The room is perfect, the position is perfect and the service is perfect. It's one of those rare cases when you can simply say "everything is perfect". Highly raccomended and suggested. Joseph is an angel, very smiling and always supportive. The bathtub top! The room is also very silent, which I really appreciate since the center of Rome is very crowdy even during the night. Excellent value for money, money well spent

Location is great, in the heart of the city centre. Staff is super responsive and welcoming. You should realise it’s a room for rent in the residential building and not a hotel. The only reason I decreased the rate is the price. Probably it’s too high because of the jubilee year in Vatican. If the price would be lower I would rate 10. And I would also recommend staff to use fungus spray in bathroom and clean the wash basins as they are coming blocked easily. Do not expect any view from the room as they are facing internal yard, not a fancy one. But overall the accommodation is good if you book for a reasonable price.

The location was perfect everythin within half an hour's walk.. Was clean, sheets and bedding etc. Were very clean. Daily clean was done to a reasonable standard too.. But the real reason I'm giving this a high score is really for the location and cleanliness... again if you're lookin for good location I just cannot fault this.. Plenty of places to eat within 10minutes walking distance. Also to the hot spots of the likes of the pantheon, Spanish Steps and trevi fountain. And even the colosseum and Vatican.. We walked to both of those within half an hour at a casual stroll.

But niggles were really just things like.. Room was a little smaller than what it looked on the pictures, wasn't keen on the mattress topper on the bed. Was not particular comfortable especially if you suffer from a bad back like we do. Sometimes the drainage from the toilet would give off a slight smell.

Don’t have enough words to say how impressed we were with this room. Joseph checked us in and helped throughout our stay and he was super warm, friendly and helpful. Room was large. Great tv. Comfiest bed we’ve ever slept in. Huge spa. High pressure shower. Lots of bench space and cupboards. Strong aircon. Location was phenomenal - close to eateries/icecream etc. Walking distance to everything but tucked on a quiet street away from the immediate crowds.

The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially getting our luggage up the stairs. The location was great for exploring the old city. The room was very nice and huge. It is more like an apartment building that's been made into "hotel" rooms, so the entrance is a little strange, but the room has been updated with nice bedding and the bathroom is very large and comfortable. The staff arranged for a taxi to pick us up for airport transfer early the next morning & it was right on time - very helpful!

No elevator, but it is the historical part of the city and to be expected. The staff were available to help us with the luggage when we checked in, but not when we left because it was so early. The instructions for the safe in our room were difficult to understand so we ended up not using it - it was not the typical safe. Better instructions in English for the coffee maker would've been nice, but it was great having a coffee maker since we left very early - of course, they are tiny cups - not Grande Starbucks! :-)

The instructions with access codes/keys were emailed before we arrived. We arrived at 9am and check in wasn't until 2pm. As the room wasn't yet ready, Joseph let us in store our bags and change quickly. This was a huge help as we didn't want to drag our bags around all day in Rome. The room was great! Very roomy and well supplied with towels and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the room cleaned daily. It was in a great location and easy to get around. Easy access to taxi/cabs/restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Really appreciated Joseph being there to let us in and how clean he (and Matthew) kept the room each day. Joseph also arranged a taxi for us when we had to get to the airport as he said he would. Very pleasant customer service. We loved the location. Lots of shops within walking distance.

The only drawback was so many steps to the second floor. However, we are 69 so most people wouldn’t mind at all 😊

The property was absolutely spotless! The location of the property was perfect for us. We walked everywhere and did not once rely on a taxi. Joseph is an absolute GEM to the business- an amazing and welcoming Co-worker to StarHome Pantheon- each day we returned to an immaculate and cleanly room with a fresh bed to climb into. The place is well secured with multiple gates and the facilities provided made it a conformable stay - a drop in tub (very relaxing after a long day), iron etc.!!! I have stayed in many hotels and have not saw such attention to detail to the customers stay. Thank you so much for the exceptional hospitality.

The air condition is a bit weak as it gets warm at night but Joseph was kind enough to provide us a portable fan that kept me cool. The place does not have an elevator so you have to take steps to get to 3rd floor.

The rooms were immaculate, very good size and very clean. Location was 10/10, as soon as we step outside we are right in the middle of everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They organised transport for us to go to the airport early in the morning and they helped retrieve my phone when I left it in the taxi. I will definitely be booking StarHome again.

Nothing it was all amazing

Great location, just a few minutes away from Piazza Navona. The room was nice, although the view was on an internal court so there was not much light. The bed was big and comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean, the provided food drink and snacks were ok.

The access is not the best, there is no elevator and if you are with a stroller + luggages it is a bit of a climb. The bathroom was nice, but the bathtub is a bit old and some plastic parts came off while we were filling it.
