We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Suites Pantheon! Barbara was so nice and great with communication before our arrival, and helped us with a lot of tips for our stay in Rome and made us feel very welcome. The room were very clean and it was a lot of space in the room for all of our things. It was also a perfectly working AC in the room aswell. The location could not have been any better with the Pantheon right outside the door, and walking distance to all of the attractions you want to see in the city.

Everything was great! If other guest were outside in the corridore you could hear them very well, but that was nothing that bothered us! 😊

The hotel is located directly opposite the Pantheon, even though you can't see it from your room you couldn't get a better location. There's plenty of places to eat nearby for around €10 (April 2025). You can walk to everything easily, including the Colosseum, Spanish Steps and the Vatican. The desk wasn't staffed 24/7 but they were very responsive to questions. The room felt secure (lock for the building, lock for the floor of the hotel and lock for your room). We were greatful to leave our luggage behind after checking out so we could explore more before our flight. We loved having a little fridge and kettle in our room!

It wasn't the hotel's fault but it was a rather noisy area at night - which is fine for a short stay or if you have a pair of earplugs.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible hospitality from our host Barbara. She was super helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She truly made our stay easier and more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central, clean, and welcoming place to stay. We can't wait to come back!

The room was small, but cozy with a beautiful large window that we loved to sit in. The location was very central and we were able to easily walk to everything. Barbara was very friendly and helpful and kept the property extremely clean and tidy We enjoyed the music and street noise out our window.

The bathroom and shower were quite small and could be difficult for larger people The hotel is right across from the Pantheon, so can get very busy and loud. The bed was “okay”, but due for a newer mattress

The location was excellent. And although it's in a very busy area, directly across from the Pantheon, the room was quiet. Perhaps because we had an interior room. The staff was helpful answering my many questions and with restaurant recommendations and directions. I believe her name is Barbara and her English was very good.

As expected from reading reviews, there are steps to climb before you reach the lift. The room, particularly the linens are dated.

The hotel's prime location right at the Pantheon offers quick access to major attractions like Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona, with the Spanish Steps just a short walk away. Surrounded by numerous dining options, guests can enjoy meals with views of the Pantheon or explore charming side streets for a true Roman vibe. Our host, Barbara, was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable information about Rome, assisting with all our needs, and arranging our return taxi. We highly recommend this place.

The location was incredible. Steps away from the Pantheon - which is a wonderfully central area in Rome. The hosts were great and answered any questions we had very quickly. We loved it! Great value as well!

My one suggestion is to add a little shelf to the shower. It's a small shower, which is expected in Rome, but because it is so small it is extremely difficult to bend down to pick up shampoo or soap that is by my feet!

We spent three nights at best suites Pantheon, simply put, we will visit again without hesitation. The location is just unbelievable and in walking distance from everything you need to see in rome. The hotel is locatel right infront of the Pantheon. The room is neat and well equipped, tv, airconditioner, mini fridge etc… The host Barbara was amazing, she contacted us couple of weeks before our arrival, explaining to us the simplest ways to reach the hotel, she assisted us in booking cabs and helped us whenever we asked for something. We thank her again and hopefully we ll come back again.

The location was perfect, with front door of hotel overlooking the Pantheon, near the Trevi Fountain and central to other sites. Many restaurant choices within walking distance.

There was work happening to the building that began early morning around 7am which was very annoying but obviously unavoidable for the hotel.

The location was perfect for walking around Rome, it’s a less than 20 minute walk from the Vatican, the colosseum, the Trevi fountain. The shower was very hot which I loved. The room was cleaned every day.

The walls were pretty thin, I could hear the other guests talking and the cleaning people in the morning, this wasn’t a problem in my case because everyone was very respectful. It’s up 2 flights of stairs which is a bit of a hassle after a long day of walking
