The best location in Rome! The view from our window was amazing looking right at Pantheon.. I would not stay anywhere else. Taxi stand right in our square so easy to get taxi anytime you need one. This area is quaint compared to Trevi (TO CROWDED) and Spanish Steps (WAY to crowed 😣😣😣). This hotel was 5 stars the room was amazing. There are two large grocery stores right outside but hidden down small street. Their grocery stores look like tiny shop tiny entrance but opens up inside to wine, meat, cheese it's huge with anything you want.

Bar wasn't open a lot but that didn't matter so much around and we bought wine at local grocery.

The location was absolutely perfect!

The property had been renovated fairly recently and was beautiful overall. However, they used carpet for the flooring in the common areas (not the bedrooms) and this is already beginning to show some wear. This is a very minor thing but did take away from the overall aesthetic of the otherwise fabulous property on first impression. Given that the hotel is in such a busy area and our suite was on the first floor, there was some outside noise but it didn’t bother us. Having said that, our suite was elegant and comfortable. The air conditioning was ice cold and kept up, even in the middle of a heat wave. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The location made this a perfect base. The staff were lovely. There were a few niggles like the USB socket by the bed didn't work and the room was very warm (we were there in Feb so heating was on and the a/c was turned off). Luckily the weather was OK so we just opened the window and really enjoyed the noise of the visitors to the piazza below. It was very clean and Mercedes did an excellent job of looking after our room. We were also gifted a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our anniversary which was a lovely surprise. The beds were super comfortable and the pillow menu was a nice option.

We would have liked the a/c to be working and I'd have preferred more hooks around to hang up wet towels for example.

The location was outstanding. The view from our room was amazing. The Pantheon was just across the Piazza. The staff were very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for unique dinner spots.

I stated at this hotel approximately 8 years ago. since that time the hotel has been completely renovated. It is now much more modern and sleek. I do not think it fits with the character of the neighborhood, Which is dominated of course by the Pantheon. The common areas have all been carpeted, which is already showing signs of wear. Our room had a floating pseudo wood floor that crackled with each foot step. This was very annoying especially at night as it was quite loud.

It’s quaint and cosy. Great location - nicely central for what we wanted to do/see. The staff were amazing - always happy and willing to assist, extremely personable - really very impressed. Our room was beautifully clean with everything we could ever want! We used the coffee machine very easily. The breakfast was great - good selection of items and plenty of coffee! It was all just perfect really. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing to dislike whatsoever.

Despite being located in a VERY touristy part of Rome, this hotel is a peaceful and QUIET oasis from the chaos. I was shocked at how quiet my room! WiFi is excellent. Room was spacious and well appointed. Staff is wonderful. Little extras: cookies in the room each day. Breakfast was among the best I have ever had an Italy - excellent and beautiful assortment. Great shower.

The only thing I didn’t love was the location. You need to battle the crowds to get to this hotel. Not easily accessible by taxi. It is surrounded by lots of tourist trappy type shops and restaurants.

Amazing Location for Rome touring on foot to all the major fountains and museums. Rome is very safe in all the tourist areas. The hotel has been redone, new beds, linens, paint bathrooms and furniture. Same staff for 20 plus years, very friendly and will try their best to help you with activities, restaurants and more.

If you are sensitive to noise the square is a very busy attraction with musicians playing until 11pm. This was not a negative for us on this stay, but it could bother some guests.

We ordered the junior suite. At first we got a duplex with lots of stairs. Since I have a bad knee I asked for a room with no stairs. I was told that the only other junior suite was taken until tomorrow and I asked to move their the next day. The staff was very nice and moved our luggage to the new room which more suited our needs. However, the shower had a really strong smell of sewerage coming out of it especially after we used it. We complained at the front desk and they cleaned the room but after half a day the smell continued. This really ruined the whole stay at what could have been a perfect hotel

This hotel is in a prime location in the heart of the square of the historic Pantheon. All rooms have been upgraded. We had the Junior Suite which was beautiful and on two levels - sitting room area with sofa bed and desk, half landing comprises wardrobe and safe, upper level bedroom and shower room. A very comfortable bed - also a pillow menu. Breakfast was adequate. Scrambled eggs, sausages, selection of cheeses, cake, fruit and a good cappuccino. Typical Italian hotel breakfast. Staff are super accommodating on the front desk. A special mention to Luca who helped us with all our luggage. A very smiley and helpful young man. We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and would not consider anywhere else. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

No complaints about anything.

The hotel has a spectacular location being in the same piazza as the Pantheon and very central. Very possible to walk to all the central Roman sites. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were exceptional. Full marks for breakfast too - one of the most enjoyable breakfasts we have had. We took a golf cart ride and saw so much - highly recommended
