Everything is super comfortable: central but quite location, rooms are cute, small but enough space for 2 (if you have 2 big suitcases be ready to store them under the table😊). The shower has good water pressure, the linen is soft and warm. Conditioning works well. The cleaning was made every day, thanks. Breakfast is repeatable but has everything for our taste (warm meal, cheeses, bread and croissants, cerurals and yogurt, pastries, vegetables etc). A very big thanks to Ms. Phonetip, she welcomed us late in the evening and allowed to stay 1 hour after check out in the room. You are very kind and welcoming person, thank you once again!

The hotel and Bistro staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The Bistro offered a diverse menu for breakfast, meals, and tapas, catering to various tastes. Its proximity to Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo made it an ideal base for sightseeing. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with excellent air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather.

The rooms could benefit from improved soundproofing as noise from guests and staff preparing for breakfast can be noticeable from 6:00 AM onwards.

Fabulous location. Close enough to everything without being in the middle of high tourist traffic. Great selection of food at breakfast. Kind, genuinely friendly staff, happy to give tourist advice and made our stay great. No matter what time of day they saw you they always greeted you with a smile. Clean with good housekeeping.

While I knew the room was small I wasn’t expecting it to be so tight. In the end it wasn’t a problem as we were out most of the time.

The location was very convenient, staff were very friendly and helpful and overall the hotel was great! The location is not super close to the attractions but it is in the middle of many of them(about 20 minute walk to the Trevi fountain/ 20 minute walk to Vatican City). The room is on the first floor but you could not hear any street noise and it felt very safe and secure.

First time traveling to Rome and really enjoyed the location in prolixity to major attractions. The people working at the front desk were always excited to see me and overall just a great experience! The breakfast was a big bonus and best way to start the day!

It’s not like typically hotel chains so there isn’t support 24/7. The room was on the smaller side but manageable. The shower has like a half sheet of glass and no way not to get water all over the floor.

The Navona Street location was excellent, centrally located for all the major tourist attractions in Rome. The hotel was great, our room was comfortable. Our breakfast was included, and it was plentiful and delicious... everyone was polite, helpful and concerned for our every need. The first person we met was Sara at the front desk and she welcomed us with open arms and gave us a complete tour of every aspect of the hotel...

The hotel is in such a great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful when checking in - it was our honeymoon and they had left us a bottle of prosecco in our room which was very kind of them. The room itself is great and the bed is so comfortable. Being able to have drinks outside on the bar terrace was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nothing it was perfect!

The hotel has the best location in Rome, you can go to the main atractions/places by walking. The staff was amazing, the people at the hotel are very kind, always smiling and they are always there to help you with everything. The rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the restaurant has very good dishes. It was a pleasure to stay here.

The shower in the superior double room does not have a door and it’s quite annoying because water just splashes everywhere but except from this matter, everything else is amazing !

From the moment we got to the hotel the welcome from the receptionist was warm, efficient and friendly - our room was ready for us even though we got to the hotel early. The room was very clean and tidy - the bed was extremely comfortable and even though we were right in the centre of Rome there was no noise from outside. The breakfast was perfect - everything you could want to eat was there. We ate our evening meals on the terrace outside the hotel and the all the staff and the food were excellent. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel

There was nothing to complain about
