The location at Piazza Navona was exceptional -- tucked just around the corner. Or actually, on top of the ancient Roman stadium that Piazza Navona once was. You can see ruins from the entry (and tour them w/ purchase of admission ticket). In the piazza, lots to see and restaurants to enjoy. Most of the sights we wanted to see during our short time in Rome were a pleasant walk from the hotel. The staff wasn't available 24/7 but were super kind and helpful -- arranging transportation from the cruise port to the hotel, easy check-in, stored our luggage for us until our room was ready, giving dining recommendations nearby, and advise on how to get around. There is a convenient taxi stand just out front of the hotel that always seemed to have drivers waiting if you need a ride to somewhere outside walking distance or to the airport. The room was comfortable, clean and met our needs. Our room had a large sitting area with a sofa bed which gave us plenty of room for our family of four to stay in one room.

No complaints. Just a helpful hint ... after we were dropped by our driver, we weren't sure we were in the right place as Navona Living Room isn't really visible from the street. Trust the address, find the metal gate at the right corner of the building and call reception via the intercom to buzz you in, then go thru the door immediately to the right (don't get distracted by the Roman ruins straight ahead) and go up to the 3rd floor where you'll see a small sign to the right of the stairs/elevator. We took the stairs because we were traveling w/ backpacks but a small elevator is also available. If you have lots of baggage, you might have to take turns. Once you've found it and have your set of keys, it is easy to come and go.

Excellent, excellent location~ You are right in Piazza Navona, where restaurants, bars, retail, and archaeological sites are right underneath you! Staff was attentive, but not on location 24/7 The room although not as spacious as I imagined, the bathroom was big, and the bed was very comfortable.

Not really clear to me when I booked online, as It is not really a hotel. It is a guesthouse, and no staff after 2 pm. Breakfast is included, and brought to the room, nice touch...but the time of delivery had to be advised in advance. On holiday, you don't always want to set an alarm for breakfast...plus, it was always the same food. No variety. Disappointed that there wasn't a coffee machine in the room.

The location was excellent. Easy walking to most locations. Great breakfast. Clean and mostly comfortable. Very secure.

The chairs were uncomfortable. Too many keys to get in and out. Would have been nice to have a small pot of coffee with breakfast versus cup.

We were contacted about our check-in time because the front desk is not available during certain hours. I called to let them know when we would arrive, and an employee was there to help us with our luggage and explain the ins and outs of the hotel. The hotel is located around the corner from Piazza Navona, with a taxi stand directly in front, making it convenient to get a cab to the airport.

Our bed was provided with only a comforter and no top sheet.

The breakfast was great! Very filling. While we were there, their bakery was closed so we got a slice of lemon pound cake everyday instead of croissants or other things and the lemon cake was quite dry, but other than that, we loved the breakfast! The facilities were very clean and the lift for the luggage was a life saver! Loved staying here. It's in such a great location!

We stayed at this property for one night only and this is my personal experience. The location of the hotel is amazing if you want to visit Piazza Navona and all the attractions nearby, there is a choice of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is located right above the Stadium of Domitian, you can literally see the ruins from inside the first floor of the hotel. If you are having difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel (as some reviewers have mentioned), look for the brown iron gate/fence in front of the building and a taxi stand. On the right hand side of that gate, on the wall, you will notice buzzers to the apartments, Navona Living is listed there, just press the button and the receptionist will come down to meet you. The staff was amazing and very accomodating, helpful if you have any questions. They are not at the property 24/7, but they do reach out before you arrive and ask for your arrival time. Somebody will be there to meet you at the time of your arrival. The room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom clean and had everything you would find in a typical hotel. We did not have hot water throughout the day, but it did come on in the early morning. Some have mentioned the size of the elevator...it is small, but both me and my elderly Mom and two carry-on luggages fit into it :)

Nothing the hotel can do about it, and it is part of staying in a touristy location, but you could hear noise from the streets outside. During our stay, we had hot water issues during the day.

Rufo, the reception staff, went above and beyond with breakfast selections and printing needs. Relatively modern and clean quest house.

Check-in could be smoother. Smart TV modernisation and wifi a little slow. Tea and coffee facilities as an option would be great. Laundry facilities would have been helpful.

Nice clean, comfortable room centrally located in Rome. Good breakfast and coffee each day prepared by Rufo our host. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the AC cold, and the Wi-Fi. strong. Rofu was helpful with train info, getting around, etc. Even though their check out ends at 10:00 p.m. they received us at 1:00 a.m. after a 24 hour nightmare flight from Nairobi. They couldn't have been more accommodating. All in all a great stay. Would choose again. Thanks 👍

Location was excellent. Convenient to Vatican and the rest of Rome. Couldn't be better. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with two gluten free items for me. We could get refills of the cappuccino which was delicious. Rufo, the host was above average and made every effort to see to our comfort. He assisted us with a taxi when we were leaving and helped with the luggage. The air conditioning worked beautifully and we were not disturbed by exterior noise. Great shower and bath was big enough for myself and my two daughters.

I loved that it was centrally located. Able to move around easily and taxi service right in front. Rufo was very kind professional and attentive. This place was clean beds were comfortable and exceptionally clean and our breakfast was on time every day. we stayed 4 nights. I was very happy and wanted to tip Rufo to let him know how much we appreciated his attentions. Thank you Rufo. 😊 you can tell all staff are very proud of their job and want to do all they can to make sure your stay is comfortable.

It's a little far from airport but worth it since Navona is near all the action and lots to do and see.
