Hello ,my name is Ailene ,stayed 6 nights at this hotel , I just got back in Paris now . I saw this hotel on booking.com and the photos were amazing so i picked this one . Before booking i called first and spoke to Radaka , she was very nice over the phone and told me there is available room for me i was very happy . I have arrived around 2 in the morning and met Vanessa she was very nice and so kind . I liked my room and its clean . I love the hotel perfume They use too , I forgot to ask what was it because I want it in my room In Paris . The hotel staff is very nice . Also Martina that was very helpful during the day I asked her some Directions of places . I met Valentina too that is so sweet and always cleaning my room Perfectly . I stayed 6 nights at the hotel and i don’t want to leave . I was so sad to leave i wanted to stay :)))) I will comeback with my 3 daughters . Do you have a room that fits 4 people ? I have 3 daughters that would like to come back . The location of this hôtel is so so so perfect . I never take taxi or bus . I reached all important highlights of Rome by walking . Thank you so much for being so welcoming and nice to me . I look forward to come back .

Perfect location right in the centre of Rome! Every hotspot was only a short walk away so we barely had to use public transport to get around. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff were very helpful and the whole stay was flawless. We booked a private transfer via the hotel to get to the airport and it was very reasonably priced.

This wasn't an issue for us but I can see it being a potential problem for someone who is less mobile - the shower is in the room itself in a bathtub but has two steps to get into. Need to be quite careful when exiting the shower to not slip.

The hotel is excellent, with a wonderful and polite staff available 24/7. Our room was very clean, and the bathroom was great. Cleanliness and a good bathroom are my top priorities, so I was very satisfied! We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping cleaned our room every day – that was amazing! A great bonus is the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy coffee and relax. In the high season, there’s even a café up there! I also want to highlight the fantastic location. It’s easy to walk to any major landmark, and there are plenty of great places nearby for breakfast, aperitifs, lunch, and dinner!

Everything was great!

The location and size of the room were good. It was very clean and well-stocked with coffee, water, towels, and toiletries.

The mattress was too hard. The high step between the bedroom and bathroom was potentially dangerous. I placed a trash can in the bathroom doorway as a reminder of the vast difference in the levels of the floors between the bedroom and bathroom. The bathtub was slippery and I couldn’t figure out how to close the drain. I had to use a towel to cover the drain. The water flow into the bathtub was so slow. I wasn’t able to enjoy using the bathtub for these reasons. It was disappointing.

Location was perfect, everything is in walking distance. Large bathroom and clean, toilet with a separate bidet. Room itself was relatively small, but it was good enough for us.

The pictures of the restaurant and rooftop they are outdated here on booking.com Housekeeping is only available some hours during the day. I'm used to it that you can call housekeeping anytime of the day to clean the room / towels bedsheet etc.

Fantastic stay! A hidden gem of a hotel. We were warmly greeted and welcomed to this fantastic location. It’s super walkable to all major sights including Pantheon (5 mins) colosseum (20 mins) and Trevi fountain (15 mins). It combines a modern charm with a rustic, authentic feel. They also provide a laundry service and have a lovely rooftop terrace with internal bar. Our stay was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Will be recommending to any friends traveling to Rome!

The room layout and size was slightly small for the stay. Other than that, it was perfect!

The old Italian building is beautiful and stylish and made our stay feel more athletic than staying in a newer modern hotel, the beds are extremely comfortable and the shower is powerful and hot. The location is also perfect

I was disappointed that our balcony never had much sun throughout the day, so paying the extra for the spa bath was a waste of time, but we had plenty to do in the City to make up for it, and the balcony was constantly wet so footwear is a must, and the rooftop terrace bar was also a big disappointment as most of the drinks on the menu where scribbled out, so we left without getting a drink.

The location is well positioned to get around Rome by foot and despite being handy to the busy Piazza Navona, the street is tucked away in a quiet area. The room was comfortable but small, however, we did not spend too much time as we were out exploring. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The bathroom is disproportionately large compared to the bedroom which is a tight fit with the bed taking up most of the space available. However, it was comfortable for a three night stay. It was an expensive tarrif for the size and quality of the room, but I suspect that is just Roman prices based on what was available at the time of booking.

The staff were brilliant and friendly, they recommended where to eat and where to go. Always gave extra coffee and towels is needed! There even was lots of water and coke in the fridge on arrival. The rooms were comfortable but not very big. Everything was clean. The location was perfect, right beside the pantheon and only a short walk away from other main attractions. The rooftop area was also a bonus.

Room was small and a bit dark as there wasn’t much light through the window. Our air con didn’t work, but we were given a fan when we reported it.

Great location, lovely decoration, comfortable beds, amazing friendly staff.

No where to put anything in the room. No shelf for toiletries in the bathroom and no drawers or shelves to unpack clothes, just 1 clothes rail and the desk that is permanently on display so the room felt messy once you unpacked. Beautifully decorated room but not very practical. This did not detract from our stay. We had an amazing stay and would stay again next time we are in Rome.
