every room in the apartment was tastefully designed to make you feel at home and comfortable. it is centrally located with bus stops nearby, and famous attractions within walking distance. Many restaurants nearby to choose from. most of all, Fabio was the most patient, friendly, helpful and hospitable staff I have ever met during my travels. We arrived late and he was so kind to meet us at a nearby carpark to bring us to the apartment himself and make sure we are settled in. He also gave us an orientation of the place and a guide of where to visit in Rome during our 3 days stay. This really made our visit to Rome sweeter than ever.

The singing in the restaurant next to the apartment one of the nights we stayed was very loud and quite late into the night, especially since we stayed on the 2nd floor.

Location is superb, steps from Piazza Navona and 5 minutes walk from the Pantheon. Bus stup steps away, and convenience marts within minutes. Quiet, air conditioning, decently comfortable bed. Cleaning daily, coffee in room, pretty well soundproofed. For the price, no valid complaints! I totally recommend and would stay again.

Shower is IN the room, not in the bathroom. Fine for me as a solo traveler but I think this should be clearer in the listing as not everyone willing to share a room wants to watch each other shower. No do not disturb signs... and when shower is IN the room, could make for a very awkward exchange with housekeeping.

The suite was perfect for our 6 night stay in Rome! It was bright and cosy with high ceilings and a large bathroom area and warm shower with great pressure. The bed was very comfortable and despite the location near Piazza Navona, it was very quiet! The host could not have been more helpful or friendly!! It feels like you have your own apartment and are living like a local. Lots of stairs to climb so best for those without mobility issues. The suite is 2 minutes from Piazza Navona, restaurants, grocery stores and 5 minutes from the Pantheon. All other sites are within 10- 20 minutes walk!! Bus stop and taxi stand are right across the street.

It would be nice to have extra pillows for reading or watching tv in bed and an extra blanket. But those were minor inconviences and everything was really wonderful.

Great room with lots of space. Coffee machine in room with coffee, sugar, cups all provided and cleaned daily. The cleaning team was great and kept the room to a great standard. The location is near Piazza Nuvona and the Pantheon, but around 1-2km walk away from most other attractions, though we had no issues with directions or walking to these places.

Room was next to a main road and near bars/restaurants so there was some noise during the evening/night. Far away from Termini station so will need a taxi or walk 3km to get to accommodation, but taxi was quick and a good price.

Fabio was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and Fabio welcomed us and suggested things to see and places to eat and drink in Rome and gave us a map showing all the attractions. Fabio helped us carry our luggage up to the room. The suites are in an excellent location. You can see Piazza Novana from the balcony. The room wasn't noisy, included a coffee machine and kettle for tea and was neat and clean. Check in and check out was easy.

The location was perfect for visiting Rome but also felt very safe for returning late at night. The host was extremely helpful and available at any time to respond to questions which made our stay feel like we were staying at a friends house. My only heads-up for visitors is that there are many fights of stairs that need to be taken to reach the room so for someone who would have issues with stairs..please keep it in mind.

What makes this accommodation is the owner Fabio, he was such a lovely guy and nothing was too much trouble. He provided lots of information to us about Rome, places to eat and how to get around. The rooms were clean and had everything you need for a city break. The location was excellent. We would stay here again (but only whilst we could still manage the 80 steps up to the room!)

The location is very central to a lot of Rome, a short walk from Piazza Navona which was lovely. Room was very well equipped and very well air conditioned. Maintained well and the owner was absolutely lovely during our stay. Was easy to get to by bus from the train station.

There are a lot of stairs to carry your luggage up but that’s the only downside.

On checking in, the host Fabio took the time to provide us with a list of restaurants in the local area. He also provided a map with suggestions on where to visit around rome. The room was very comfortable, air-conditioned, and clean. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is already within walking distance of several sites such as the pantheon. Public transport is excellent and easily accessible from outside the hotel.
