The location was the best, within a minute-walk to the designer shops on Via Condotti and Spanish Steps, as well as very close to all major attractions. The staff were very kind and supportive (esp. Alla and Casey); The sense of intimate boutique hotel, like an old times Patrician Villa, it is truly a hidden gem that offers calmness although placed in the hustle & bustle of the city.

I had some issues with opening the entrance door to the Villa, but they very kindly provided a link which, when accessed, the door would open automatically.

I am highest Level-3 member of Booking.com, I travel a lot. I think this is my first 10 out of 10 points that I give to a hotel. This venue has a superb location, in 5 minutes walking distance from Spanish steps, beautiful rooms and home atmosphere. Hotel surrounded by boutiques, restaurants and cafes. Location is convenient to people who want to deep to old Rome and yet to get to Vatican fast. But most of all this hotel is great because of their too helpful, caring and kindest stuff. 10 out of 10 points for the stuff and managers! Especially I want to say biggest thanks and our respect to Miss Alla - she helped us so much. We got to the strike of airport and transport services in Rome the day when we had to leave and our flight was canceled. We didn't know what to do and how long this strike could be. Airline company didn't pick the phone. Miss Alla did more than we could ask from her, she spent hours to find and talk to the airline company's necessary departments and she changed our tickets for the closest possible flight, after she arranged a restaurant for us, and then she arranged an early morning taxi for us. Thank you so much, Alla! Nobildonne Relais is very lucky to have a you!

I can't say anything that I didn't like, but I can only suggest maybe to have some croissants for people who leave the hotel early morning )) But actually there is nothing that I didn't like.

The location is ideal — you could walk (within 15-30 minutes) to every major landmark. Reception staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room had really tall ceilings and plenty of storage space, while vintage furniture added the atmosphere. There is an aperitif service on Fridays and Saturdays in the lounge. We were visiting in mid-February so the price was very low — you’ll get a lot for the money.

There were issues with cleaning — a couple of times we received towels with holes and someone’s hairs in them. The bathroom was constantly damp and had the respective smell, but I believe this issue is due to the fact that the building itself is old. Generally, there are inherent issues with that type of property (only daytime reception and literally no facilities), but you should not expect that for the price.

Really beautiful classical building in the most ideal location, Spanish steps at the end of the street. Very friendly and welcoming staff, large clean rooms and peaceful setting away from the crowds.

Disliked · It really was very good and would be happy to stay here again. Had a slight issue with the aircon not working properly, staff were very quick to respond, unfortunately wasn't possible to fix on the day. The room is so large with high ceilings it wasn't too bad. Would have scored higher had it not been for this. Our friend was also able to book the adjacent room and had no issues.

The architect owner has made this feel a very authentic guest house - rather than a hotel. You feel very well looked after, with a communal lounge available to use after a hot day out on the street - where complimentary drinks are offered. The furniture, tiled floors & decor are very attractive. Books on Rome, books on photography & many others available to borrow. An old fashioned luxury that you don’t often find .

The amount of keys…. But not much you can do about that!

The decor is beautiful, homely feel, the location is perfect, staff were very friendly indeed and super helpful with restaurant recommendations etc.

It does feel like you need to tip toe around if you’re awake early in the morning. it’s got a very homely feel, which is great, but missing some amenities like milk for tea and the reception isn’t open before 9 or in the evening… so if you want extra towel or something else you can’t get it. For us personally, we probably would have preferred a more traditional hotel service.

Fantastic location near the Spanish Steps Absolutely beautiful -mosaic floors ,painted ceilings ,gorgeous bathroom, Lovely touches ,chocolates, little cards with a quote ,coffee maker and kettle -nice tea selection The staff were excellent -Alla was friendly, helpful ,always cheerful - she booked a taxi for us airport to property and the return which made things even easier - Lots of breakfast places and restaurants near by

We came to the Nobildonne with jet lag and loved the hotel immediately for its wonderful simpatico front desk person who greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our room which was lovely and also very comfortable and dark when getting sleep to recharge. The location is incredible and we found the location not too hectic and actually quite quiet in the mornings and evenings. Even during the day it was great. We were able to see so much right from the hotel and walking which was amazing.

Loved the location - totally private and quiet, but in the middle of everything! Beautifully appointed. Loved the courtyard entrance and always warm welcome! We were told Galleria Doria Pamphilj was a MUST SEE and it was just around the corner! The Rimessa Roscioli food and wine tasting lunch became our gold standard. And the privately guided Appian Way tour on eBikes was beyond epic!!

The best location. Amazing room! Exceptional staff! Especially Lici the maid, outside of her excellent cleaning skills and attention to detail, she gave us a great reference for acquiring Italian citizenship. She truly went above and beyond and we truly appreciated it. Very private, upscale, yet super close to the luxury shops, Spanish steps, and Trevi fountain. This will definitely be our home away from home, the next time we are in Rome.
