The hotel is situated in the upper part of a historic building. In overall very nice staff, Matteo with team - the ladies at the breakfast room with view. All was good. Practical clean room, fine cleaning. I have travelled all over the Globe, can really recomend this choice / hotel. The locality is perfect to explore Rome. After a fine day, you could enjoy the roof-top with eve-sun and a bar.

We stayed in a suite which was beautifully decorated and had excellent air con in the lounge and bedroom. The bathroom was huge and a great power shower! Our room was lovely and quiet and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Matteo and his team are so lovely and accommodating and he was always available at the end of a message if we needed anything or had any questions. We aren’t breakfast people so don’t know what that was like but we saw where breakfast is held (on the rooftop) and the setting is beautiful. Even the lift up to the rooms was interesting and dates back to the 1940s apparently!

The most beautiful boutique hotel situated in perfect spot. Walking distance to most iconic spots. 10min to Castel St D’angelo 15 min to Vatican 10 min piazza Navona, 10 min to Trastevere we even walked to colosseum 30 mins Our room was comfortable The roof top garden was the best place to to watch the sunset over Rome & relax with a few drinks after a long day out. Matteo was the perfect host, so helpful, organised transfers, recommendations for restaurants etc helped us settle in & feel very welcome. Breakfast on the roof top terrace was spectacular. Christina was the most beautiful breakfast hostess. A perfect stay

Nothing loved everything about it

The Navona Queen is an authentic but modern boutique hotel in a perfect area of Rome. Lots of restaurants & shops nearby, the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon & Navona Square all within walking distance, bus stop a few metres away. Matteo is a wonderful host and the roof top bar is stunning with views of the Vatican. Our room was clean & soundproof with tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. The lift up to 5th floor was wonderfully quirky but fast & efficient. Matteo answered any questions we had before arriving promptly and was happy to store our luggage on departure day. We would love to return to Rome and would definitely stay here again - thank you Matteo

There are no negatives at all - it was perfect for us

Beautiful property decorated in a style that we felt reflects Rome. Stunning rooftop where there is plenty of seating and it is quiet to enjoy any time you want. Great variety of options and quality breakfast served on the roof terrace, a real highlight of the day. I would certainly stay here again.

We booked this for the advertised rooftop hot tub (shown in the pictures and the listing facilities where it doesnt say theres an additional charge). Only after booking do you find there's an additional charge to use it. It's a shame as the property is beautiful enough to not need to resort to this false advertising, it is beautiful enough without the hot tub or allow guests to use it for a lower price. The 60 minutes you can book it for includes a bottle of prosecco, I don't drink alcohol so its a waste of money for me. If you want to charge extra for it, then it should be clear in your listing and/or offer a alcohol free option too for people like me. I'm not going to pay an additional €125 for one hour in a hot tub.

My single room was very nice; the bathroom was large. This time I came to Rome for the Holy Year and the Holy Door; so the location right in the centro istorico ( but right on the Corso Vittorio Emmanuele II) was the perfect location and connected to St. Peter's. There are many restaurants very close buy and , of course, in the centro istorico. I preferred to sleep in; so I can say nothing about the breakfast. and I lack words to describe how wonderful their rooftop really is!!!. On my last evening I had a wonderful dinner there. I would like to thank Matteo (the owner) and his mother and Sara and Kristina.

A smooth and really enjoyable stay, Matteo and his staff are very helpful and friendly and communicated extremely well. My single room was bigger than expected, with a good size bathroom too. I loved the location - so easy to slip into the back streets around Piazza Navona and really enjoy the charm and vibrancy of Rome. Relaxing with a drink at the end of a busy (hot!) day on the hotel rooftop was such a treat - the sunset and vistas are superb, plus the drinks well-priced, with friendly service. Practical items like the front door code entry, lift, air con and luggage storage after check-out also worked very well. My best stay in Rome yet!

The room was very nice and comfortable, the staff of Matteo, Kristina, and Serg were superb, and the views from the rooftop of the city of Rome was breathtaking especially at sunset. Very enjoyable stay once again!

We had the warmest of welcomes from Sara who was so friendly and helpful and made us feel so at home. This super service continued and when we went onto the rooftop terrace to watch the sun set, she was again so friendly and served us snacks with our drinks. Matteo was equally friendly and attentive and happily arranged any extra requests. The location is fabulous - close to most attractions but nice and quiet. Plenty of eating options nearby and a beautiful basilica that we visited every day was 2 minutes away. The room was lovely with a clean and fully stocked bathroom plus fridge. We loved coming back here after a day of walking and we're so sad to leave. The rooftop terrace was great to wind down and lovely views of Rome. Easily our favourite hotel in Rome and we will stay here for sure if we return. Everything has a code and we felt really safe there - we also left our cases on the last day. Thank you Sara and Matteo for looking after us.

I have a phobia of lifts and so walked up the stairs when we arrived - beautiful marble steps. The lift was perfectly safe but we still walked down the steps each time just to appreciate the staircase!

The rooftop bar was amazing!! Sarge took great care of us

Breakfast was overpriced. They charge 17 euros per person no matter what. I only had a coffee and my kids had juice and fruit. Selection of foods not worth the money even if we did eat
