The location of the accommodation is fabulous. It is close enough to walk to all the major tourist attractions within 30 minutes. The welcome greeting was as good as you would expect at a top hotel. The bed linen, pillows, and towels were extremely clean. We had a choice of breakfast and a choice of a time to eat it, we requested to eat at 9.am. and absolutely on 9.am. each morning it was delivered to our room. The owners and staff were always on hand if we needed anything, whether it was advice about the area or arranging a taxi to the airport. As we had a late flight home, we were allowed to leave our packed cases at reception, which made our last day here a lot easier. Would we stay here again? Definitely! Would we recommend it to anyone? Absolutely!

The staff were amazing, very obliging and prepared to go the extra mile! Fabulous breakfast, fruit yoghurt, cereal, or cold cuts bread and cheese, fruit juice , cappuccinos! Location of the property was amazing- hop step and a jump from the Piazza Navona, great restaurants, bars, gelato providers very close by. Taxi stand at the other end of the Piazza Navona, not too far a walk from the bus from the Roma Termini.

That you had to go up one flight of stairs before getting to the elevator. However, Lorenza was fantastically kind to us and helped! She also came to look for us when we couldn’t find the correct building!

The location is super central - only a 1min walk away from Piazza Navona, 7mins walk to Pantheon, and 15mins walk to Trevi Fountain. There is a breakfast table wheeled into our room every morning at 08.30 with fresh coffee, juice, bread and fruits - definitely a nice way to wake up! The bathroom is very modern and the shower had excellent water pressure. We stayed 5 nights here and it was very comfortable to return to after being out the entire day. The staff were super friendly as well.

We had a small cockroach in the bathroom the first morning but the staff was able to get rid of it when we told her and was very apologetic. We never saw it again luckily. The room looks into a small street with restaurants so you could hear some noises during the night even with the double glazed windows. It did not bother us but it might for light sleepers. We arrived earlier than the check-in time we stated in our booking so there was no one at the reception - we were able to enter the building only because someone else entered before us, and we could not get into the reception area once we arrived at the 5th (?) floor. Clearer instructions could have been provided if there is not always someone sitting at the reception desk.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, it had a walking closet with a big mirror. The staff cleaned daily and everything was spotless. The location was 5 minutes walk from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, it was centrally located and super easy to take Ubers for longer distances. The staff was amazing and they helped me reserve in advance a taxi to the airport for my departure. Excellent hotel and highly recommended!

Breakfast service options sounded amazing! but unfortunately they start after 8:30am and it'd be great if they could start earlier in the day to take advantage of it. Every day I was out of my room by 7:30am so that I could beat the crowds and avoid being out during the hot hours of the morning.

Located extremely close to Piazza Navona, making getting around the Centro Storico of Rome so easy. Breakfasts each morning were rolled into the room on a white tablecloth-covered trolley, which felt like a real treat. The team here is really lovely; friendly, helpful, accommodation and very genuine people - a special mention must go to Romeo and Agnes on this front! Our room was very spacious, and there were endless clean towels and toiletries provided throughout our stay.

The location is so central that it is quite noisy at night, as the building is on a busy intersection of streets. One of the bars plays music until well after midnight. I had brought earplugs, so it didn't bother me but you might find yourself caught out, and short of a few hours sleep if you aren't prepared. I was in a street-facing room at the front of the building - I would assume that the rooms at the back may be a bit quieter, although I'm guessing they don't have the nice street view the front-facing rooms do have.

The location was great right next to piazza navona and they were so accommodating in every way! They held our luggage both before and after checkout which was an enormous help. Everything was clean, comfortable, and lovely and breakfast was a beautiful spread of delicious coffees and pastries and yogurts etc and came exactly at the time we had picked. They were very communicative and helpful every step of the way and the MOST helpful thing was that they arranged a taxi to come close to we could get our bags loaded easily on our way out....that was such a big help!! Wonderful stay!

I visited Rome for the first time, and this is the perfect location to stay and explore the city if your time is limited. You’re in the heart of Rome, within walking distance from all major sights, shops, and there’s at least 20 restaurants within 2 minutes from the accommodation. I didn’t pay attention when I booked, but breakfast is included and the presentation made me feel like a princess. Staff was so nice, room was cleaned daily, bed was comfy, shower was clean, there’s small fridge and amazing coffee machine in the room. I’ll be very happy to stay here again upon next visit to Rome,

A cafe downstairs had a very loud music till 2 am, so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. A pair of ear plugs is always recommended. The property itself isn’t an issue, so no complaints about them.

What a Gem in the heart of Rome. Mynavona was a little paradise set in the most wonderful location, a minutes walk to the beautiful Piazza Navona. 15 mins to the Trevi fountain or the other way to St Peters square.. Walking through the large brown authentic doors to a communal hallway. Upstairs you reach Mynavona. (There is a lift 🥰) Our welcome from Margherita was warm and super friendly. Our room was beautiful with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Shampoo's, hairdryer, coffee machine, TV even home made biscuits, safety deposit box. Really comfy beds.. Our breakfast was delivered to the room by the lovely Romeo. What the most beautiful human he is. He looked after us so well. Fresh towels every day, fresh flowers, the room was always spotless. I can not recommend Mynavona enough. If they're was a 10 star option I'd use it..🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Romeo thank you for being so kind on our first, but not last trip to Rome.

Location was perfect, central the historic center of Rome. Very nice having a place in town. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous, served directly to the room. While a smaller space by US standards, think this had a little better layout and storage options; we split the twin beds further apart than maybe they expected.

The a/c (split, bedroom) wasn't working to best capacity and had to be serviced, the next day. Stairs. while yes there is an elevator and the description lists a 'few' steps.. there are more than a few as the elevator is on the split landing between flights of stairs. So with that, the staff did have to assist with luggage at check in and out. Street noise was at times a bit loud.

CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE > It is hard to fault MyNavona on cleanliness or hygiene. The entire property is immaculate STAFF > The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff will go out of their way to assist you and always greet you with a smile. BREAKFAST > The breakfast they provided was delicious and they went out of their way to provide Gluten Free bread for my wife. LOCATION > MyNavona could not be situated in a better place in Rome. The accommodation is situated less than 100m from the beautiful Piazza Navona which in turn is sandwiched right between the Vatican and the Colosseum in a pedestrians only area (which is a very welcome addition in Rome)! Furthermore the choice of restaurants and cafe's in the area is excellent and all good value (especially if you have an allergy to Gluten).

ACCESSIBILITY While it had no effect on my wife and I, If you have any disabilities or are elderly this property may not be the ideal choice. The entrance door to the building is very large and heavy which may make it difficult to open for some people. Also, even though there is a lift, you still need to climb about 12 steps to reach it and then ascend/descend another 12 to get to MyNavona. Having said this, part of the charm of the accommodation is that it is in a very old building and compromises such as these are often necessary in older properties.
