The property is a classic 17th century building with newer updates for hotel stayers. We enjoyed our stay for 5 nights immensely. The location is right in the heart of the Pantheon and with that the busy streets from day to night. We had a room with a window looking onto the street and during our stay the windows were being replaced and after ours was, the street noise was considerably reduced at night. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was a lovely mix of cooked foods and fresh pastries. There was a pancake machine, honeycomb with honey and selections of bread and cakes on offer that changed each morning to name a few specifics. You can also have made to order coffees which we enjoyed. Our room had enough space, bathroom was spacious with large shower, bidet, sink and toilet. The beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Our bed was made and bins emptied daily which we really appreciated. The price is reasonable for the location. I have added photos from the outside as this hotel is often confused with another with a similar name.

There is nothing of note to mention on what we didn’t like. But it is important to highlight that this hotel takes the tourist tax as cash at the end of your stay. This was explained on check in and easy for us to facilitate.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated how attentive everyone was. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and linens were high quality, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also loved the little touches, like complimentary water and well-thought-out amenities that made the stay feel effortless. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of fresh options, and the service staff made sure everything was replenished quickly. The location was also ideal—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still quiet and relaxing inside the hotel. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and comfort made my stay exceptional. I would not hesitate to book again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Internet didn't work on the 3rd floor. The staff tired to troubleshoot the issue, but never seemed to work.

Perfect location right next to The Pantheon. Beautiful boutique hotel which made me feel like I was staying at an ancient Roman town villa! The marble floor in our suite was Versace! Huge bathroom with enormous bath and shower. The hot water was a little hit and miss but you are in ancient Rome and not a travelodge so no worries there! The staff were lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We were upgraded to a suite with an extra bed and bathroom on an upper level because my partner had a cold and was snoring so we could get a good night sleep! The beds are comfy (we had a huge king size and a double) and there are ample towels and toiletries provided along with a kettle and fridge with coffee sachets etc. We asked for a jug of milk for the fridge to have with our coffee provided no problem. We didn't have breakfast as we preferred to go out and make use of the numerous cafes around the square just outside the hotel.The restaurants here have great atmosphere and food (not too pricey for central Rome either) we didn't eat anywhere else. Imagine having dinner right next to the iconic Pantheon! All the other major attractions are within walking distance or short taxi ride (which the hotel will book for you) The main thing for us was the beautiful hotel style and great location. Depending on your room there is some street noise due to the central location (not loud and rowdy at all just street noise from the cafes etc.) and it was a rugby weekend so take some earplugs if that will bother you. I quite liked falling asleep to the gentle chatter outside. We actually found that due to being by The Pantheon people were very respectful and quiet. Absolutely no traffic noise though due to the location. A fabulous stay and if we return to Rome will 100% stay here again

Nothing

Location could not be better. It is close to everywhere and everywhere you want to be the gentleman who checked me in in the morning was so kind and he explained everything about what I need and he was very helpful. And it’s very strange. That rooms were so clean than I was expected for the city of Rome.

I can’t mention the things that I didn’t like, but it would be a little bit more nicer. If there will be a better television or maybe a small speaker in the room so it is not a very economy price and I would use the lobby for breakfast instead of The one which is lower ground. They do not use the lobby anyway. But honestly, those are not complaints. Just the things that would be better.

The location is superb - only 10m from the square overlooking the Pantheon. The only downside is that the taxis can struggle to reach this location as it’s in the oldest part

Very little to complain about. The room was very hot when we arrived so we opened the window which is directly over the street and during the night it was very noisy on that street - but with such a central location this is to be expected.

This boutique hotel was wonderful. If you want to stay in the heart of Central Rome (mere steps from the Pantheon, a couple of blocks from Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and Sacred Area of Largo di Torre Argentina) this is the location. You are surrounded by restaurants, stores, and gelato cafes. As a female traveling alone I felt very safe and secure in this hotel. My room had a sweet sitting area, bedroom, and large bathroom. The room was very clean and well appointed….and a working hair dryer! Be sure to take advantage of the 10 Euro breakfast they offer. I am usually not a fan of hotel breakfasts, but this one had a wide range of delicious savories and sweets. Yes, it is downstairs but start your day with a great breakfast and save your money to dine outside for lunch or dinner. The very best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are helpful, kind, and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. I was there during the Giro d”Italia bike race and taxis/Ubers couldn’t come into the area. One of the hotel porters accompanied me carrying my luggage over 3 blocks away to catch an Uber! Talk about going above and beyond. That I couldn’t stay longer!

We stayed in ten locations during our trip - this one was, hands down, our favorite. The location could not be better. You step outside your door and can see the Pantheon, surrounded by shops and restaurants, taxi stand around the corner, short walk to Trevi Fountain, plus the rooms are amazing! You feel like royalty with the gorgeous carpets, tile, furnishings... our room had a separate set of stairs once you opened the room door and I think many were like this so not sure if it is good for mobility impaired but otherwise, it has a beautiful lobby, wonderful breakfast and was just all around amazing.

Wish we had more nights to stay.

Hotel is at a great location, walking distance to pretty much everywhere in the old town, there are lovely restaurants and Pantheon at your doorstep. The room is well maintained and super clean, we haven't tried the breakfast but it looked good.

As our room was looking on to the street, there was late night/early morning noises (garbage collection etc), it didn't affect us too much so it's not too annoying, just adding in here so people are aware.

I couldn't believe we were literally on the corner across from the Pantheon! Breakfast was wonderful - honeycomb! Pancake machine! Super convenient location to Pantheon, Trevi, etc. We were never want for good restaurants around this area.

The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable for me. My wife tried it the second night and she didn't complain though.

The location is amazing right around the corner from the Pantheon and about a 10 minute walk to either the Trevi or the Piazza Navona, 20 min to St Peter's or the Colosseum. The room are basic but well maintained. Overal size was good. Bathroom was modern but not fancy. Fine toilet and shower with decent water pressure.

It's an old building so you get what you get with that our rooms were in the 500 section which meant you had to take the elevator to the 3rd floor then walk up a small flight of stairs then down another small flight of stairs. The room faced the street there was a lot of street noise but it didn't bother us, but light sleepers might have some trouble.
