We loved the location (the perfect spot, close to everything and a stone throw away from the pantheon), the staff were very friendly, easy exchange when checking in and out

The stay was honestly amazing and I would definitely stay there again BUT it was very dusty, I didn’t feel like it was cleaned properly. I felt like the floor wasn’t moped or hoovered, my socks were black after taking off my shoes for 2 hours. Desk, night stands, pillows etc had very visible dust on them. Hopefully there’s an improvement on this as it’s the perfect spot and great value

Excellent location! Only 3 minutes from the Pantheon and a lot of other places we wanted to see were easily accessible by foot. The accommodation was spacious and clean and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday. The neighborhood was very lively with tourists which made us feel safe and no noise from the ouside was felt inside our room that could disturb our sleep. The communnication with the host was very frequent and helpful and the last day they offered to keep our bags in the accommodation since check out was at 10 AM but our flight was before midnight. Highly recommend this place!

Can't complain about anything in particular. I had a pleasant stay!

The location was fantastic. It's a quick 5 minute walk to the Pantheon or Piazza Novella. Less than 10 min to the Trevi fountain. 30 min to the Colosseum/forum on foot. Tons of great restaurants within an easy walk. No less than 3 delicious gelato shops within 2 min (we tried them all). The room was simple and comfortable. The shower drain was really slow so if you take long showers, you'll flood the bathroom. There is one flight of stairs to get to the room though there is also a tiny, ancient elevator. They have a nice communal kitchen space for morning coffee if desired, otherwise there is a coffee shop next door.

The aforementioned shower drain was less than ideal with four sweaty travellers but honestly, everything was good

Located right in the heart of Rome, our room was perfect for a night stay in the city. It has the most comfortable double bed I’ve slept in at an accommodation and because it was not facing the street directly, it was very quiet at night. The staff was very nice and helpful, allowing us to check out a bit later and storing our luggage for free in our last day, as our plane was leaving in the night. I totally recommend this accommodation for people who want to be in the center of it all, while having a good night’s sleep.

As for most apartments in Rome, some maintainance work is needed.

This funky little place was beautifullly located in the heart of old Rome convenient to the Pantheon. We were able to walk to St. Peter's, the Vatican and St. Peters in Chains. The last very important so that we could see Michaelangelo's Moses. There were good restaurants on the same street. The room was clean and quiet. A real plus for a converted building of this age - a working elevator, small but reliable. The third bed was a roll away. There was a small kitchen available, but no breakfast. All in all, I would stay again.

-shops nearby -restaurants : the famous panini and pasta area is literally near Casa Bella -6-8mins to bus station -the staffs are friendly and approachable : they give updates, communicates with us though booking .com chat box, change our towels everyday, -great loc : 5mins from Pantheon, near to Spanish Steps and Trevi too

-smelly toilet, probably theres something wrong with the drainage, thats the downside in the Andromeda Room of CasaBella

The property was extremely comfortable with all amenities needed. Its location is super convenient to shops and tourist spots. The apartment was amazing, making you feel like you’re miles apart from the hustle and bustle, even though the excitement is right outside your doorstep! I would whole heartedly recommend this apartment!

The only difficulty was getting luggage to this apartment. But it’s because of its convenience to many things. So don’t pack too heavy or too large. Otherwise, there’s no problem whatsoever.

The location was excellent, very close to both the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. Despite being within the ZTL (restricted traffic zone), taxis could easily drop us off right at the corner of the accommodation. There are many restaurants nearby, too. Additionally, they allowed us to store our luggage the next day, so we could enjoy one more day in Rome without worrying about our bags or having to pay extra.

The location is the highlight here. It is just a few minutes Taxi ride from the Roma Termini. Located right next to Pantheon, surrounded with lots of restaurants. A great ice-cream shop just out side of the door! Walkable to Spanish-steps, Piazza Novanna, Trevi Fountain and etc. It was clean and decent in size.

The common kitchen could be more organized and clean. We avoided of using the kitchen and had our coffee bought outside.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel staff! Very responsive staff, all requests were satisfied: late check-in, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception while we walked around Rome on the day of departure, they helped us call a taxi to the airport. Thank you very much! The hotel is located in the very center, just 10-12 minutes to any attraction! The room is clean, the bed is divine, you can fall into it and sleep like a queen! I recommend!
