Amazing location - right in the heart of things! If you are a light sleeper and don’t want to use earplugs before 2am, don’t book this place - don’t do it boo boo. It’s on a lovely street with young Italians (not tourists!) enjoying their city playing music out of bars and drinking and singing on the streets. Live a little and go join them! Perfect location for seeing Rome and feels alive. The room had everything we needed (eg shutters on windows, hairdryer, fridge, mini toiletries) and was well cleaned and beautiful high ceilings.

The beds were a little firm for my liking but personal preference!

We had heating and even heated floors (visited at the end of November and it was nice to return to a warm room). The room had a small fridge - very practical. It was possible to make tea or coffee in the lobby of the apartment. Apartment building was a historical so apartment owners have preserved historical details offering more authentic Rome experience. It was easy to get into an apartment and to check in. We appreciated that it was possible to leave luggage in the property before check-in time as we arrived early. We enjoyed the location of the property - close to good restaurants (not touristy) and we could walk from there to every attraction we decided to visit.

Excellent location, within walking distance of Rome's attractions and right next to eateries and bars. Bahareh was welcoming and kept in touch before we arrived to help us find the location and access the building. Bed was comfortable and fridge and air conditioning worked well and was needed in May, as the weather rose to 28 C. Rooms were clean and tidied every day, towels and bedsheets were replaced every couple of days. Old building with charm and character, no lift. No problems with WiFi on the 3rd floor.

Front door of the building has a lock but it was often left open during the morning. Security could have been better.

The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the aircon was very welcome in the August heat. I've since read AC isn't always a guarantee in Rome so this was perfect. The room was large, with good wardrobe space and plenty of mirrors and natural light. Plenty of plug sockets, and the shower was also a good size. The location is perfect too, very close to Trastevere and some lovely bars and restaurants, walking distance to Pantheon and Piazza Navona. About €17 in taxi from the train station. Very good communication from the host who was nice enough to offer us additional time in the room for us to shower on our last morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was perfect and very central to a lot of dinning options, stores, a safe plaza, the Pantheon, and a short walk to tourist attractions like the Vatican and the Coliseum. This was one of the few B&B's that offered air conditioning and it was truly strong air conditioning for the summer heat. It was also easy to get in and out of the property, the neighborhood was safe. There was no breakfast offered or 24 hour desk service but Bahareh, the main front desk staff member was available via phone, gave us restaurant recommendations, and even set up our transportation for a 4 AM airport departure.

Nothing everything was great!

The location is great, most things you would like to visit in Rome are within walking distance and there are many bars and restaurants nearby, and close to a taxi rank. The room was clean and comfortable and a great size. The heating was on when it was cold and there was also air conditioning if it was too hot. There was a fridge in the room to keep drinks and snacks cool, and the beds and towels were changed. The facilities were really good and the lady on Reception was very helpful and contacted us with check in instructions before we arrived

It could be a little noisy at times but this is to be expected in the centre of Rome, it would not put us off staying here again

Our stay in Magenta Collection Fico was absolute perfection. Since before we arrived the staff was on top of everything and taking care of us so everything went smooth in our arrival which was late in the night. The room was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The cleaning service was super good and the service from Bahareh was outstanding and unbeatable, she was always there for us, attending our necessities, answering our questions and taking so much care of us. We could not have chosen a better place to spend our honeymoon. And the location of the hotel is, in my opinion, one the best zones in which you could stay, it is super close to everything, there are a lot of restaurants and cute stores around and a lot of things happening around. In general, it was marvelous. An enormous thank you to the whole Magenta Fico staff for hosting us and specially to Bahareh.

Amazing location, great staff, lovely experience for a first time solo traveller in Italy

Very good accomodation and near everything for a tourist . Near Navano Square, Frigidarium, Two Sizes, and so many restaurants . You can reach Trevi di Fontana by walk as well as Via del Corso, Hotel rooms was very clean , Magenta was very helpfull for everything. We could reach her whenever we need. There are always croissant, Coffee and tea in the hotel. There is a mini refrigerator in the room, and also air condition, clean towels, if I go to Rome again I will stay at there again.

I loved everything about my stay. Before I even arrived, I had great communication from the receptionist, Bahareh, who was lovely and helpfully arranged a driver to meet me at the train station. The location was amazing, a couple of minutes from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, right in the heart of the city. I booked a single room, which was super quaint and authentic (in a 200+ year old building), it was clean, comfortable and well decorated. I will definitely stay here again.
