The proximity to all top attractions and must see places in Rome, also some great restaurants nearby. The feeling of being accommodated in such an old building in a historic district.

- the building is very old (aprox. 100 years old) and understandingly didn’t have an elevator which could be a bit tricky when you have kids, a stroller and a lot if luggage. - the bed cover/blanket in the master bedroom was in between two linens instead of a duvet cover (that would completely cover it). To me this is a bit uncomfortable. I would prefer not to touch a cover/blanket that has been used by other people and is naturally not being washed after each guest.

Apartment is in a great location, right off Piazza Navona and within walking distance to most of the major sites in Rome. The powerful air conditioner was a welcome relief after a full day of walking the city in the sweltering heat. The shower was larger than many we encountered in Europe. The fridge was stocked daily with drinks and snacks. Despite difficulties with communication, the staff eventually helped us hire a car transfer to the airport after checking out. They also allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out, since our flight didn't leave until late in the day. This was a welcome benefit for a family of 4 with luggage. Bedrooms were sufficient. Common area (kitchenette/eating area) were quite small.

Communication with the staff was almost impossible. Despite several emails and WhatsApp messages, the staff was unresponsive both to my request for a check-in time and questions regarding departure. This made things a little stressful, but I was eventually able to get a response/track them down in person.

The location was perfect & we enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 (with two small children). We rented the apartment & it worked out really well for us. Rooms were comfortable & we loved the room-darkening shades. Housekeeping was amazing & check-in & out was easy. Location is a bit noisy, but we brought a sound machine for the kids & they slept great! Wasn't an issue for us at all.

The first thing you smelled upon entering the building was all the trash at the bottom of the steps. This was not appealing at all, but once we got to our accommodations several floors up, it was easy to forget about.

Location was incredibly convenient and the room itself well presented in a historic apartment building. Dining options literally outside the door and 1 min walk to Piazza Navona. Staff very accommodating for an early check in after a 21 hour flight.

Nothing really. Important to note this is one floor of an apartment building with several rooms and not a standalone hotel. More like a bed and breakfast (without the breakfast)! So you need to be clear about arrival and departure as no external reception or on site staff all the time.

The property was close to all facilities and 1 minute walk to Navona Palazzo. There is a 20min walk to the Colosseum, a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon and 15min walk to the Trevi and Spanish steps. The amenities within the property was great. Shampoo, soap, towels, bottles of water, peach juice tea/coffee and chocolate wafer biscuits were topped up every day. Communication with Manager Marco was fantastic. Marco also assisted us with booking our transfer from the airport to the apartment and than again from the apartment to Rome Termini on departure. Marco was available on WhatsApp if required. property was clean and the kids had their own room with bunk beds.

Noise late at night could be heard but it wasn’t an issue for us as we were knocked out tired from the day touring Rome. If you don’t like stairs or have issues with your knees this wouldn’t be the place for you. We were on the fourth floor (no elevator). For us this was a daily workout lol.

We arrived at the hotel and the room looked like the pictures, every day they cleaned our room and filled the mini bar. The location is very central, in addition to that when we arrived there was a girl named Vicky who welcomed us and gave us numbers of the staff in case we needed anything, and really on the last day we needed her help with transportation and she helped us a lot even late at night, the whole staff is very friendly.

Everything is excellent as expected, you just have to pay attention to make an appointment at check-in because reception is not available 24/7

This is in central location of old Rome, and most of attractions are within walking distance including Piazza Navona. One could take Rick Steve's Heart of Rome walk starting from here. Staff is very responsive on messages. This is one rare hotel which has rooms ready by 11, we reached in morning hours but were allowed to check-in at 10am (by appointment) and leave our bags and come back. There is cafe/bar right at entrance. We left our phone in room at checkout, however staff contacted right away using Whatsapp. Very appreciated.

Nothing, it's well restored apartment in old building in central location, and that comes with limitation like not having elevator or tiny shower.

Great location, great price, helpful staff. There are great restaurants just west. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Marco arranged a private car to transfer us to and from the Airport for just slightly more than a taxi.

It was not a problem for us but the rooms are several floors up in the tower and there is no elevator, so some people may have difficulty.

Great location with most big attractions only a 20 min walk, the room was spacious and clean with a good shower and had a small refrigerator which was handy.

Lots of noise from out on the street, bed was a bit hard for us and there was a loud pumping noise coming from the bathroom
