The location couldn't have been better - walking out the door to be greeted by the Pantheon itself every morning. It was very central, walkable to most of the major sites of the city and with plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy reach. Friendly staff, and the airport transfer was invaluable, and roughly the same price as a taxi.

Pretty basic facilities and no window, even on to the courtyard below, which made it less than pleasant in 30+ heat (though the air conditioning helped). Some noise through the walls and from the restaurant next door, but not very late/early, and it is central in a major city.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. The person who received us was very kind. Everything in the room was in the right place. The position of the hotel is simply fantastic as you can maneuver to all the tourist spots.

There is nothing specific that I didn't like because it depends on everyone's tastes. since it is located in the center of Rome, it will be in the style of the old, as is Rome. old with more history and magic as a place

Location wise this place is amazing! You walk out of the building and turn to the left and boom it’s the pantheon. Hosts provided a taxi to pick us up from the airport which was awesome.

I didn’t realize how small the stairs would be. I’m about 5 feet so I was able to move around no problem but my partner is 6 feet tall and I could see him struggling a bit to come down and go up the stairs.

We liked the room, the friendly staff members and the fact that the apartment was located in the heart of Rome.

Despite the apartment is located in a manner that the noise of the city cannot be heard, the silence of your room depending on other guest as well.

The host Ferdinando was very friendly at check in. The building is really well located, just in front of the phanteon plaza. The room is small but confortable and with views to the internal páteo. At check-in they gave us two sets of keys. One to use during our stay and other to use after checkout so we could pick up our luggage. This allowed us to enjoy our last day in Rome knowing that we could get out laggage anytime.

The internet signal in our room was low. It's an hold building and has a weird smell sometimes.

Check-in was very smooth with a very nice host that spoke English very well. We got a bigger room than we paid for.

Airconditioning was very bad. At some point a very angry guy knocked in our door and started yelling about our use of the airconditioning, while we only used it while we were in the apartment.

Great location, very welcoming staff, great shower and air conditioning. Everything was super clean - great value for money.

Very thin walls as noted by other reviews but it did not bother us. City tax was not included in the price contrary to what Booking.com stated when we reserved the room.

Location was amazing!

Check in process was lengthy with trivial information. There was a kitchenette that was locked up oddly in the room and you had to pay a fee for them to unlock it. Odd penny pinching practice. (Not that I wanted to cook myself in Rome 🙂)

Excellent location just steps from the Pantheon! Staff very friendly and welcoming! Very nice bathroom with roomy shower. Has air conditioning. Room was very quiet at night.

Room very basic (but very clean and tidy). No wifi and difficult to get cell service in room. No microwave or coffee/tea.

Very comfortable, well appointed. The location was exceptional. The Pantheon became my home, comfortable walking distance to central attractions. Host was very helpful.
