Great location, very friendly staff, decent size room, apartment had a lift, staff cleaned room every single day & replaced towels. Any time we had questions for the staff on WhatsApp they replied immediately. Great with English and helped us locate places as well as gave recommendations.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the corridor and neighbouring rooms. We wore earplugs to sleep and were fine. There’s a double bed not a queen. The shower was very small and it felt squishy (I’m not a large person). There’s a shower curtain which I don’t like touching for hygienic reasons but it was very difficult not to touch it whilst showering due to the coziness of the shower cubicle. This is only being picky but overall loved our stay and we would stay again. The positives far outweighed the negatives.

The location was fantastic and close to the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and endless restaurants. We were able to walk to the Vatican and Colosseum which was helpful as the public transport isn’t overly safe.

The bathroom is extremely small and did not look like the images. We had to almost step over the toilet just to access the shower and the shower curtain kept getting stuck to our bodies when showering which wasn’t a pleasant feeling.

The room was very clean and in a very central location with easy access to all the main sites. We walked to these with the colosseum and vatican being the furthest away (only 30 mins). The staff were very helpful and provided us with maps and updates of our stay via WhatsApp

The only thing we were disappointed with was that the room, whilst having a kitchen sink and power points, did not have a kettle and cups with tea or coffee making facilities

Even before we arrived at the property, the staff were incredibly accommodating, checking in to confirm our arrival time. When we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the property was excellent as well!

When you first arrive, it’s a bit unexpected, as it’s located down an alley. However, the rooms and everything else were clean. If I were to return, I’d suggest upgrading to a larger room, as the one we stayed in was quite small and cramped.

The staff exceeded any expectations. Vanessa was amazing and addressed any issue immediately. The property location is perfect, near all main attractions and we walked everywhere. Our room was on 3rd floor and we did not have any issues with the elevator. The weather was not so great one day and we had to stay in a room and there were no issues with noise or anything else.

Although very nice and clean, the rooms are a bit smaller than expected and not so comfy for a longer stay since there was not enough space for clothes.

Amazing cleaning service every day and a fantastic location. The staff were above and beyond helpful and friendly. They look after your luggage before and after check in so don't worry about timings and they direct you to all the transport options etc.

Only drawback I can think of is no kettle in the room but was available in reception. Definitely not a big deal though and stay was great.

The staff were very very helpful and friendly. They arranged cabs for us, provided information about the area and helped with suitcases up and down.

When we first arrived the door to the courtyard was closed. We had no idea even if we were in the right spot - cab driver had dropped us off and there was nothing outside indicating what was inside. Luckily enough the staff member on duty arrived a few minutes later and all was solved. This was mid morning.

You can’t dream about better location of a property if it comes to staying in Rome, all “must see” attractions are by walking distance, what’s more it is easy to get from airport to the property via public transport what costs 1.50 euro per person. we’ve got a room with little charming balcony. also all rooms are daily cleaned by property’s cleaners who are also very polite. employees in the reception where super polite and helpful, there was no issues to leave luggage after our stay for couple more hours as well. definitely recommend for everyone who are looking for a stay in good price and best location

We loved our stay here. It was prime location, walking distance to Parlamento and Fonte de Trevi. The staff was amazing. Everything was very clean and the AC was always blasting. It also had a nice view

It missed some amenities, it only had 2 spoons, one fork and 2 cups. If you wanted to cook you wouldn’t be able to, which wasn’t a problem in our case tho. The bathroom was very tiny and the shower only had a flimsy curtain and you ended up wetting the floor.

The location of this accomodation is perfect. However, it is the staff that makes this stay so great. They are super friendly, very responsive and extremely helpful. After a delayed flight, the staff assisted us in updating the airport transfer in which they had organised for us (and at a much cheaper price than booking elsewhere online). They also sent a list of restaurant and cafe recommendations.

The room is quite small, however, we stayed for 6 days and didn’t feel overly cramped at all.
