Staff were amazing and friendly. The doors open and close using WIFI which they provide. You can order breakfast by leaving a note. The sauna and jacuzzi were very clean and nice. The balcony was amazing too. The room was very clean. The size of the room is sufficiently good for couples. They helped me out by offering best restaurants, attraction sites and overall tips. They also ordered taxi for us whenever we asked. The location of the hotel is great. The only thing that was not very convenient is the AC in which we were told that you can either have it hot or cold, so we relied on opening the window which was not convenient because of the sound of cars (this is an active kinda busy area) But overall very good and id choose it again!

My 40th birthday trip to Rome was absolutely exceptional, all thanks to the wonderful apartment we stayed in and the incredible host, Carola. From the moment we arrived, Carola made us feel like cherished guests in her home. The apartment was not only beautiful and comfortable but also filled with lovely touches that made my birthday celebration extra special. Carola surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and a heartfelt happy birthday message for breakfast, which was a delightful and thoughtful gesture. What truly sets Carola apart is her genuine hospitality and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that nothing was ever a trouble. She provided valuable recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the enchanting streets of Rome and enjoy all the city has to offer.

I loved the fact that there was always someone at the front desk during the day. They are incredibly accommodating and went to a lot of trouble on our behalf, even making us dinner reservations, as well as extra lattes when we needed them!!

Loved the bed, it was so comfy! The staff were so wonderful and helpful. The room was spacious, and the balcony was a lovely bonus to sit out and have drinks on. There were little extras like homemade biscotti in our room and at reception. It was within close walking distance to attractions and dining venues or bars. Some complain about the small lift, but it is an old but well maintained building which IMO shouldn't be altered too much as to detract from its historical ambiance. even has a secured front in the evening which gives a element of safety. Just a perfect place to stay for a visit to Rome.

Luxury in the heart of the high-end shopping district located between the Spanish Steps and Pantheon. The room had all the amenities that you need, and was artfully decorated. Access is secure and the neighborhood is quiet at night. Umbrellas are available. Of note, the reception staff stayed late to help us check-in after our train into Termini was delayed about an hour resulting in us arriving "after hours". The staff had a detailed information package regarding tours, activities and maps. Furthermore, their restaurant recommendations were top notch so I suggest taking note if you wish to "dine with the locals" (not tourists) and eat/drink memorably. Breakfast was excellent and delivered right on time. The elevator to the 4th floor is "European tiny" so take note if you travel with giant suitcases. This accommodation is highly recommended.

Showering during peak demand can result in a challenge for hot water, but outside of "shower rush hour" there's plenty of hot water. Just a "minor inconvenience". Not a big deal.

Ara di Marte Suites was the most amazing stay. The room and balcony were just top notch, large, the bed was so comfortable, the balcony and view were to die for, the in room sauna shower was beyond, but the absolute best part was Anita who not only works the front desk but does it all at Ara di Marte. She goes above and beyond and out of her way to help her guests. I left my bag in our cab from the airport upon arrival to Ara di Marte. Anita devoted herself to doing everything she could to help me resource how to retrieve, and I will never forget her kindness. The place is truly amazing, it's steps away from via del corso, the Spanish steps, the trevi fountain, you can't beat the location. Having to gotten to know Anita there made it all the more special. This is the most wonderful place to stay in the most wonderful city.

Great location! Very clean, quiet despite being close to everything. The smart phone, keyless entry was cool and the staff was VERY helpful and accommodating! Would definitely stay again. Can’t wait to go back.

Truly the only thing that may make it difficult for some is that there are 2 ways up (lots of stairs OR a very very tiny elevator). We took the stairs most of the time because the elevator was so tiny. Also, maybe adding a more visible sign down stairs stating the name and floor of the residence. When we first got there we were a little unclear as to where to go. But other than that it was AMAZING!
