Luxurious, spacious and newly renovated loft-like apartment in the best location and elegant historic building. 1 minute walk to Pantheon and facing a small piazza in a quiet and safe alley. Walking distance to main attractions and close to Trestevere. One staff met us and helped with check in. If you are lucky enough in Rome, try to stay here and leave with the best memories of your life: you’ve seen Pantheon in the moonlight with no one else around.

The apartment needs a heavy wood door with functional lock. The current door is a little bit thin and sometimes, the lock does not function well.

Excellent location just 50 yards from the Pantheon and 10 minutes to the Piazza Navona and Trevi. The woman who checked us in was awesome. She took her time and made sure we felt comfortable getting into the apartment, operating utilities, and then went into detail on a company provided map what to see and how far stuff was.

The 2 Air Conditioning units are tucked into small alcoves below windows and drapes. If you simply close the drapes it traps the cool air. Maybe they could figure out a mechanism to block out the early summer sunrises. In addition, the apartment never got cool, just comfortable, even at night when temps outside subsided from the 90 F daytime highs.

The location of the accommodation was superb. We could reach almost all the attractions on foot, such as the Colosseum, the Vatican, and the Trevi Fountain. We rarely took taxis or public transportation, except when traveling to the railway station and the airport. The room was spacious and artistically decorated. I was particularly fond of the exposed brick walls, which exuded a strong sense of history. There were numerous restaurants in the area. Given its central location, it was essential to refer carefully to Google Maps when choosing a restaurant to avoid tourist traps. Additionally, there were supermarkets and charming cafes nearby. The beds and pillows in the hotel were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well with little impact from the time difference (there is a seven - hour time difference between China and Italy). We were highly satisfied with both the geographical location and the accommodation facilities. Most importantly, the staff were highly professional, enthusiastic, and friendly. On the first day we arrived, the airport delayed our luggage. When we arrived at the accommodation in frustration, Noemi was already waiting for us at the entrance. (We thought we'd have to wait as we arrived earlier than expected, but Noemi had come ahead of time!) She provided us with professional check - in instructions and, upon learning about our lost luggage, was very eager to help. Since we couldn't speak Italian, we left the phone number of the Torre Capranica office after our luggage went missing. They handled the communication with the airport meticulously. And when the luggage was delivered the next day, they carefully brought it to our hotel room. We know that the office is about 2 km away from the accommodation. It was such a warm - hearted and great help that Noemi came specially to deal with our luggage problem. We are deeply grateful for this and sincerely apologize for any trouble caused.

If I really have to say something, it would be more convenient if more tissues could be provided.

The location was perfect. we traveled during Feburary. Since there is nearly no traffinc allowed in the area or hotels nearby it felt like we had Rome to ourselves and the locals. We could walk from everywhere from the location. I really loved opening the windows over the square and enjoying the sounds below. Highly recommend the wine bar directly under the rooms. Loved the decor - modern and clean, but set in a lovely 14th century building with exposed brick and beams.

We did not love the 2 flights of stairs to the elevator, but knew this before booking. there is an elevator from floor 2 up. Would not be good for those with mobility challenges, small children, strollers, etc. We were with 2 teens and are in good shape, so we were fine.

We stayed at Torre Capranica for 3 nights late February. This was our first time in Rome and we did not have much time, so we were searching for a place in central location, that would be cosy, authentic and also, classy. We got all of that. We stayed at the top floor Duplex Suite. The room was exactly how it was in the pictures, very well maintained and kept. The view is also amazing. You can slowly get up in the morning watching the city waking up with a cup of coffee, or feel the evening buzz later at night, just by watching trough your window. The place is somehow in the centre, but still not too noisy too, which is as well a great benefit. Location is great for city exploration to check all Rome gems by foot. Lastly, not to forget, the staff was very helpful. One of the team members greeted us at the flat, even though we arrived at midnight. We as well got assistance with airport shuttle. And team was always checking on us, if we needed any help. All-in-all, Rome is amazing city, but it is more amazing when you stay in a place like this! Hope to be back in future.

Fantastic location, close to the Pantheon and loads of scenic attractions. 20 minutes’ walk from the Collosseum, a short walk from the Trevi Fountain (currently being refurbished) and Spanish Steps. Wonderful shops, restaurants, gelaterias nearby. Great space - my son loved the big bedroom upstairs.

Although it is surprisingly quiet given the central location, it is still a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. My son commented this disturbed his sleep. He was in the upstairs bedroom. I on the sofa bed downstairs did not notice any noise!

Excellent location with nice view over a small piazza, and just a few steps from the Pantheon. It’s a beautifully remodeled building with preservation of character. The room is furnished in modern minimalist comfort of real good taste. Real beautiful architecture and decoration!

The shower is not at the level of everything else. It has massage jets, but in a tiny cheap pre-constructed plastic install. We were three adults, none is heavy, and all three agreed that it was not comfortable. A pity, because the bathroom itself is beautiful and could certainly accommodate a good shower install. The loft is modern, but pretty slow and starts at the second floor. Using the stairs is a better option.

It’s a perfect base for exploring most of the major points of interest. The apartment is extremely well maintained and should anything crop up during your stay then it’s dealt with promptly. We had a few very minor matters that needed attention and they were literally attended to immediately by Ryan (who’s a polite and competent maintenance chap) It’s well equipped in the kitchen department and it has great air conditioning system- Simple to operate and effective.

I honestly can’t find fault. The shower system is a tad interesting at first but once you get your head around the array of buttons/options it’s fine.

Fantastic location, great views. Spacious and private apartment in the heart of historic Rome. Quiet at night even with windows open. Beautiful views from the windows. Elevator was very nice for bringing luggage. Decor is stylish and the apartment is clearly newly renovated. Tap water is tasty and gets pretty cold.

The bed is a bit firm for my liking and it was quite warm up in the loft area on our first night. The second night we opened the windows completely to get some cool air and took a fan from the hallway to help blow cool air up the stairs. Staff said we couldn’t use a/c because it’s still winter. The shower is small and a bit difficult to use.

The location is amazing, right next to the pantheon which is located in the center of the city and close to anything, you can't ask for more. The room was nice and clean and had great facilities. It fits people that can use the stairs. The team that handles the arrival and leaving were really welcoming. Especially Rayen that helped us to get along with the taxi and with the luggage and also was extremely nice. We highly recommend!
