Centrally located hotel in Rome within walking distance of most of the Roman tourist attractions with many nearby excellent restaurants. My room on the 6th(top) floor had superb 270degree views of Rome. Room very comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful and efficient staff. The hotel has a gin bar which I didn’t go to but seemed very popular and well patronized. Highly recommended.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Rome, great location close enough to visit all the tourist attractions within walking distance but close enough away for a peaceful sleep. The hotel was spotless, rooms were good size & beds really comfy. It had the added bonus of the rooftop bar which was great to unwind in with a cocktail after a day exploring Rome. The breakfast was great, great selection of hot & cold choices. Mohammed was very helpful providing a map and advice on the best routes for all the attractions. Looking forward to our next stay at this hotel in Rome, thank you

Our trip wasn’t long enough 🥲

Absolutely stunning hotel with fantastic staff and wonderful facilities. They provide everything you could need, the breakfast is brilliant and they were very helpful with our allergy issues. The location is perfect and a short walk to all the beautiful tourist attractions. The family suite was absolutely perfect with a sliding door in between the parents and children’s room. We had fabulous views from our balcony, excellent air conditioning, usb ports, plenty of storage, tea and coffee, fruit platter on arrival and a well stocked bathroom of toiletries. The roof terrace and gin bar is a great addition too. We had the best time in Rome and we are so thrilled to have really struck lucky with our choice of hotel! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay and being so incredibly helpful and lovely. You really made our stay in Rome magical. Grazie!

There is nothing bad about this hotel!

The location is perfect, very close to restaurants and the historic area. The staff are very friendly, especially Mohammad at the reception who was very helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the executive room offers a nice view.

However, the mattress was not comfortable and the executive room near the rooftop had a smell of food. Also, reaching the hotel was inconvenient as I had to walk about 15 minutes with my suitcases due to the ZTL area. The hotel did not provide a shuttle or taxi service, and I couldn’t find one near the parking in Cavour.

Beautiful property with great service. Some issues quickly resolved by all staff, great service from all the service desk including Mohammed and lady with the blonde hair. Breakfast service was exceptional - a special mention to Mariam for her courteous manner and service.

Breakfast for some diets could result in utensils mixing with meat products - however credit to the staff to ensuring that this was resolved by the managers and hotel staff asking the kitchen to make separate food on arrival to breakfast.

Breakfast buffet had a great selection, staff were super nice with great communication prior to us arriving. I ended up sick in the hotel room for a day and kitchen staff organized a plate of food to be sent up. Eleonora was the best face to see at the front desk after a flight, super lovely. We received a free room upgrade which was a great bonus for our first trip to Rome. The elevator is quite cool being a big glass box. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to others in future.

Lovely atmosphere with attention to quality details. Comfortable room. Excellent roof top bar. Breakfast had everything.

Most of the staff were excellent but a couple were slow (eg to get a coffee at breakfast or take our order for food on the rooftop bar). We weren’t in a hurry but these staff let down the staff who were excellent such as the wonderful man with very high standards who checked us in. He was perfect!

The location is very central and wonderful, the room we had was surprisingly spacious and pretty big for Europe. (deluxe room with balcony)

The breakfast was very good and solid however i would've liked more options. Something that annoyed me a little was that the bathroom in the room didnt have a door, it was just a curtain, so that made me a little anxious.

Breakfast had a large selections to chose from. Since I tried to eat healthy and not indulge in the sweet delights I refrain from rating . Wait staff exceeded most buffet type hotel breakfast. I felt obliged to recognize one particular staff. I can't remember her name, but do remember smile.

Hotel exceeded expectations. The location, atmosphere, friendliness and knowledge of the staff and value made it a venue I would visit again.
