I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I have to say, the staff were the highlight of my experience. The Filipino staff at the reception, who also prepared the food and cleaned the rooms, were incredibly welcoming, polite, friendly, and kind. They went out of their way to assist me in every possible way, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference and left a lasting impression on me. I can't recommend this hotel enough, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the amazing staff.

Ok, first off: The location is phenomenal! You can walk to almost every attraction within an easy 15 minutes. The Colosseum was maybe 30 minutes walking and there are so many piazzas along the way with different architectures to admire. Secondly: The rooms are clean and well kept. The beds are ok, not the most comfortable but when you’re on your feet all day and need some rest, they get the job done. The real winning point: the staff. Every single person I encountered from the front desk to the personnel on WhatsApp were on point. Communication was easy, consistent, and outstanding. They were even available during holidays and very accommodating when minor issues popped up. I loved this visit, it was a first and if I go back I’ll book this in a heartbeat.

The bathroom is a little cramped but honestly not that big of a deal

I had a great experience staying at Residenza Zanardelli in Rome. Although no one was physically present at check-in, the hotel team provided all the necessary access codes via WhatsApp the day before, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. Their communication was clear and efficient, ensuring I had no issues upon arrival. The breakfast was absolutely excellent—fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to the day. Everything was well-organized, and I truly appreciated the effort put into making guests feel comfortable. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The place is a perfect combination of a hotel and an air b&b with. Personal touch and service as there are only 7 rooms. The service was top notch from the minute we made the reservation. The staff was always available even when they weren’t at the property. They serve excellent breakfast to the room. We left very early on the morning so they had food sent over the night before so we will still have breakfast. The place is super clean and there was always a very good smell when you come in. Location perfect for walking around the city. It is right on piazza Navona and close to everything

Location was wonderful- 5 minute walk to Piazza Navona. Beds/Pillows extremely comfortable. Room was quite spacious and clean. Also, very quite. It also was equipped with an incredible number of outlets for charging (I think 19). Dave, who was manning reception, was quite helpful and friendly. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and delivered to our room on a room service cart. Although no hot food, is was good and nicely presented, and was based on preselected menu choices from the night before (you can order as much as you like).

One small issue - shower was a bit small. But not as small of some other showers we had encountered on our travels.

Wonderful stay at Residenza Zanardelli! The room was spotlessly clean and the location is absolutely perfect. But what truly made the difference was the reception. Dave was incredibly helpful and kind. This is exactly how you want to be treated as a guest. Outstanding service that made us feel truly welcome. We’d happily come back!

The elevator was a bit scary.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful . The facilities (shower, bed, etc.) were very good. And the Location was amazing. The breakfast was delivered directly to the room at a requested time (but not before 08:00).

The floors were a bit dirty. The air-conditioning only provided warm air. We were there in early March so it was manageable, but could be very hot in summer. (The air-conditioning in the adjacent room worked fine, so it might be a transient issue)

The place was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were a bit small but the shower had nice pressure. Our favorite part was the location. We were able to walk to find places to eat and there's a bus stop & taxi stand right in front of the hotel so it was easy to get transportation.

The bathrooms were small but the shower made up for the cozy space. Some other guests arrived after we had gone to bed and they were a bit noisy but we still enjoyed our stay.

Location was really the best. All important destinations by bus or even walk easy to reach from here. Check-in and everything worked perfectly! Stuff was super nice (especially Dave managed to provide us some fruits for breakfast even though it's not foreseen). The variation of the breakfast could be improved, bit of healthy stuff (salad, fruits, veggies,...) But so far so good. Rooms were nice but also you need to get used to eat in the room you sleep, not much space. The shower might bee quite small for taller and heavier people, for us it was ok for a week. We would book again here as we definitely valued the amazing location and overall safety, cleaning of rooms, check-in, provided Services were really good.

Great service since the welcome till the departure. Great location - walking distance from main attractions. Very comfortable with all the amenities we may need in a beautiful building. Good size room with very comfortable bed and amazing linens. Breakfast was a huge surprise. The Reception young gentleman was the perfect host.
