Beautiful old world charm with all the amenities you need right in the historic centre of Rome. Room was large, clean and appointed with thoughtful touches like old style glassware and home made cakes in reception area. Great cafes and restaurants for breakfast lunch & dinner right next door and local mini marts available close by (5 min walk) Trevi, Panthenon, Piazza Navona & Spanish steps all less than 10 mins walk away yet accommodation still lovely and quiet. Excellent communication and clear instructions with responsive staff

We stayed in room 318 Marcello Scapucci Would have been great to be able to identify which room we’d booked from the pictures, each had its own personality. Our balcony was tiny and a little tired - though we did still manage to squeeze onto it for a vino at the end of the day.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite. The room was beautifully decorated, and since it faced an inside courtyard, it was absolutely silent, which is a hard thing to find in Rome. The bed was very comfortable, and our daughter really liked her couch bed. The bathroom was well appointed with plenty of hot water available. Instructions for accessing the property and room were clear. There is an elevator to access the 3rd floor, so there are only 4 steps from the entrance to the elevator entrance to manage with bags. Although there is officially no breakfast, there is an espresso/cappuccino machine in the large common area along with a couple of tarts/cakes for slicing, so this can definitely serve as a typical Italian breakfast.

The elevator gave us a little trouble on one of the days, but it was fixed quickly. Otherwise I have no complaints.

The property was in the perfect location, it was a quiet, secure and safe place just out of the hustle and bustle. We walked around the whole trip and it was very easy to get to the main sites. 5 minutes to the Trevi, 10 minutes to the pantheon and about 25 to the colosseum. The rooms were spacious with great imenities. The shower was the best we’ve had in Europe with great pressure and was nice and hot (very random but I loved that a good quality hair dryer was also provided). Paola was super helpful and made the check in/out process easy and was super helpful throughout the trip. We loved the location and will definitely be back in the future.

Everything. It was lovely to stay in a hotel room that was cleaned everyday and where the hosts weren't stingy with the coffee. There was always snacks in the lounge area. The location is obvious amazing and this place isn't cheap but we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Every thing was well maintained, the room was big with high ceilings. The flooring was beautiful and so were the walls in the bathroom. The check in was easy. Loved everything about this place. Highly recommend it for first time travelers to Rome.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Rome! The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major sights. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Check-in was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The building itself is beautiful, with lots of charm and character. On top of all that, the service was amazing—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. Highly recommend!

Rooms were comfortable, beautiful and spacious, wish I had a longer stay! Good bathrooms & showers. Note: If you are driving a rental car, be aware you will be driving through tiny streets filled with pedestrians in a ZTL (limited traffic zone), if you enter outside the allowed times, you will receive a fine in the mail. I parked outside the area at Piazza Cavour Parking lot and took a taxi to/from my car on arrival & departure from Rome. Ask owners for other convenient parking options. PS You do not need or want a car in Rome. I had a rental for a month long trip around Italy and it was more economical & easier to just park in the lot for my couple of nights in Rome. And… If the building looks familiar to you, it was the apartment of Julia Roberts portrayed in the movie Eat Pray Love.

The coffee machine didn’t work, several guests were having issues and we all gave up. I messaged manager but didn’t receive a helpful reply. Overall, this wasn’t an issue for me, I prefer to go out for a good cappuccino… you’re in Italy, there’s no shortage of local cafes 😊 Some of the other guests were not so happy about it though. There are snacks, tea available and theres a mini fridge in the room. The

This is a special place to stay. Grand is an apt description. Very spacious including a large bathroom and beautifully furnished. There are about 5 apartments but all feel very private. On the 3rd floor but there is a good lift. Great storage space in the room. There is a small common area where coffee and cake is provided - very nice touch. The location is super. Minutes from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. We walked pretty much everywhere- Vatican, Colosseum etc. Self check in was easy.

The shower is over a claw bath, which is difficult to get into. Would be tricky for someone with limited mobility. I would suggest removing the bath and just having a shower.

Beautiful, clean room. Very close to Pantheon and Piazza Navona, both fantastic areas for eating and drinking.

Room 316 was little hard to find in the property but only because we were tired when we arrived and hadn’t read the instructions we had been given properly. To get out to the second corridor as they call it, where our room was, you go out through the very narrow balcony doors then through another set of balcony doors into the corridor. And a few of the rooms were there.

The bed and room temperature was very comfortable and the room decor ( high wooden ceiling beams) was extra special. The tea/pastry in the lobby were delightful! Also, I appreciated having access to an ironing board/iron! Thanks so much for everying…so charming!

Took a bit of figuring out how to enter as I was unclear where to press the Navona button and then type in the code from the directions. After that, we were good!

The staff was amazing. The information package about finding the place and getting in was perfect. I've had problems with other apartments, but the contact with this owner was great. The location was also great - walking distance of everything. There are some small shops close by for breakfast. The elevator is small but very modern. The cleaning staff were very nice. They provided free high quality coffee with some nice treats in the kitchen area.

There was a small electrical problem, but the owner was very quick in sorting it out with an electrician. The work was done while we were out and did not affect our stay.
