The gentleman at the front desk greeted us upon our arrival and was very welcoming. He provided exceptional service and catered to our needs. The location was central, everything in walking distance. The AC was nice and cold. They had an elevator which was easy for us to bring our luggage to the room. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety.

It was our first stop during our stay in Italy. A note to others is to download the freenow Taxi app which has service to the hotel door. Our fault, we decided to take public transportation in with luggage from the airport, the roads to the hotel aren't the best to walk with large pieces of luggage.

The location of the accommodation was excellent - within walking distance of many attractions and central for restaurants. The room was of a high standard and cleaning was done daily to a high standard. Staff were friendly and very helpful - allowed us to leave our luggage on the final day (free of charge), so we could go sightseeing.

Aircon unit was located on the floor, so took a while to cool the room down. As advised by other guest, I removed the cover, which provided better efficiency. Price of the room for 3 nights (£604) was probably a little on the high side; however, I booked 2 days before the trip, so might have been cheaper if I had booked well in advance. That said, the accommodation is so central that it probably justifies what I paid, taking into consideration it was last minute.

The location is really really good, it’s right on the Piazza Navona in a quiet street. The rooms are big and nice, the bathroom is clean and very beautiful. I enjoyed my stay there very much and in terms of value for money it’s really really good. Mizan and all of the staff were perfect, thank you.

One night the water in the shower was cold. I told the staff about this problem the next morning, they brought a maintenance guy and fixed it right away.

The location, cleanliness and staff were excellent. Very attentive on arrival and departure. Room was spacious and comfortable too.

We struggled to get the shower very cold at all (in the heat we were desperate for a cold shower!) however maybe this was a general temperature control rather than an issue. Also the room was quite hot given the air con was on the ground rather than the ceiling but realise that not much can be done about this given the style of building.

Our host, Jack, was fabulous. Spoke very good English and was very accommodating. We arrived early and our room was not quite ready yet, but he took care of all of our luggage and put it directly in our room while we were out sightseeing. He gave us breakfast the 1st morning and made excellent cappuccino! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The street was a bit noisy at night but that is out of the control of the hotel! I would have liked to have access to the dining room to get cold water or hot coffee at different times of the day!

Breakfast was excellent. Caterina, who served us, was always cheerful and very helpful. Room clean and fresh towels each day. Jacuzzi in the room was a novelty.

We stayed for a week. It would have been nice to have some shelving so I did not have to keep most clothing in suitcase. I imagine most visitors only stay for a few days when this is not a problem.

Best location in the heart of Rome. Surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to main attractions. Large specious room, very clean and cosy. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Very nice helpful staff, option for breakfast, but we didn't use it. Check out at 11:00 and if you have a late flight, you can leave the luggage for storage. The staff is in the building only till afternoon, so if you intend to arrive later, let them know in advance. Just book the suit and enjoy!

The building located on a small street that a bit hard to find, so use the navigation program. The room good equiped, the little minus is a lack of kettle and the iron.

Location and friendliness of the staff

While I understand there was a virtual receptionist via a video, Not having a receptionist was a turn off to me.

Great location, modern and clean with underfloor heating it bathroom. Staff were friendly too, and the suite was good size. Shutters blocked out the light well, and the towels/bedding were nice.

Bathroom floor can be very slippery if wet, hairdryer could be a bit better.

Fabulous stay. Had the mini suite and it was beautiful, original features with a contemporary twist. Staff were lovely and the place was spotless. The location is perfect. I used to live in Rome and the price/location/quality is amazing. Will be my go to place when visiting now, don't think you can find better for the price.
