Perfect Stay for a Couple Exploring Rome We had a fantastic stay as a couple! The location was ideal—right in the heart of historic Rome, close to major sights, restaurants, and cafes. The staff were super friendly and responsive, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and easy. Our room was spotless, with daily cleaning, and felt very comfortable. While the area is lively and can be a bit noisy with windows open, the sound insulation was excellent when closed—great for a good night's sleep. Overall, a wonderful stay that we’d highly recommend to other couples looking to explore the city!

The location is excellent, walking distance to most attractions and shopping areas. The team at the guest house was super responsive via Whatsapp. The breakfast at Illy was also delicious. If you like warm breakfast I would recommend taking this option.

As the location is so central and close to most places also means there is a lot of movement, therefore noise until late hours that can be heard from the room. For us it was not an issue, but if you are looking for a place to rest, this may not be the best option. We had certain issues with a smell from the bathroom, common in older buildings which caused us some discomfort on night one but the team was very responsive and checked on the issue, improving our experience for the remaining nights. The room is very small, ideal for those who are not spending much time in the room and only going to sleep.

The apartment is located very centrally in the city, making the location absolutely perfect for exploring and getting around. The bed was comfortable.

Due to the location and the popularity of Giolitti's gelato nearby, there are often many tourists around. The street noise can be quite lively, continuing until midnight and starting early in the morning. This is something to keep in mind if you prefer a very quiet environment, but overall, it didn't affect my experience too much.

Our host met us at the entrance and got our luggage to our room for us. Our breakfast was delightful and delicious. Our location was superb- we could walk to all the major tourist destinations. Our host met us on our departure day and got our luggage to our car (which he also arranged from airport and to cruise ship).

At first, I didn't like that there was no reception desk, but I quickly got used to it and we were fine on our own. No counter space in the bathroom.

Great location close to pantheon and piazza navone, very clean. Comfy beds. Modern bathroom. Fantastic gelato shop downstairs!

Water pressure a little low but fine. Remote check in was a bit of a hassle, had to wait for half an hour to get door code to the room however I think that was a one off as from what I understand they usually meet you at the property.

We liked very much the location. It’s very close to the Pantheon and close enough to Piazza Navona and even Piazza Spagna with many restaurants around, and all kinds of shops.

It’s a bit cumbersome the procedure to get it. No keys. Only codes. The room we had was small with no towel rack, only one side table and space to open only one suitcase. So you have to figure out where to put your belongings including the towels!

Excellent location surrounded by countless great restaurants and bars. Simple yet elegant interior design. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

There were some markings on the wall in one corner of the room, possibly from furniture or suitcases that rubbed against the wall. The wall was chipped around the bedside lamp. Very small details so nothing to be concerned about.

We were completely satisfied. The location was sensational. The room was nice and spacious. We felt very safe in the area. The air conditioning worked great at over 40 degrees outside. WhatsApp always replied quickly. We would come here again.

The safe unfortunately didn't work or the instructions were complicated. The cleaning staff only came from 12 noon, which was an unacceptable time for us and much too late.

Convenient location - you could walk everywhere easily, and it was close to tonnes of great cafes and restaurants. Rooms were decently sized and very clean.

The gelato place right below closes at 1AM, and it’s noisy w tourists beyond that time. Closing the windows helped, but the ventilation system did not turn on for more than 5 minutes each time we tried, which made it impossible to keep the windows closed for ventilation.

Fantastic central location a few minutes walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The staff at the café next door where you get breakfast are very friendly and the breakfast is very tasty. Very good sized room for central Rome with smart, modern bathroom. Facilities including coffee making and fridge are located in a communal room, shared by other guests. Bedroom is very well soundproofed and has aircon. Check in arrangements are clear and easy to follow.
