Amal and Dennis showed me such care and compassion after I fell on the uneven cobblestones and fractured my shoulder as I was about to checkin into my apartment. Ambulance was organised by them to take me to Emergency, they both spent countless hours with me at the hospital over the 2 days, bought me food and helped organise everything I needed before I could fly home to Australia. Since returning home they have contacted me numerous times to check on my well-being. I'm truly indebted to them both and as a solo traveller it was their amazing acts of kindness and thoughtfulness that made this traumatic experience a little more bearable.Much appreciated.

I can't fault this accommodation in Rome. Everything about it is super special in all aspects. It's a 10/10 .Enjoy your stay.

The best hotel in Rome! The location was amazing, right across the Pantheon which provided us with a beautiful view every day. And the most amazing thing was the staff! In special, a shout out to Dennis! It has been a long time since we had such a great stay. Dennis provided us with a free room upgrade for our anniversary and made sure our stay was extra special. The other staff members were also very kind and helpful! I can recommend everybody this hotel and meeting Dennis when in Rome! Thank you!

Great location right next to the pantheon but at night it was not noisy. Really friendly staff at check-in/check-out. Two adults and a child and the room was a great size. Thankfully had good AIRCON

Room could do with a bit of maintenance in the shower and bathroom as starting to look worn but overall very comfortable.

Amazing location. It is directly next to the Pantheon and everything else is walkable. There are great restaurants right outside the front door and a number of cocktail, dessert, and coffee spots right on the street too! We loved being right in the center of it all and enjoyed hearing the nightlife out of our window. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating with all of our requests. Room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for 3. They serviced the room daily and stocked us with tea & coffee and refills for the bathroom. It was an excellent stay!

The guest house is not super new , but it has it’s own charm.no elevator.

Location, location, location. The rooms at this hotel cannot be beaten for location, just at the corner at the Pantheon. Restaurants and small grocery shops just around the corner. You can walk to all over Rome from this location. After a long day sightseeing - what do you most appreciate - nice hot shower and a comfortable bed. You get all this here.

Nothing. Denise was amazing at making sure we were happy with our room and looked after everything we needed. He is an incredible host. You can tell when someone cares and really means to make you feel comfortable.

The location was within a 10 second walk to The Pantheon. I could see The Pantheon from my apartment. My son’s room did not have any views at all. Dennis and Aman definitely delivered the best customer service we have ever received in any European hotel. They were both friendly and helpful. Shockingly so. My son locked his key in his room at 9:00pm. I called Dennis and he came from 40 minutes away to open the door. Not one bit of attitude or irritation. Absolutely the best service!

My family rented 5 hotel rooms, we were in different buildings. The pictures were absolutely not what any of us received. We stayed in apartments not hotel rooms. The cleaner took one of my daughter’s shirt unfortunately. Also, the cleaner was very inconsistent. They left 2 towels one day, the next day they left 5 then the next day they left 3. They left us with 1/2 a roll of toilet paper one day and we had to use tissue that we brought. Very strange. If you are looking for a hotel experience this is not the place for you.

Dennis and the rest of the staff were just amazing. I couldn’t do enough for us. The Location is absolutely amazing. It really wasn’t what we were expecting as it wasn’t like a classic hotel. More like air b and bItwas quite difficult to find as just a door with a very small sign. Have you had to go up the stairs and what was like an apartment block before you arrive at reception, it was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable. Brakfast was great.

The rooms were quite tired and actually more basic than photos. and description led to believe Only the four classic rooms where we were based, apparently the other rooms are elsewhere.

Even before we stepped foot into the premise we were met with nothing but fantastic hospitality. From the very start the fine young gentleman came downstairs and assisted with our luggages. Not to mention they stayed back late for check in due to our flight arriving late in Rome. Over the duration of our stay we met the 2 gentleman at the front desk who were very friendly and helpful in all sorts of ways. The location is also fantastic and walking distance pretty much within everything. Will be definitely coming back and recommend to our family and friends. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing from start to finish and truly couldn't do enough for us. The location was superb, right in the heart of everything. Rooms cleaned daily with, great amenities. Everything you need and more I would highly recommend

If I was being picky the bacon a little more cooked and the scrambled egg - BUT I think that's just my personal preference. Apart from that the breakfast was spot on! There is nothing else to change about the experience because it was just fantastic, I would definitely love to return. Thank you so much! X
