We really never had any expectations, other than being clean and location. We wanted close to Piazza Navona and it was a SCORE. We could walk to the Piazza from our door in 1 minute. Every place we visited, Pantheon, Trevi, Spanish steps, Castel Sant Angelo, all within easy walking distance. Thank you to Alex and Irene. If and when we ever come back, you will certainly be having us back.

Towel changes could be a little sooner, and it would be nice to have face cloths. I personally think 3 days is a little long and I know we could have them sooner, at a cost, other than that, no complaints.

Our stay at the B&B in Rome was a real highlight of our trip. The building had a beautiful, classic style with elegant, traditional decor that gave it a truly authentic Roman feel. It wasn't modern—but that was exactly what made it so charming and special. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. The staff were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was also great—perfect for exploring Rome on foot. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

This was our 9th visit to Rome. Over the years we have found that the area in the vicinity of Piazza Navona has become our favourite place to stay. While we've stayed at hotels and B & B's in the area this was our first stay at Nova Domizia on Via dei Coronari and it exceeded our expectations. The manager, Alex, was professional and very helpful. There was some slight language issues but nothing significant. The facilities on the floor where our room was was great. A nice common area with everything we needed. The room was well furnished and clean. The cleaning staff was also very professional and friendly. It was also great that there is an elevator as the rooms are on the 3rd floor. We loved this centrally located B&B with easy walking distance to most attractions. Nova Domizia is on a very interesting street. Many nice and unique shops during the day and busy while being very quiet in the evening.

The price is higher than what we would have liked but we really liked the location.

The location is fantastic, you won‘t find anything better than this place. The staff were super nice and very chill. The room was really cool, it had a nice „rustic“ italian feeling to it. And on top of that, it‘s possible to leave your luggage/bags at reception after check out if you want to explore the city more on the day you leave! That was really helpful for us.

Getting in to the building when yoh arrive is a bit tough because we didn‘t initially have the code to get in. Make sure to ask the contact person who gets in touch with you for the access code and you‘ll be good to go!

Location was excellent. Bed was super comfortable and large. We had a mini kitchen to share with another room which was great to have access to fridge and kettle etc. Good to have a lift as it would have been difficult to manage the stairs with our luggage. Staff were very friendly and accessible via WhatsApp.

Cranky noisy air conditioning but happy to have it!

We were in a three bed unit, and it was lovely. High ceilings, big room, a big hallway leading to spacious bathroom. The location was fantastic, everything is within walking distance. Yes, you can hear the people outside sometimes, but you are in central part of Rome, it was expected, and it didn’t bother us, actually we slept great and beds were comfortable. Very clean room. Will come back again for sure.

The location was great and the host, Alex, was very nice and communicated clearly and momentarily. We could leave our luggage at the reception on the last day as we had a late flight. The property is well-maintained and the major sights are within easy distance. The street is lively with enough eateries and restaurants.

Wasn't really anything we didn't like.

Perfect location! Just a short walk to many Rome attractions and with great choices of food and drinks nearby.

We generally had a lovely stay but I wish we had found a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived. The check out is quite early (10 am) but you can leave your luggage at the reception which is great.

The most convenient location in Rome. Polite and 100% helpful staff. Clean and spacious room for the standards of the city. Overall a great place to stay and feel free to explore the city. They let us leave our luggage on our last day until afternoon in order to enjoy our last day before leaving.

A misunderstanding with the beds of the room led to a difficult first night. But the next day we informed Mrs.Irene and everything was solved without any delay.

Location is super cool, it is directly in piazza navona, and you can find lots of opportunities to have fun. Apx 10 min to pantheon and max 20min to Trevi. Nice bars and restaurants are around, street is always alive. Bed sheets and towels were unexpectedly clean! Really felt so comfy. And Vito, the guy who is helping us, was the nicest person ever! Helped us with everything! I would prefer it again definitely. In the pictures, room seems small for 3 but it is not. For longer stays maybe but for 3 4 days vacations, it is a perfect choice.

There were some dust and hair in bathroom, but it was a European clean, which was ok.
