Easy check-in, friendly staff (they allowed us to check in earlier and check out later), the apartment is in a nice old building, and close to everything. A little grocery store is located 1 min walk from the apartment. Clean bedding and towels, an iron is available. Authentic furniture and view from the main room. Spacious rooms, enough space to store all the belongings

No bath amenities (only towels and soap for hands) No towel in the kitchen to dry the dishes No instructions about how to sort the garbage properly (as the rules may differ in different countries) No ironing board But none of those factors were critical, and we still enjoyed our stay! :) Just keep those in mind while booking this apartment

The apartment is really "old-world" and spacious. A really great find and the location is within walking distance of everything. We walked most of the attractions in Rome from here and everything was within 20-30 minutes max. The apartment consists of a kitchen with coffee and cooking facilities (we didn't use them, as we ate out but they seemed great), a lovely double bedroom and then a lounge area. I feel we didn't really make good use of the whole apartment, as we were out and about most of the time but you could happily eat in and relax in the evenings, if you chose to do so.

Not really a problem for us but the apartment is on the top floor so lots of stairs to walk up if you aren't good with stairs

The apartment was very spacious. We loved the old furniture, the fire place and the exposed beams. There apartment has everything you would need for an extended stay including all cooking utensils, iron, hairdryer etc. The location is very nice very close to the Pantheon. The owners send clear instructions on how to get the keys, it was all very easy.

Everything was great. There is no lift if you have mobility problems but for most people this won’t be an issue.

A lot of stairs to climb and the owner insisted on cash even escorting my husband to the cash point and getting quite agitated when the machine was empty. Then escorted my husband to the bank where we had trouble with our cards but eventually got him his cash.My reservation clearly stated card payment accepted..He thought it was ridiculous that we weren't carrying that amount of cash around ready for him.

The apartment is in the centre of Rome. It wasn't far to the hop on hop off bus, to some of the sightseeing points or restaurants. Many things were close by in walking distance. The apartment itself is really big. Even with two boys we had enough space. Bed and sleeping couch were comfortable and the blankets and towels were really nice. Thank you for everything. We will come back😊

We loved our Apartment, had amazing Location. Apartment is very very old/antique and you need to be careful not to do some damage while staying. It was clean and well maintained. This Apartment has some very interesting story, maybe shoud the Owner do some Book or Album so that every Guest can read and enjoy the Story while staying there.

Glass sink in the Bathroom needs to be fixed. We wanted to know something more about the Apratment and its history but could not find anything online. 😊

Really good location, perfect for seeing all the sites. Building was very cool even without the AC which was in every room if you needed it. Very quiet. Good coffee machine and cooker.

The apartment was a lot bigger than I anticipated. It was a great place, in a fantastic position. Close to the Pantheon and walking distance to the Vatican and Colosseum, along with most of the other icons to see.

Shower pressure is not very good, but shower alcove is quite spacious - most of the places we have been the shower alcove is tiny. Toilet seat was broken, but we managed.

The place was extremely clean, which was very important as we had a 9-month old baby who was playing a lot on the floor. The location is great, it is within 30-min walking distance to anything important to visit in Rome. The host even waited to do a late checkin (22:30) without extra charge, and let us do a late check out (12:00) again without any charge.

It needs some shower gel, garbage bags and paper towels to be perfect. Other than that nothing to complain about. All the buildings in the area do not have an elevator, so nothing to be done about that.

I know Rome very well and the location was really great. It's a historical flat and it is great for a person who loves history and living among historical objects. I really liked the story of the flat's first owner. I'm glad to stay in her house for a couple of days in eternal city of Rome.

Everything was good for me. But for my husband it was a bit difficult to breath because of the dust inside
