Location of the hotel is just perfect, if you want to see all Rome in few days this hotel will be perfect for you.

We skipped one breakfast because they did not say that you need to fill the form every day. All rest no issues, we are happy with our choice)

Welcome when we got there was very friendly and provided useful info with a map of all the key places to visit and room was prepared earlier than we expected. The hotel is right in the middle of the action near some great restaurants and the Pantheon and within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions. A continental Breakfast was served to the room each morning and offered, toast, croissants, cereal, yoghurts, toaatie, tea or coffee and fruit juices

The shower took ages to get warm, had to run it for over ten mins each morning for hot water to come out.

Amazing location as you can walk to all of the major attractions. The Panthelon was literally around the corner. The size of the room was perfect for 2 people / a cpl. Bed was very comfortable, and everything that you may need was provided. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend adding the breakfast for convenience. Was served at the requested time to your room, and the menu provided a balanced selection. Really didn't think that as a guest house, that cleaning service was provided but the room was cleaned every day. There was fresh water available (water 'fountain') just adjacent to the entrance, which was super convenient. As there was a heat wave during our stay, the air-conditioning was super needed and made our room temperature comfortable. The pop-up restaurants were crazy. The view in the pictures tell all

It would've been nice to have a shower separate from the tub but not a deal breaker. It was just awkward with the funky lighting fixture hanging so low over the tub. Although it really doesn't affect your stay and it's just a personal observation, the 'artwork' in the room doesn't suit it at all and just looks off.

The best location. It was the central of most of attractions! We enjoyed it.

The hotel located by less than a minute from the Pantheon and I this it was the party city area. There were a lot of restaurants and bars on the ground floor and people were partying all night. It might disturb your sleep because of the noise.

Location is perfect - 150 metres from the Pantheon and plenty of bars and restaurants in the street and piazzas nearby. 10 mins walk to Trevi fountain. 5 mins from bus stops to take us to Colosseum and Vatican. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful - service with a smile at all times, and a lovely breakfast delivered to the room each morning. The room was very clean and comfortable with an aircon unit which we probably couldn’t have slept without in the heat. Triple glazed windows meant that we could shut out the street sounds at night. Lots of nice little touches like toothbrush and toothpaste kits, headboard lamps, shower unit with different shower modes. Not cheap at around £250 per night but the service and the location meant it was money well spent. Would definitely recommend this lovely wee gem in the centre of Rome

The location was perfect. A few steps to the Pantheon. Plenty of great restaurants just outside the front door. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was very small but pleasant with a very comfortable bed.

The bathroom door was damaged and did not close, someone should take care of it. Poor lighting in the bedroom. Paper-thin walls, we could hear our neighbour.

9.5/10 for our stay. It was excellent. Amazing location for us to trek around the city without needing to use buses, taxis, scooters etc. The breakfast served to us in our bedroom was out of this world. Rita couldn’t help us out enough. Highly recommended to anyone looking to look around this amazing city.

One, and it really is one, lighting in the bedroom for my partner to do makeup and whatever else they do, could be a little better. If I was on my own it would have been a 10 but she needed more light.

Drita and the other ladies were all so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location is second to none, central to all the major sights in Rome, with the Pantheon on our doorstep. Generous breakfast to order brought to your room each morning at the requested time. Lovely restaurant just outside the entrance door, very reasonably priced. Cannot fault this place, an amazing place to stay in Rome.

Location, location, location! Close to everything. Walk to many major sites. Plenty of restaurants literally outside the front door. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Hard to find the hotel front door. Situated in narrow very busy street. We had a front room and street noise was loud at times. But with windows closed it was not a real problem.

Location was excellent and staff were welcoming, helpful and really ensured you had everything you needed. Also very helpful in speaking to transfer operators for you to ensure arrangements were as expected. Bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness perfect. Breakfast was good and fresh each morning.

From the description we expected a hotel which it isn’t. However to be fair the description didn’t say it was a hotel. It has stairs and no lift, so if you can’t manage stairs at all this is not for you.
