The location and the bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and cheerful.

The shower needs modifying as water flows out on the floor due to the design. The lift is tiny and hard to get suitcases up or down stairs. We had a noisy neighbour who hose door was slamming in the hallway at night. A quiet time policy would beneficial to help people sleep. The extra tourist tax only payable in cash is frustrating.

FOURHEADS suites have an excellent location, approximately 100 meters from the Pantheon on one side and Via del Corso on the other. The hosts are very friendly and willing to help. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious and very clean. Cleaning service was available every day. Excellent value for money.

In our room the shower cabin and the rest of the bathroom were separated. The shower only had a glass door separating it from the rest of the room, which we didn't like. A little intimacy would be nicer :-). Also, although it was not a problem for us, it would be good if there was a possibility to serve breakfast.

Staff were incredibly accommodating from the second I checked in. The room was large, bed was very comfortable. Great shower pressure. All the facilities worked great. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily and they even noticed I was a bit sick and left some special tea to help me with my illness. Really great personable service and a great price for a fantastic location. As a first time solo traveller, i felt very safe in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Tourist tax had to be paid in cash only at the hotel, which I wasn't wasn't aware of when booking, but might have just been an oversight on my part.

I really loved the place itself, it was very Christmasy, cozy and warm and quite modern. The room was big and it was honestly in a very close location to the place we've went there to visit for. The breakfast was really fresh and nice as well! The stuff was lovely and accommodating.

I have to say the beds were quite soft (I like at least a more firm mattress) felt a bit like I was sunk into it which isn't super good for my back. The other thing was that it was quite easy to hear people through the walls and the door and even the window - for us it was only one night so not a big deal but just good to be aware.

The check in process was the smoothest ever, & they communicated so fast throughout our entire stay! The hospitality was amazing & the room was really cool too! They accommodated to us by providing an extra baby bed (crib type) & there was free water & snacks included as well. They also had extras like “vanity pack” which included a few things like Q-tips & a mini nail file- both we really loved because we forgot haha. Plus some other extras for the tub. They are so kind here, helping us with our baby & our luggage. The location is prime as well, all the big sites within 20 minutes (walking) or so! There are also plenty of stores & restaurants around very close as well. We loved our stay very much, so thankful we chose here! (:

Something minor that is not the company’s fault but just how the building is: the elevator works great but people need to close the doors completely & it seems sometimes people forget hehe. Not a big deal though we still had an amazing stay!! (:

The location of this hotel is very good, it is close to city attractions, and it is only a few minutes' walk from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. There are also many restaurants nearby, and eating is very convenient. I would like to express my special thanks to the staff at the front desk of the hotel. She is beautiful, kind, and helpful. As my eye was injured, I needed to see a doctor upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel staff helped me call a taxi and recommended a good clinic. Later, my eye was cured here, and with her help, I was able to call a taxi every day and successfully went to the clinic. At that time, we had just flown from China to Italy and were unfamiliar with everything, and I suffered a painful eye injury. Without her help, everything wouldn't have gone so smoothly. I am fortunate to have booked 4 nights at this hotel in Rome, which allowed me to recover smoothly and have a happy journey ahead. I would like to sincerely say to the beautiful hotel receptionist: Thank you very much! Great location, walking distance to the colesseum, piazza navona, trevi fountain and even the Vatican. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mini bar was stocked with still and sparkling water as well as coke and Fanta free of charge and it was restocked daily which was a lovely gesture.

It is a bit of a shock at first sight as it does not have any sign outside to indicate that it is a hotel(in fact nothing has the hotel name on it). Also when you enter the building which also has private apartments you have to walk past the bins which does not create good impression.

PAX Hotel is centrally located in the city of Rome. Walking distance to pretty much everything. It was a few minutes away from the Trevi Fountain. The staff were exceptional. It was our first time in Rome, and they gave us a map outlining all the touristy areas and how to get there, as well as some local favourites. I was looking for laundry facilities, unfortunately they did not have those on site, however, they recommended one which was pretty much around the corner. There's also an elevator in this building to bring your luggage up if needed.
