Just the location & staffs

Bed type is horrible as they have pasted two single beds and name it king bed which is very uncomfortable 😣 Rooms are so noisy

Food is excellent at this property, particularly for vegetarians and vegans. My partner has coeliac disease (gluten allergy) and the hotel was very understanding and able to provide suitable meals for her. The location is excellent in the historic centre, which is very central and enables you to walk everywhere. We paid for a small suite and the room was beautiful with a massive bathroom, shower for two (!) etc. The breakfast was excellent, they even had a harpist playing every morning.

Not much. The lift up and down the property is small. You cannot take the elevator to the 6th floor restaurant; you can go as far as the 5th floor and you have to walk the final floor so not good for anyone with a disability.

We were impressed by many details in Bio Hotel Raphael and during our stay at the Hotel we concluded that this is a very special Hotel. From the location, near Piazza Navona, to the external green ivy covering the facade of the entire hotel, to the interior with beautiful antiques and works of art. The room is cozy, comfortable and nice, beautifully designed with countless small details that amaze. The staff is first-class, kind, ready to help and very caring for the guests. The breakfast is delicious, varied and meets the highest gastronomic tastes, as it is perfection in Michelin star vegetarian restaurant on the top of Hotel.

Everything was perffect.

This hotel is as amazing as I remembered it after visiting almost 20 years ago. Perfectly situated near the Piazza Novana, this hotel is luxurious while being centrally located. We felt tucked away from noise and crowd while being able to see everything on one of the best roof-top restaurants. The room was large, fitted with modern appliances and super comfortable beds and bedding. Amenities were luxurious, with Bulgari shampoos and lotions. The staff were so helpful and recommended a perfect restaurant for authentic Italian food and pizza. We wished we could have stayed much longer!

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was amazing! The location was perfect! It is steps from Piazza Navonna with quaint cobblestone streets, great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and stunning churches! The hotel was beautiful and clean. It had a gorgeous view from the rooftop terrace. The service and staff were top-notch. We were greeted with prosecco and canapés. The breakfast was superb and so relaxing with a harp player every morning. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable with 2 sinks and 2 showerheads. Thank you to Simone and staff for such a wonderful experience! Until next time...❤️

The hotel is beautifully presented with good entrance, interesting art and good dining room. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the presence of the Harpist. Reception staff were very good, particularly Angelica. Some dining room and rooftop bar staff were very good, one or two of the others would benefit from more thorough training.

Staff training was not always evident in responses to requests.

Everything: Location, cordiality of staff, spacious bathroom, room amenities and equipment, breakfast, gym. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive.

The only missing item was a power outlet on one of the bedsides, or specific charging outlet for mobile phones.

It’s location is brilliant, in fact it can’t be beaten as it’s easy to walk to everything you’d want to see in Rome. It’s also a brilliant design, with so many rooms making the most of the shape of the old palazzo The staff too are very accommodating

There was maintenance taking place, which is understandable given it’s a quiet time but was a little irritating at times. Having said that, staff managed any issues very well.

Breakfeast was good and staff very attentive and curtious. It was also accompanied by a harpist playing beautiful music which was the ideal start to the day. The location was literally a few metres away from Piazza Navona and within walking distance of many other attractive locations such as Via Del Corso, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon etc.

Nothing to say here. On the contrary we were upgraded to a lovely suite with a terrace which was wonderful.

Beautiful touch upon arrival from hotel staff with gift in room for wife's bday. Location, staff and facilities were brilliant, hair dryer, straighners and basic toiletries provided. Nespresso went down a treat. Will need to book another trip for when flowers in bloom at front 7am bells from local church were nice Very central to all major attractions. Within 30min walk

Periodic noise but that's to be expected given location and age of building. Very minor item.
