Great location very close to Piazza Navona, surrounded by interesting streetscapes, good restaurants and reasonable walking distance to most attractions.

As older travellers the computerised entry points were initially a bit painful to manage though we got used to them.

Location; location, location. The staff are nice. I like to thank Grace at the reception was very patient and told us where to go and what to do. I request a blanket the first night via Whatsapp and I get a response immediately as if concierge was right there. I am glad i bought an esim before I flew into Rome and that I am somewhat tech knowledgeable. Clean bathroom and excellent air-conditioning. My other "OK"points below were meant for management to consider to improve. I have no complaints.

I wish there was a dresser with drawers to put our clothes as opposed to live off the suitcase. The safe was not bolted to to the wall but sit on a wood stool (v interesting placement of a "safe".

Excellent! Wonderful staff, very helpful and accommodating. Clean place. Even the kettle was spotless inside (my standard check because it tells you everything! And I don't like to drink hot drinks with water from a dirty kettle ;) !) Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to all major sights. Lots of great cafe's and restaurants around, too.

The walls are thin, so you hear your neighbors! I was perfectly fine with it, but think it might be helpful for some travelers to know this in advance :)

The location was REALLY good. It is in the center directly. Really easy to go everywhere from the hotel. The receptionist was really nice, kind and helpful person. I asked them recommendations for restaurants and they send them all via WhatsApp. Check in was really easy. View of the room was amazing. Also it was in a maximum cleanness. On the day of my check out, I was feeling sick and needed more time at the room. Receptionist was really kind enough to give me the time I needed, even though another guest was going to come after me.

the location of this hotel makes it excellent, the service and the staff were great, the room size & comfort was very good! overall was happy with our stay and would recommend the property and would return.

the lack of a typical reception on the main floor of a hotel was odd at first, however it was clear from the booking that the hotel was in a palazzo, located on the second floor, so we knew exactly what to expect and got used to it quite quickly.

Location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere to see most sites. Tons of restaurants around and shopping. In fact, the Napoleon Museum is right across the street! Staff is first rate. Front desk staff were patient with problems I had with the app for check-in, though I did eventually figure out the app. They understood and actually gave me a physical key and a code until I finally was able to get the app to work properly on my phone! Room was simple, but very comfortable. Our room faced the busy street, but I had no problems with noise as they have excellent sound-proofing on the windows. The building is beautiful, and there is an old fashioned elevator that can take you and your luggage to the 3rd floor where the hotel is located. The A/C works great as well. This hotel was much cheaper than almost all other hotels when I was looking for a place to stay, but the price does not mean you are not getting a great place to stay. This was a great deal and much appreciated! I highly recommend Vanity Hotel Navona and will definitely stay there again when I return to Rome.

Staff only stays 8:00 ~ 18:00 Only way to get brief instruction to using it's 'App. Key' after 18:00 is by e-mail. It can be difficult for some older people. Left my luggages in room to keep it at hotel after I check out. (You have to collect your bag Before 18:00) Very Very small shower booth If you are taller than 175cm(do not ignore this advice like I did) Your will hurt yourself or you cannot wash your legs(you cannot bend in there)

The staff was very helpful and courteous, There was an good sized bathroom and we had a little balcony, which was small but useable. The room was updated and building/room access via the app worked well. The location was perfect for our trip.

The room was very small, there was no where to unpack and very little space to move about due to a raised floor design. Also there is no coffee in the rooms or building so you have to venture out to get that morning cup.

The hotel was in a good location, bus stop right out the front to get to major attractions. Nice neighbourhood. Room was nice and a nice size. The receptionists were friendly, letting us leave our luggage after check out & calling us a taxi to get to the airport.

The wifi was quite poor at the best of times. The shower pressure was not good and the condition of the shower tiles was poor and it just didn’t feel overly clean in general. The rest of the room was clean and tidy though.
