Very spacious apartment with big rooms and all facilities needed. Location is perfect for Rome city centre. Furniture was modern and properly functioning.

4pm check in time is too late and the fact that you have to pay to check in earlier is a bit unreasonable. Whilst the apartment was clean one would expect it to be cleaned better considering the check in time of 4pm. areas under furniture, behind doors etc were not cleaned properly but overall very good standards.

The apartments are located on a beautiful street with great restaurants just steps from the door. They are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable.

It felt like a beautiful art gallery with no art. There's a lot of empty walls that should be filled with photographs of the city or artwork that brings the Roman experience into the apartment. There are some stairs required. We did not see an elevator. Just something to consider for those who have health restraints. The taxi ride to Roma Termini was about 30m.

Fantastic location, and any questions I had about the flat where very swiftly dealt with. The staff I met were very friendly and the flat overall was very comfortable and extremely spacious. Easy to walk to all major sites and lovely restaurants nearby.

The only negative was the noise from other flats. The owners provided a white noise machine which was fantastic and welcome to negate the noise from outside (being a central location and older building it is perfectly understandable that there would be noise from the street), however I think we were unlucky in that the last night (Friday eve) there was noise from within the building. Sounded like people from the other flats socialising either in the middle area, outside a room or the roof perhaps. Hopefully we were just unlucky with the other guests but the layout of the building does mean if people are talking in the stairwells etc. you can hear them crystal clear in the bedrooms.

i like the apaetment. hi ceilings white and comfy. coffee machine. washing machine and all necessary equipments were available at the property

quilt in the room wasnt clean enough. and dont like the way to cover quilt with sheets. i prefer to have duvet cover. so it would be easy to sleep. cause sheet which were used to cover the quilts are slippery

I liked the size of the apartment with bathrooms, very clean. The location is superb in the center with many restaurants within few feet’s distance. The access to the apartment and main door with codes which is great since we are moving toward digitalization. The staff were within a text away to help and support with any thing

No availability of dish washer which might be a hussle for long stay. No patio which mean the smokers have to go down to smoke

The apartment is really good, clean, well located and the staff provide all the informations you need. We love it and will recommend for sure.

The windows to the street side are old and not insonorize the sound that comes from the street all night . It recommended the use of earplugs or the apartment should left some.

Excellent location and clean. In love with their minimalist interior design. Kitchen is well equipped so we’re able to cook proper meals during our stay.

Wonderfully clean laundry and bedding, very comfortable beds, great shower, light over bathroom mirror, water in fridge, coffee supplied, lift very helpful.

Sofa stained and needs replacement, switches on bedside lights out of reach when recumbent, bidet too close to wall.

bedroom by the street was noisy due to lots of deliveries occurring during the night, not much Sonder can do about that but this would have been 10/10 if windows were soundproofed. kettle was faulty and over boiled even with only a small amount of water.

Nice location. Open and airy. Our room had windows that opened out to the street which was fun. Easy to request late checkout via the app (if they have availability)

Closing the windows did nothing to keep out noise. Both nights a group of people were being loud in the street (not sure if they were at a restaurant or just hanging out). Then we also heard the garbage pick up in the morning as if we were sitting right next to it. Hot water was also limited but we only ran into that once towards the end of a shower.
