We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely fantastic, as we were able to walk to all the major tourist attractions like the Vatican, Colosseum, and Trastevere. It made exploring Rome very convenient and enjoyable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. After long days of walking, it was such a relief to return to a peaceful place, as the hotel is located on a small, quiet road away from the crowds. The AC works very well, too. A big thank you to the reception staff. They were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. They always did their best to help us and provided useful items like umbrellas when we needed them. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Rome for several nights. It’s a perfect base for discovering the city on foot Zhaniya and Dinara from Kazakhstan

Location is fantastic. Very close to everything, there was no need to take public transport. Hotel is clean, comfortable and the receptionist was very nice and understanding. The restaurants nearby are quite nice and reception has great recommendations. Great value for money.

As mentioned in other reviews the walls are quite thin but we didn't experience much issue with this, as none of the guests were very loud and we were our the whole day

We stayed 2 nights and thought this property was perfect! The location was great and It was walking distance to many monuments and just around the corner from the bus stop. Also there were many good restaurants and a convenience store right outside our door. There was an elevator at this property, the room was very clean and nice, the bathroom was on the small side but completely fine for our 2 night stay. We had a sink and mini fridge in the room and the front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend staying there.

I like 2 things ,the location and the staff working ,very helpful and very polite .

1 / I didnt like the internet ,its a shame for this kind of place in the middle of Rome in 2025 . 2/ The other thing i didnt like was the airconditioner was very noisy if you open at maximum speed . 3/ The mattress of the double bed was not double was two single mattress and was not very comfortable!

Location! Can walk to most of the main attractions and dining areas within 15 minutes, but rather quiet during the night. Friendly staffs.

The window didn't close properly, which made us feel unsafe, fortunately nothing happened during the stay. The hotel maybe needs some maintenance sooner or later. The stone-layed narrow streets made us difficult to carry our heavy suitcases from/to the taxi stand, but it was the character of Rome.

Our luggage was lost so we arrived late from the airport and had to arrange a late checkin, which was not a problem.($20euro). Good sized lift, not too far from the airport. The location was good, . but a long way from the Colloseum. We walked all over the city (mostly getting lost) as google maps was not reliable. The hotel is near to many eating establishment. Would recommend the Old Bear restaurant. Great food and exceptional service.

I liked the location and the historical, charming building and street it was on. Staff was kind and helpful. (Shout out to Carmen who made a dinner reservation for us one night)

Walls were thin. Could hear neighbors in the nearby room talking and snoring one night! lol. Not much room or storage space but these are not negative enough to possibly prevent me from going back again.

Room was spacious and well furnished (but you could add a chair in the room) and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is just great since is only a few minutes walk to the main sights

The body soap was not enough and also there is no place to leave the soap container during the shower and you have to open and close the shower door to leave in on the sink! Also the fact that there is no option even for a basic breakfast is also an issue, You could also offer the option for coffee or tea in the room

The location of L’antica Locanda Dell’Orso is fantastic, close to Piazza Navona and within walking distance to the Colosseum. This wasn’t my first stay here and the service and cleanliness are as good, if not better, than previous visits. There are plenty of places to eat close by at great prices with fantastic atmosphere. Going forward, this will be my go to location to stay when in Rome.

Staff services were outstanding (Christopher who welcomed us was of the most amazing help and assistance, he also provided us with the list of best local addresses), the room was very cosy, comfortable, and super clean – we’ve also certainly appreciated the mini fridge!
