Location locations location , perfect location 10 min from anywhere. We were first time in Rome didn't spend much time on research and we get lucky finding something in that area is best you can get . Tons of shops and restaurants near by .There is enough room for 6-7 people. We enjoy our stay you can easy go for breaks if you get tired from city walks , perfect for family with kids . Good value for price .

Old AC unit pretty loud and apartment need some floor renovation .

Love the cold water from the taps. Very good and fast response from the staff. Adequate towels, bed line supplied. The AC was powerful and did the job. One of my children broke the kitchen soap bottle, and the management was ok with it. It was made of glass.

Using the appliances in the kitchen shorts out the power for the flat. Whether oven or kettle. And you need go to the building front to re-trip the switch. Best way was to switch everything off then use kitchen kettle or oven.

The location was excellent. Close to Restaurants and the pantheon a great walking location.

There was one flight of steps, which could be a lot if you had luggage to carry around 50 pounds. Fortunately, my son was with us and carried it for me as I’m a senior and I had to take a lot of clothes cause I was on a 16 night cruise before Rome.It

This place was amazing. It worked great for what we wanted/ needed. Walking distance to all the touristic places. They were very welcoming, which we truly appreciated( our arrival was a little earlier than the normal check in but they were able to accommodate us). I will definitely choose this place again if we get to return to Rome.😊

location is perfect, right in the heart of Rome. really clean. Host was quick to respond to answer our questions. Recommend taking a cab from the airport to this location ( $55.00 euros) has basic cooking supplies ( salt, pepper, olive oil) one room that could have 2 people if you share a big king Bed. Other room has 2 comfy small beds.

Great communication with the host. We were met at the front door of the building and allowed to leave our luggage inside while it was being cleaned before our check in time. Very convenient and easy to locate. The location was fantastic .We walked to and from all the major sites and took taxis for convenience-easy to find a minute away. Good water pressure in the shower Really good air conditioning in both bedrooms. A mini market really close by and lots of restaurants if you don’t want to go too far for dinner. Would definitely stay here again for the location and comfort and price.

The lights in the living room. Too dark and it needs an aircon in there too especially if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed. The floor can be slippery as written in other reviews There is noise from the restaurant below - for those who need silence - didn’t bother me and couldn’t be heard over the aircon in the main bedroom Note there are 2 narrow stair ways to carry your luggage up to your apartment

Clean apartment in a perfect location near the Pantheon and major bus stops. The AC was a godsend in hot July. The apartment is a bit somber with good shutters, which was perfect for afternoon siestas when escaping the heat.

There was an issue with the hot water boiler, showers never got above lukewarm temps. The restaurant below is noisy until midnight. Bring ear plugs if you are sleeping in the main room with the queen size bed. Otherwise a very quiet neighborhood. FYI, there is no coffee machine, just an Italian percolator.

The location is perfect, very easy to get to all of the main attractions, shops very close by, luggage store close by, really pleased. The apartment was clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable, contact with MGP group was good.

The wooden flooring is very highly polished with rugs, you had to be very careful as the rugs slipped and potentially a slip hazzard. The kettle kept switching itself on and off until it boiled and we were only able to light one gas ring on a couple of occasions, sometimes we couldn't get it to light at all.

Great location

Super hot in Rome while we were there and there were aircons in our sleeping area which were great. Unfortunately the living room has no aircon or even a fan so it was too hot for us to sit in the living room.

Comfortable beds, nice and spacious, nicely furnished and well set up with everything we needed. Excellent location.

Windows were not very soundproof, so there was a lot of street noise until very late. The floor in the bedroom was quite damaged and uneven in places.
