Great location Comfortable quiet room in the middle of the city Good communication from the host

We had no view from our window & no natural light coming! The bathroom was a bit cramped We only had one tea bag left by the kettle which didn’t feel very welcoming!

The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions and surrounded by good restaurants. The breakfast was very good, tasty and the two super busy women working in the café/restaurant (Santa Lucia) were helpful and frienly. The host was helpful. The room was comfortable. This is not a traditional hotel, but more like a B&B without the presence of the owner, which can be uncomfortable for those unfamiliar with this concept. I will definitely check in here again when I visit Rome next time.

There are no signs or boards indicating 'Rome Visits,' so it was difficult to find unless you follow their messages carefully. It took us an hour to walk around and find it. Finally, feeling hopeless, I contacted Rome Visits and luckily got assistance immediately. Room could be improved with something to hang towels or clothes. I would also prefer to have a fridge for cold water and a kettle for tea/coffee.

Self check-in was easy and well explained. The location is perfect, just few steps from piazza Navona and walkable distance to most attractions. The breakfast is nice(not available on Sundays, but you get refund for this). The airconditioner managed to cool the room, despite the heat outside.

Some of the wooden furniture could be refreshed. The cleaning could be much better, even though done daily there was dust on the desk and around the aircond. Internet has its ups and downs.

Best location. Breakfast was nice at the coffee shop right across the alley.

Ì totally understand that these really old buildings won’t cool great. Our room was cool but would not get really cold. Bathroom was so small and could have used a really good cleaning. Asked the girl for more toilet paper and she had about a half roll to give us. Was told we could go buy some at the store. Also the Wi-Fi was down. I understand this could not be helped but a little frustrating.

The location is excellent if you like to go by foot to the main historical attractions and Vatican city. A lot of restaurants for dinner are at the nearby Piazza Navona. Breakfast (coffee, glass of water, break and pastries) is served in the bar opposite side of the little street. They had a large variety of sandwiches that you could get warmed. The room is like pictured in the Booking.com site. The internet worked well and fast. The host Simona is great. She was always very responsive and helping in any question that we had. In some mornings we met Cecilia who was also very friendly.

It says on Booking.com site that there is a minibar and a safety deposit box in the room. We cannot say about other rooms but we did not have them in ours. The lack of the safe was not dramatic though. The property was calm, the surroundings felt safe and all went just fine!

The location is perfect for all the historical sites If you take the breakfast included the staff across the street are very nice

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Rome! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to iconic landmarks like the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. It made sightseeing so easy, and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready with helpful tips about the city. For the price, the quality and convenience were outstanding. This hotel truly made my Roman holiday memorable—definitely worth all 5 stars!!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, A great choice for anyone looking for comfort and a bit of extra room. Location-wise, it’s perfect — close landmarks or transport yet still peaceful and private. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and value. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

The location was E V E R Y T H I N G right around Piazza Navona, we walked everywhere and the cafe Santa Lucia where we had breakfast and night drinks was amazing, lovely people. We had such a good time.

The only fault was the staff who welcomed us wasn't very helpful, although we explained we needed to print our train tickets (because the were not accepting digital copies at the train station) they didn't want it to print our ticket reservation even though the printer was right next to them, they saw how flustered we were running around the area looking for place to print and still did not help, we ended texting via WhatsApp to the manager and until they told the staff to print the tickets, but by then it was too late and we were going to miss the train.
