place to someone coming to Rome and want the convenience and functionality as a priority. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The location is very good, everything is convenient, close and in our case it was quiet. Pleasant communication, responded to the request for an additional set of bedding.

I didn't like the smell of chemicals, which was very noticeable when I arrived. It was necessary to ventilate everything well. You also have to climb high stairs, although it wasn't a problem for us, but it might be difficult for older people or those with small children.

The room itself and the area it’s in are both amazing, didn’t really have to catch transport to get to any major attractions. Very nice having a washing machine too.

Had a bit of trouble checking in as there wasn’t a front desk. I think booking.com made it harder as it was glitching and not letting me msg but they really need to think about a new way of checking in anyway. I had to help another group with checking in who were waiting out the front of the property once I got back from a walk at night so it’s not just me that this is happened to.

Good communication prior to arrival, especially helpful due to train delays from Flornece. The apartment was a great size, and with my case not joining me, the washing machine was very handy. A number of nice restaurants/bars immediately as you exit the apartment and only a 15-minute walk to the Vatican and 35 to the Colosseum.

Step narrow stairs to the first floor and the door to the street was very heavy, the young lady who met us offered to take my wife's case. Was not a problem for us,

The location of the apartment is great. Situated near Castello di Sant'Angelo, it is surrounded by picturesque cobblestone streets lined with cafes, restaurants, gelaterias, and shops. The apartment was spotless upon arrival. The host clearly takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He provided us with detailed guide recommendations for local restaurants. He was also readily available to answer any questions during our stay, responding promptly to messages.

Very central location, close to Piazza Navona and many famous sights. Although there are restaurants/bars in the streets, the apartment on the 2nd floor is rather quiet, not very noisy. Comfortable, big bed and sleeping couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was really clean.

There could have been a bit more kitchenware/cooking equipment like some larger mugs for tea or a salad bowl (there were none) and a few more teaspoons and pots.

Firstly great communication as the address of the apartment was sent via Booking.com message as it's different from the main office. We then met with a host who allowed us to leave our bags early and went through the apartment with us so we could spend the whole day out without having to return later on. The apartment has a lovely master bedroom and the sofa bed is also comfortable for two adults. The location is very convenient for some of the top attractions as they're only 10-15 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay again.

The connecting doors in the apartment were a bit stiff so were quite noisy to open and close.

Quite a noisy area which did not concern us but may be a consideration for others. Only a couple of small (quite expensive) mini markets nearby.

Excellent location, big flat and very good and easy communication with the personnel. Any observations in the property (e.g. not enough kitchen equipment for 6 persons or not working lamps) were swiftly corrected.

Basically all fine, but the pre-payment arrangement appeared to be not working properly. Even though payment was supposed to be via credit card, for some reason the transfer could not be arranged via secured payment (as required in EU for credit card payments exceeding 30€), and in order to keep the booking valid, we agreed on a regular account-to-account transfer of the entire sum. For a full week, this is quite a lot of money. And it left us without the insurances, which we would have had if all had been paid via credit card. In the end, all went well, but it left an unsecure feeling before even starting the journey.
