Silvia was extremely helpful and friendly and gave us some great restaurant recommendations and tips for seeing the sights. Great location and a 15 minute walk to the Vatican one way and the Colosseum the other. In the middle of the shopping district and close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and nicely decorated. Despite being in the middle of a bustling area was also very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and a great bonus - perfect for setting us up for a busy day in Rome!

this property is in the absolute perfect location for us, we could walk from the metro station and walk everywhere we wanted to go. our host was there when we arrived with all the info and recommendations, we were able to leave our luggage at the property before our flight back, and the breakfast provided was so nice and convenient. the room was very comfortable and large. we loved our stay here. perfect for small group travel.

The location was fantastic. Right on via del a Corso but the noise from the street and restaurant downstairs started early and ended late (if at all). The closed windows did an excellent job of shutting out the noise but we were there before the date that permitted the a/c to be turned so we had to choose between no noise and be very warm or cool air and noise. This is not the fault of this property but I just want others to be aware of the situation. We loved our room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the rain shower after a long day of site seeing.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

Really nice setting, clean rooms with cleaning every day. Silvia was really helpful and took god care of us - she had a list over restaurants in different areas in the city and it never failed us!, she helped us with a shuttle from the B&B to the airport as well. Breakfast has a decent amount of options, it was nice not having to worry about food first thing in the morning. Lastly, there is a lift in the complex, and we were able to lock our room.

Everything was good, only our shower was a little bit broken.

Everything I like in this place. Although the room is small, just be creative to move things around to fit two large luggage when open. Best love the host who is great! Watch out for train problem which affects the trip to airport and host assisted with the link for the shuttle bus that managed to rush in time, considering bad traffic in Rome. Will definitely return to this place when I visit Rome again.

Excellent location in the centre of the city. Walking distance to all major attractions. The property was beautifully maintained. The room was spotless. The kitchen area set up with a variety of home made produce was an excellent touch. The owner (Silvia) couldn’t do enough for you. She made our stay so much more enjoyable from organising transfers to booking tables at the best restaurants.

Silvia was a great hostess. We very much appreciated her helpfulness is reserving a driver to transport us to and from the airport as well as printing an important document for us. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent and she provided a city map and highlighted all the places of interest. The location of the property was central to all e wanted to visit. Everything was within 15 to 30 minutes walking distance. The room was air conditioned which was important with the very hot weather. Silvia really made everything very nice and convenient for us!

Wonderful host of a beautiful place to stay! Everything you could ask for. A fantastic location near Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps! Very comfortable room, excellent shower, fabulous selection of continental breakfast! Silvia is a fantastic host! She shared so much info about her lovely b&b and the area. A joy to meet! Absolutely nothing!

The location was perfect! We walked EVERYWHERE, and saw everything! There were lots of excellent restaurants and shopping in the area too! Silvia had a map and restaurant recommendations for us to use. She left yummy foods of all kinds for breakfast! Everything was well appointed and very clean and comfortable!

The elevator was tiny and ancient! It was an experience! I would not recommend a very large person try it! For small people it was no problem!

The location was phenomenal! Walking distance to everything! It was quiet at night and had a really homely feel! The breakfast was lovely and we loved that we could make it any time of the morning (we had a lot of early starts). The food recommendations were excellent, we ate at many traditional Italian places (not tourist traps). The map provided was really helpful and I would recommend everyone to stay here if you're visiting Rome.
