The hotel was within walking distance from almost every main stop, which allowed us to return to the room easily and take short breaks during the hot days in Rome. The room was clean and serviced daily. I would definitely consider staying here again. The staff were also very attentive – even though we arrived very late for check-in, the receptionist kept in touch and made sure everything went smoothly.

The only thing I wish was different is the balcony – don’t expect a view, I would have loved it if it had a nicer scenery.

- Unfortunately, the A/C broke after our first night's stay. (We didn't even notice - the hotel staff did while we were out.) Consequently, we were asked to interrupt our sightseeing in the middle of the day to go back to the property and switch rooms. This was the only inconvenient experience I would note. - The new room had great A/C for the rest of the stay, but was also a lot smaller than our initial room.

The staff was very helpful and managed our luggage as we arrived earlier than our designated check-in time. The building was quiet overall and relaxed. It was easy to get to things in Rome from our hotel by walking.

The room and bathroom are both smaller than the other rooms we stayed in for our Italy trip. To get into the hotel, you enter through large doors and then walk up the stairs. There is also a lift, but it is smaller if you have a lot of luggage. If it was after hours, then three doors needed to be unlocked with a key or the app (the front entrance, the entrance to the hotel, and the entrance to the room). We needed to order a cab to the train station, but the hotel would only accommodate taxi bookings back to the airport.

Great staff, really large and comfortable room. Great location to see Pantheon, Vatican, Trevi fountain, Castle Sant’Angelo. Slightly far from Colosseum, but still walkable. Castle Sant’Angelo is about 5 min walk. There are restaurants by the river from where you can see the Castle lit up at night. These restaurants are less than 5 mins from the hotel. Taxi stand is less than 5 mins. Bus stop is less than a min.

Didn’t bother us, but the main entrance door opens right onto the side walk. Everything else this place offers dwarfs this aspect.

Great location very close to Piazza Navona, surrounded by interesting streetscapes, good restaurants and reasonable walking distance to most attractions.

As older travellers the computerised entry points were initially a bit painful to manage though we got used to them.

Location; location, location. The staff are nice. I like to thank Grace at the reception was very patient and told us where to go and what to do. I request a blanket the first night via Whatsapp and I get a response immediately as if concierge was right there. I am glad i bought an esim before I flew into Rome and that I am somewhat tech knowledgeable. Clean bathroom and excellent air-conditioning. My other "OK"points below were meant for management to consider to improve. I have no complaints.

I wish there was a dresser with drawers to put our clothes as opposed to live off the suitcase. The safe was not bolted to to the wall but sit on a wood stool (v interesting placement of a "safe".

I really liked how well located the place was. It was 10 minutes away from the Vatican, 5 minutes away from Piazza Navona, and the large shopping area Via del Corso was maybe 20 minutes away - all by foot! The ladies at the check-in desk were super friendly and always ready to assist and cooperate. The other staff was also friendly, and the rooms were clean and tidy. I would definitely stay there if I go to Rome any time soon, and will recommend to friends and family.

Excellent! Wonderful staff, very helpful and accommodating. Clean place. Even the kettle was spotless inside (my standard check because it tells you everything! And I don't like to drink hot drinks with water from a dirty kettle ;) !) Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to all major sights. Lots of great cafe's and restaurants around, too.

The walls are thin, so you hear your neighbors! I was perfectly fine with it, but think it might be helpful for some travelers to know this in advance :)

The location was REALLY good. It is in the center directly. Really easy to go everywhere from the hotel. The receptionist was really nice, kind and helpful person. I asked them recommendations for restaurants and they send them all via WhatsApp. Check in was really easy. View of the room was amazing. Also it was in a maximum cleanness. On the day of my check out, I was feeling sick and needed more time at the room. Receptionist was really kind enough to give me the time I needed, even though another guest was going to come after me.

the location of this hotel makes it excellent, the service and the staff were great, the room size & comfort was very good! overall was happy with our stay and would recommend the property and would return.

the lack of a typical reception on the main floor of a hotel was odd at first, however it was clear from the booking that the hotel was in a palazzo, located on the second floor, so we knew exactly what to expect and got used to it quite quickly.
