Breakfast, facilities, staff were all wonderful.

The location is great, but it is pretty difficult to find. Had trouble navigating back there because when we arrived the door was open and looked very different when the door was closed and front desk staff were gone. The address is shared with other establishments and the address is hard to see. I think this may be pretty common in historical Rome though. Nothing done wrong by Little Queen, just a heads up to future guests to take some photos as they leave to make sure they can get back. Only other concern is that I thought it said that check-in was at 9:00 am (which is one reason I chose it, but when we arrived the room wasn't ready until about 11:00). The staff made us levely espresso while we waited though, and discussed some tourist plans, which was very appreciated.

Everything from start to finish was perfect, location was great, very satisfied.

Nothing to complain about...

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable compare to the rest of the beds we experienced in Italy! The bathroom and shower was spacious compare to other bathrooms and showers we experienced in Italy!

The staff werent overly friendly but it didnt effect us. Our room was right at the front entrance next to the lobby and front door so it was really noisy at night when other guests came back and also in the morning when breakfast was being made. I wish we had one of the rooms at the back. The breakfast was okay.

The location was brilliant, there was a lovely square with a fab restaurant just outside. And the pantheon just around the corner. It was in walking distance for lots of the sights of Rome but we did take an uber to the Vatican and the colesseum, but walked back from one of them. Perfect spot to explore Rome.

Maybe slightly smaller room than we expected when booking but it was fine. There was scaffolding on the outside of the building.

Second time we have stayed and would stay again. Great location and nice clean facility. Air conditioning is very good quality and quite cold

We stayed in a nicer room last time which made a big difference to our overall comfort - If you are staying only 1-2 nights or are on a budget any room is ok, but if there for a week or so, book the more expensive room as it has two big windows and also a small lounge area

Location, in the heart of Rome!

Elevator needs to be cleaned/maintenance on car elevator top side. It’s mandatory! A lot of dust, residues, dirt. This can cause malfunction and fire of elevator. It’s for safety for the people who is using other elevator. I wonder how this elevator get through yearly inspection if you see all the dirt on top of the elevator.

The room was exactly as the photos but bigger. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night, and really during the day mostly, so l slept well. I was on the 4th floor and was able to make a coffee in the morning, at reception, when l woke up and take it back to my room, good coffee first thing in the morning like home. Very helpful staff and the location for food is perfect. Great water pressure.

Not one complaint

This hotel exudes a remarkable level of maintenance and cleanliness. The rooms, adorned with stunning high ceilings and contemporary decor, contribute to a visually pleasing ambiance. The bathroom, typical in size for a boutique-style hotel, is well-appointed, and every aspect of the room reflects careful upkeep. The staff, though not consistently present on-site, demonstrated exceptional politeness. Notably, their responsiveness to email communication was swift, ensuring efficient assistance whenever needed.

This hotel occupies the fourth floor of a spacious, vintage residential building. Accessing the hotel is limited to a somewhat dim alleyway, which admittedly raised our concern when returning late at night. However, it's worth noting that despite our initial apprehension, we did not encounter any individuals or situations that felt unsafe throughout our stay. Due to the age of the building, our room (Room #43) presented some challenges in terms of noise. The windows rattled audibly in response to the wind, and the sound insulation proved less effective, allowing us to hear activity both in the lobby and from the adjacent room.

The location is perfect - central to everything if you want to see the sights of Rome. Great unique boutique feel. Quite different to most hotels - it's not really a hotel as it's only on one floor of a building from a side street but it has a lovely old fashioned lift with wood carving. I would probably market it as an air bnb rather than a hotel.

Sadly we must have had the least best room as although it was nice enough it didn't match what I had seen in the photos - others were much bigger / grander and had a desk. The TV didn't work too well either. But on the whole it was very nice. Good Air con (though noisy unit just outside), clean, lots of towels, lovely shower and bathroom and lovely decor.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious, clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is included - the reception staff cooks them fresh in the morning.

Be aware that this is NOT a hotel; I had a hotel filter on while browsing but this still showed up despite really being a B&B without 24 hours reception and hotel amenities; so if you are travelling at odd hours and want hotel amenities, BEWARE. Don't get me wrong, it is a lovely B&B, just that I was expecting a hotel. It is good for what it is, but had I known it wasn't a hotel I wouldn't have picked it and definitely won't be willing to pay this amount for a B&B. Not sure if this is a booking.com issue or the owner of this B&B lied in order to get more booking. The room has NO sound insulation at all, you can hear everything from the reception and from other rooms. If you are a light sleeper, take that into consideration as well.
