Location is superb, walking distance to all the sights you could wish for. Be mindful that there are 100 steps to go up inside the building to get to the apartments. We avoided the elevator as it looked like something out of Hollywood Studios.

It's really hard to be negative as we got such a good deal at this place. Don't expect the same amenities and level of service as nearby hotels. This is very much a B&B and better suited to couples or solo travellers. Water pressure isn't the best and it takes the hot water a little while to come through. Can be noisy on a Friday and over the weekend as it's so close to the Pantheon and various performers. Bring ear plugs! Mid week was very quiet. Room showed signs of wear (peeling plaster).

We had a lovely stay! The location was amazing—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment is on the top floor, but there’s a lift which made it super convenient. Check-in and check-out were really easy, and the reception staff were friendly, although only around during certain hours. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cute little balcony that was perfect for morning coffee. The bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked really well, which was great during the warm weather.

Only a couple of downsides: the shower was very small, and breakfast options were quite limited—on one morning, it even ran out for some guests.

The location was perfect! It was less than a minute from the building to Pantheon, and you could walk to many places like Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, St Angelo’s castle, and even to Vatican. The breakfast doesn’t start until 8, but every morning we needed to leave before 8, and the pastries were already available. Coffee machine could make hot cocoa too, and the kids loved having some hot cocoa which was available until 7 or 8pm. When we got there, there were bottled water, some snacks and a bottle of Champaign, too. It’s a very personable place!

It’s not that we didn’t like it, but it is a unique place. First it’s on the third floor of a building, which we didn’t know before getting there. There is a small lift for the place so even with the big suitcases it was not a problem. Our room was for 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids (10, 13 and 15) and we fit comfortably. The bathroom is pretty small, but other than that, we have no complaints!

The property is ideally situated in the centre of the old town. You can walk to all the main tourist attractions, the furthest about 30 minutes away. The staff were fantastic and so accommodating. Always keeping in contact with you to check you were happy with your stay. The rooms were compact, clean and modern with a traditional feel. Breakfast consisted of tasty fresh croissants, some filled with chocolate, jams etc. yoghurts, cereal and the usual hot drinks and fruit juice. Ideal for your start to a day of walking. I would definitely recommend this bed & breakfast accommodation as an ideal place to stay to see the sights of Rome.

The location is perfect! So close to The Pantheon and walking distance to all the other tourist hotspots. Our room was small but lovely, and perfect for what we needed. Really nice little bonus receiving a bottle of prosecco on arrival that we enjoyed on the balcony.

We were in one of the rooms right next to the breakfast area. Although this made it quick and easy to grab what we wanted, the coffee machine is a bit noisy (only a small thing we noticed, not that it impacted our stay at all).

The location is amazing. It is located right by the Pantheon and we could see the side of it from our room. We didn’t know what to expect when we arrived but we instantly felt at home from the warm welcome of the staff on arrival who showed us to our room and who were there for a few hours in the day to help with any queries. The help your self breakfast was a nice touch as we could take it back to our room so again this felt like home. The room was very clean, tidy and bright. Although it was located in a busy area we could not hear any of the public outside. We would definitely stay here again as we are usually very fussy when choosing to stay places so this is how we know we loved it! Thanks again to the two gentlemen who were working there during our stay.

A mini fridge in room for our drinks would have made it even better!

Very central location next to the Pantheon. Clean room comfy beds and lovely staff. Rooms cleaned/ tidied each day and fresh bottles of water provided. Having breakfast on the balcony each morning and listening to the hustle/bustle of the streets below was pretty special. Approx 30min walk from the train station but past busy touristy areas and the cobbled streets in 40degree heat was tricky. Now I know there are bus stops a street away (corso stop) for €1.50 for the journey (which we utilised for the journey home) tapping on with my bank card at the front of the bus. Breakfast included unlimited coffee from a machine served from 8am-7pm yoghurts, fruits, pastries that you put together yourself and take back to the balcony. Small table inside the room too. Hot shower, hair dryer that wasn’t strong enough to dry my hair ( I used my own ) but still provided.

My room was next to the coffee machine and SOOOOOOOOOO noisy! Very noisy when others were checking in as we were right next to reception. Not well sign posted to the entrance from a really busy area and very busy street so easily miss the entrance. Lift is very small if you have lots of luggage

Waking distance to Pantheon, all the restaurants and shopping boutiques. It was a small but very clean hotel. Not a very busy hotel, I think it only has total of 6 rooms. Alisa, the receptionist, was absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was included, not a big selection but it was enough for us to energize in the morning.

I didn’t realize the elevator was hidden behind 2-3 steps. I had to Cary the luggage up those staircases and squeeze into the elevator. But other than that, we enjoyed the stay.

The location is fantastic. It’s centrally located to everything we wanted to do (the top things to do in Rome). It is very clean and the staff is very nice.

The rooms are narrow, however this may be the norm for the area. We had the 2 rooms right next to the breakfast. We were woken up by the coffee maker making individual espresso’s/coffee’s for everyone . The internet didn’t work for 3 of the days we were there. They didn’t seem to care to find a back-up way to give us internet.
